在未成年人保护中，家庭保护、学校保护、社会保护、网络保护和司法保护一个也不能少。

家庭保护是基础，家长是未成年人保护的第一责任人，如果家长真正负起监护教育责任，就可能避免孩子在家里受到伤害或者在外违法犯罪。学校保护很关键，担负着塑造祖国未来的巨大责任，如果学校切实加强校园安全管理，既注重培智，又强化育德，就可能预防那些校园性侵、校园欺凌案件。社会保护是支撑，如果社会各方面都树立强烈的未成年人保护理念，严格执行、遵守未成年人保护法律法规，就可能不会发生那些向未成年人销售烟酒甚至有毒有害食品，向未成年人传播不良有害信息等违法犯罪案件。

网络保护是重点，网络是包括孩子们都离不开，而一些违法、不健康内容又容易侵害、腐蚀未成年人的重要领域，越来越引起全社会的重视。网络管理法规必须落地，网络违法行为必须依法惩处，网络有害内容危害未成年人成长的问题综合整治要进一步加强。

司法保护是保障，是未成年人健康成长的最后一道防线，只有同家庭保护、学校保护、社会和司法保护共同发力，才能更好地保护我们的孩子。检察机关一直注重加强与各方力量的沟通配合，在强化司法办案的同时，努力推动未成年人保护和犯罪预防机制建设。《守护明天》里谈到的“一号检察建议”、侵害未成年人案件强制报告制度、依法剥夺监护权制度、未成年人公益诉讼检察、事实孤儿救助、亲职教育等工作，就是近年来检察机关会同相关方面共同作出的探索和努力。

新时代以党中央对未成年人保护工作提出了新的更高的要求。刚刚结束的十三届全国人大常委会第十四次会议审议了未成年人保护法和预防未成年人犯罪法修订草案，这两部法律的修改，为未成年人保护制度建设、法治落实将提供重要支撑。希望各方切实负起责任来，把未成年人保护法律规定宣传到位、落实到位，共同守护我们的孩子、我们的明天。

有两则关于同一条英语谚语Blood is thicker than water的译例。其一是“清水不浓血却浓”，其二是“血浓于水”。从字面上看，上述两则译例译得固然不错，似无可厚非。译文读起来很顺，又比较易懂，但读后似有不知所云之感。

这是因为译文的形象没能准确地传达出这条谚语的喻义来。

Longman Dictionary of English Idioms（p.28）上对这条谚语的解释是“The relationship between people of the same family is stronger than other，relationships”因此，这则谚语似可以借用汉语中一句俗语“亲不亲一家人”来译更能表达出“属于同一血缘关系的一家人比别人更亲近一些”的寓意。

语言是文化的表现形式。谚语同文学作品、诗歌一样是语言的精华。英语谚语是富于色彩的语言形式，一般具有生动形象、喻义明显、富于哲理的语言特征。在一定程度上，英语谚语反映了英语民族的文化特点。因此，翻译英语谚语时，仅仅以语言之间词汇的同义性（等价性）为前提，寻求对等的表现是不够的。译者须较多运用汉语的表现手段，力求能再现英语谚语的语言风格和丰富内涵。只有多注意英语谚语字面以外所特有的语言内涵色彩，才能使译文讽喻得当，宜于说理，又不失原来谚语所具有的语言形象。

某些英语谚语和汉语成语、俗语在表现形式和含义方面是一致的或基本一致的。汉译这些英语时，可惜用与其喻义相同或相近的成语或谚语及俗语直接对译。这样不但可以比较好地保持原文的神韵和形式，又使译文易于为读者或听者接受。如：

Pride comes before a fall．骄兵必败。

Amiss is as good as a mile.差之毫厘，失之千里。

Two is company，but three is none.两个和尚抬水吃，三个和尚无水吃。

Walls have ear.隔墙有耳。

Enough is as good as a feast．知足常乐。

有些英语谚语虽然在语言习惯和文化背景方面和其相对的汉语谚语之间存在着某些差异，而且所比喻的事物并不一样，但他们的喻义却相互吻合，而且表达方式也很相似，汉译这些英语谚语时，常常需要“易其形式，存其精神”，即采用形象近似的汉语成语意译。这样可使译文既喻义明显，又含而不露，且可再现原文所具有的语言效果，容易达意。如：

Two can play the game.孤掌难鸣。

Newbroom sweeps clean.新官上任三把火。

Speak of the devil，and he appears.说曹操，曹操到。

The grass is greener on the other side of the hill．这山望着那山高。

Putting the cart before the horse.本末倒置。

有些英语谚语意在言外，语言含蓄，寓意深刻。如果仅从字面意义直译成汉语，而不领会原文的具体含义及其效果，译文势必平淡无味。这样既不能表达意思，又有损于原文的语言形象和丰富内涵。因此，在翻译时，应在汉语中寻找那些与原文喻义相同或效果相似的成语、谚语或俗语来表达，则会使译文形象生动，准确达意。试比较下列各译例。

