of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and

occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to

keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming think nothing is more

refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has ended I went swimming

many times with my classmates we all had a good time. This summer vacation,

however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student

I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were a year

away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time

between work play during the summer vacation derived benefit from this

arrangement.

国庆节这一天，阳光灿烂，我们走进南安美林消防中队，参加“唱响《我和我的祖国》，为祖国70周年献礼”活动。

来到消防中队，才知道消防队的叔叔们出去灭火了，需要我们等一会儿。正当我们都在为火灾和消防叔叔们纠心时，终于传来大火已扑灭的消息，我们这才放下心来。

过了一会儿，一辆又一辆消防车开了进来，从车上下来的消防员叔叔一个个大汗淋漓。我们齐声喊道：“消防员叔叔，你们辛苦了！”叔叔们笑了笑，迅速收拾好装备，换上干净整洁的衣服，带领我们参观了消防中队。

临近一五年的尾声，忙忙碌碌的自己也似乎找到了目标。内心怀着那份信仰，马不停蹄地走着。不做无庸的事，不做无庸的人。时光荏苒，却冲刷不掉我内心怀揣的前进的激情；白驹过隙，只希望留下的是美好的回忆。怀揣着这份信念前进，让我强忍住泪水，高昂着头前进。我不畏艰难困苦，只望见了黎明的一缕曙光便会前行，那等待我的必定是我的信仰，在最后的最后，我们会相拥，拥抱明天！

我不是作曲家，无法用跳跃的音符谱写深情；我不是钢琴家，我不会用流畅的乐章流露传情；我不是艺术家，无法用高端的美展现自己。但是我心怀理想又怎么肯轻易折服？负面、消极的全都抛之脑后，趁现在，努力给自己“艺术人生”！

长大以后，我开始奔跑，即使含着泪微笑，但不远处的斑斓星光在闪烁，那便是我的信念，明天你好！

岁月飞逝十年风霜，铸就采实今日辉煌！

今天是隆重的日子，今天是喜庆的日子，今天是分享的日子，今天就是采实的十周年校庆！

清晨，步入校园，一派喜气洋洋的景象映入眼帘：彩球飘扬，横幅高挂，花篮遍地。所谓“人逢喜事精神爽”，走在校园里，处处可见老师和同学们脸上洋溢着的笑容，这种笑容是发自内心而溢于言表的因为今天是我们母校的十周年生日，谁会不高兴呢？

伴着轻快喜悦的旋律，校庆演出正式开始了。这次演出的节日、服饰、化妆等等根本不亚于电视上的任何演出，唯一不同的是演员们都是我们身边的同学们，他们演得是那样出色，那样精彩。节目一场比一场精彩，气氛一次比一次高涨，一曲《明天会更好》更是把演出推向高潮。

伴着动听深情的音乐，我们的心也被带回十年前的采实。的确，我们并没有经历过采实的当年，并没有经历过租校舍，租图书，全校只有两个班这样的日子，但是我们能感受到，我们能感受到采实以前的艰苦，更能感受到采实人的坚持和吃苦的精神，还有那种坚忍不拔的毅力，我们该向他们致于感谢，是他们给我们创造了今天的学习环境。回首昨天，采实人是值得骄傲的；展望未来，新的采实人一定会再创辉煌。请相信我们会正如歌中所唱的“明天会更好”！

然而为了我们的明天更美好，为了采实的明天更辉煌，光靠说是没用的，而要付诸于行动，用我们采实人惯有的品质，开拓未来，铸就辉煌！

十年是一个丰碑，更是一个起点。在今后的无数个十年中，采实人将用自己的努力，翻开采实新篇章，铸就采实新辉煌！

Do you know thanksgiving day? Do you know why human thank god?

Thanksgiving falls on the fourth thursday of november, a different date every year. the president must proclaim that date as the official celebration.

Thanksgiving is a time for tradition and sharing. even if they live far away, family members gather for a reunion at the house of an older relative. all give thanks together for the good things that they have.

In this spirit of sharing, civic groups and charitable organizations offer a traditional meal to those in need, particularly the homeless. on most tables throughout the united states, foods eaten at the first thanksgiving have become traditional.

What should we thank?

The thankful great universe provides the environment of existence for us and give us sunlight, air, water and everything in keeping with we existence of space, bring storm to let us accept

To toughen for us, bring to us mysterious let us look for.

The thankful parents give us the life, make us feel the merriment of the human life, feel the genuine feeling of the human life, feel the comity of the human life, feel happiness of the human life, also feel hardships and pain and sufferings of the human life!

The thankful teacher works with diligence and without fatigue everyday of teach, give us knowledge ability, put on the wing which flies toward the ideal for us.

In last years eleven holiday, our family went to Lanzhou and Xining to travel. That afternoon, Dad suddenly told us to travel, we promised.

Our first goal is Lanzhou, and we dont know the road at high speed. It was dark. We went all the way in the mountain road. Finally, we arrived in Lanzhou. After dinner, we began to find hotels, went to many hotels, but they were all overcrowded. We searched and searched, and finally found a guest house. The second day, we went to Wuquanshan, many people drove up to the door of my difficult to calm the mood. Bought a ticket in the first eye to is Huo statue around the past is a temple, called Confucian Temple.

Where we took a photo and went out to the mountain, we go on a mountain is wuquanshan. Because of the rain, many roads were mud, a lot of mud was stained on the shoes, and then I saw the attic. Down the hill, we did not stop at Xining again. In the evening, we came to Xining in Qinghai province. We found the hotel, lived and slept for a night to relieve the fatigue of the day.