People who live in glass houses should not throw stones.如译成“住在玻璃房子里的人，不应扔石头”不如译成“己有过，勿正人”或“责人必先责己”。

In fair weather prepare for the foul．如译成“晴天要防阴天”，不如译成“有备无患”或“居安思危”或“未雨绸缪”。

Murder will out．如译成“谋杀终必败露”，不如译成“纸包不住火”。

Fools rush in where angels fear to tread．如译成“愚者敢闯天使不敢去的地方”，不如译成“初生牛犊不怕虎”。

One cannot make an omelette without breaking eggs.如译成“想吃煎蛋卷，就得打鸡蛋”，不如译成工“有得必有失”或甚至可以引申为“不破不立”。

如果所要翻译的谚语喻义清新，形象逼真，按其字面直译其意，就能表达出原文的喻义来，则可直译。这样做既能较完整地保存原文的表达方式，且又可丰富我们自己的语言文化，一举两得，请看下面的译例。

God helps those who help themselves.上帝帮助那些自己帮助自己的人。或“自助者天助之”。

Money is the root of all evil．金钱是万恶之源。

An empty sack cannot stand upright．空袋立不直。

Do as you would be done by. 以你所期望的别人待你的方式待人。

这与另一谚语： Don’t do unto others what you don’t want others do unto you.“己所不欲勿施于人”很相似。

Money talks.钱能通神。

有些英语谚语常常采用对称的修辞手段。使用这一修辞手段的目的在于加强语势，宜于说理，读后有心悦诚眼之感。汉译这些谚语时，应适当注意保持其修辞色彩，以便体现原文的表达方式。如：

You may take a horse to the water， but you can’t make it drink．

如果按字面译成，“你可以把马牵到河边去，但不能叫它饮水”至少是没有充分体现这句谚语本身所具有的强烈对比色彩。从语法分析的观点看，在这个句子里，情态动词may和can虽然都表示“可能”的，但在含义上有所不同。这里may表示“事实上的可能性”，而can则表示“逻辑上的可能性”。并列连词but使前后两个分句意义相反，对比色彩强烈。在这种情况下，译文也必须力求对偶整齐，前后呼应，形成对照。如将此句译作“牵马河边易，逼它饮水难”或“老牛不喝水，不能强按头”会更好些。

总之，即使像谚语这样孤立的语句，翻译时也需尽一番揣摩切磋之功，否则译文就可能与原文“貌合神离”，文不达意。译事艰辛也许正在于此。

某个安静的午后，窗外是洋洋洒洒，极度温和的阳光，偶尔风刮过树枝，树叶碰撞发出银铃一般悦耳的声音，耳畔传来牛奶咖啡的《明天，你好》，低头看向手中捧着的泰戈尔《飞鸟集》，一句话就深深地印在了我的脑海里：

小时候，无忧无虑，每天都可以玩游戏，从来不用担心课业，担心成绩，担心和朋友的关系。

可是现在，每天都是成片的作业，来自家长和老师的压力，让自己深深地喘不过气来，但是，这条路上，不能退缩，没有回头这个选项，被学习考试这个大的潮流推着只能往前走，连回头看一眼，都变成了奢望，自己唯一能做的，就是无尽的奔跑！

On March 8th, 1975, the United Nation started to celebrate the International Women’s Day. In China, the women’s day also called “March 8th”day. Why we celebrate women’s day? There is a long story.

On March 8th, 1909, the Women’s Union of Chicago demonstrated against the inequality between men and women. They demanded that they should have the same payments, the same working hours as men had, and they should have the rights to vote. They even put forward a slogan: Bread and Rose, which stood for equal payment and a better living standard. This demonstrated had caused international attention to the women’s rights. A year later, a critical meeting was held in Demark, in order to promote the women’s liberation and equal rights, the council members decided to establish the Women’s Day on March 8th. Then March 8th, 1911 just became the first Women’s day.

In our country, during the women’s day, the women usually have a day-off holiday. The communities or companies will organize the recreational activities such as a spring outing, a nice dinner and some extra welfare. On this special day, the women can really realize that a woman’s value is not only giving birth to a child, doing endless housework, but also find her own status in the modern society. Normally I will be very happy and excited when I get the lucky money. And all of a sudden, the problem comes that how to make full use of them. I think it is highly determined by how much it is. 电影向我们讲述了六个真实的未成年人犯罪案例。 其中，《网络怪客，沦为罪犯》这个故事给我留下的印象最深。这个故事讲了一个16岁的青少年被电脑这个网络世界深深地迷住了。于是，他的爸爸妈妈借钱为他买了一台电脑。渐渐的，他迷上了“怪客”，便禁不住想试一试。他利用电脑破坏了一些公司的网站，导致工作不能照常进行，给那家公司带来了重大损失。最后被警察依法逮捕。看了这个故事，我想：电脑已成为现代高科技产品，人们可以利用网络来查找自己喜欢的东西。而这个青少年却利用网络干出了一些违法犯罪的事情，不但没有充分地利用电脑，而且还辜负了爸爸妈妈的一片苦心。他们四处凑钱为儿子买了电脑，不就是希望儿子能在这一方面有所成就吗？可没想到……最后，等待他的将是法律的制裁。

而《校园暴力，触目惊心》这个故事也令我颇有感触。故事讲述了两个中学生因为一点小事而动手打架，后被老师看见、劝阻，并向老师保证以后不再打架。可放学后，在一些同学的起哄和不正确的诱导下，他俩又开始气势汹汹地打起来。其中一位同学被打重伤，后因抢救无效死亡。这个故事又向我们揭示了一个什么道理呢？我们是祖国的花朵、祖国的希望，祖国的未来全靠我们这一代接班人去建设。而同学们之间怎能因为一点小事而互相殴打，破坏友谊，并且付出了如此大的代价！那么，那些起哄者又该不该惩罚呢？该！如果没有他们那刺激人的话，也许就不会造成这样悲惨的结局，也许那个中学生就不会死亡。我想：同学之间的友谊应该彼此好好珍惜，难道非要等你失去了它的时候，才会感到如此珍贵吗？

当我闭上眼睛时，太阳还在东边冉冉升起；当我睁开眼睛时，太阳已经从西边沉去。只在一瞬间，20xx就要和我们挥手作别。面对即将失去的一年，总有许多感慨。

因此，我对自己的灵魂作了一次深入的剖析。就我个人在这一年的成长经历和我对这个社会的观察作一总结。

200xx对我而言，它太平凡了——依旧是迷茫，依旧是沉沦，依旧不知路在何方。

自从上高中以来，我就一直迷失了方向。放弃了认真学习，选择了浑浑噩噩的混日子。这种日子看似好混，其实不然。混的时候，时间一秒一秒的过，等时间真的一天天过去，蓦然回首，才发现青春经不起时间的消磨。这时，灵魂就会产生莫名的空虚。

每天早上起来，心里总会有许多恐慌，如一座大山压在身上，让人喘不过气来，这就是压力。这压力来自父母对自己的期望，父母的期望越大，自己的压力就越大。这压力也来自自己对前途的迷茫。

也许把学校比作一座围城更恰当吧。在外面时，想方设法的要进去；等进去后又想方设法的要逃出来，殊不知这时想要逃出来需要付出很大的代价。也可以说这座城在自己心里，正因为心里围了一座城，才会把学校当作一座围城。可是我找不到走出心里那座围城的路。

在现实世界里，孤独常伴我左右。从未找到一个和我志趣相投的人，一个和我有共同话题的人。的确，在这个追求物欲生活的世界里，像我这样的人确实是一个另类。于是，我只有寄情于听音乐，看电影，看书，上网。只有在那种虚幻的世界里才能让灵魂不再孤单。

在这样的社会状况下，再次看到陶行之的那句话显得是那样的苍白无力，它只是为那些道貌岸然的伪君子装饰门面。我想，如果陶翁地下有知的话，该难过吧！

到了交通银行，只见大厅里静悄悄的，我轻手轻脚走路，生怕打扰了正在工作的叔叔阿姨。

我乘电梯来到4楼会议室，看到里面已经有一些小记者到了。我找了个座位坐了下来。过了一会儿，一位叔叔进来了，他给我们每人发了一份《小小金融家学员手册》。我翻开看了下，有一些理财小知识和有趣的小游戏。之后，叔叔给我们播放了一段视频，视频里的美美、乔乔和大虾比赛点钞，可他们不够专注，都没有数对。后来沃德博士教他们“284专注力提高方法”。我偷偷试了一下，嘿，还真管用。接下来，叔叔又给我们播放了一段视频，主要讲了美美、乔乔、大虾、通尼与自己的爸妈比，看谁厉害。沃德博士让美美他们去找线索，结果他们都看到了爸爸妈妈风光的背后付出的艰辛和汗水。通过这段视频，我们也体会到了父母的辛苦。后来，叔叔又给我们播放了一个短片。大虾的妈妈给了大虾100元，让大虾去买运动鞋，因为过几天要参加长跑比赛。可是大虾只顾买吃的和玩，把买运动鞋的钱花光了。长跑比赛上，大虾穿着拖鞋没跑几步就摔倒了。看完短片，叔叔问我们：“为什么大虾会没有钱买运动鞋？”大家异口同声地回答：“因为大虾没有好好分配零花钱。”叔叔说：“要有计划地花零花钱，才不会像短片中的大虾那样，要用钱的时候钱都没有了……”我们听了连连点头。

眨眼间，一个小时过去了，我们依依不舍地告别了交通银行。这次“小小金融家”活动让我们增长了理财知识，知道了钱不能乱花，要有计划。在这基础上，我们也要从小学会理财，美好的明天让我们去创造！
