一、明确目标任务 逐项具体落实

一是构建“全方位预防体系”。认真过滤近年来未成年人犯罪案件,分析研判。加强宣传力度,利用家长座谈会、主题开放日等活动,邀请社会各界代表进入检察机关,以案普法,用发生在身边的案例,提高教职人员和家长的风险意识,构建预防格局,努力将风险点降到最低。二是聚焦服务大局。同扫黑除恶专项活动有机结合,严防黑恶势力引诱、利用未成年从事违法犯罪活动,特别是要深度关注留守儿童,开展深度对话,防止宗教极端势力对未成年人的侵蚀、渗透。三是完善沟通协作机制。定期将工作开展情况及存在的问题及时向同级党委及上级院请示汇报,完善涉及多方主体的协作机制,明确分工。

二、加强机制建设 形成工作合力

一是与政法委、教体局等部门召开推进会,联合多部门共同制定相关文件。前后出台了《封丘县加强中小学生欺凌综合治理实施方案》、《封丘县学校周边环境秩序专项整治工作实施方案》、《关于建立涉案未成年人中华传统文化教育学习基地的实施方案》、《封丘县校园及周边安全建设年活动方案》等文件,为未成年人全面发展和健康成长营造良好环境。二是精准普法,加强师德师风建设。与教体局多次联合召开推进会,重点加强对入职及在职教师师德师风的考察并针对个别教师存在法治观念淡薄、职业荣誉感欠缺等问题,找准发力点,精准普法,认真开展专项培训,定期对任课教师开展法治教育、职业道德教育培训,以案说法。目前已开展专题培训两场,培训人数150余人,提升了教师职工职业荣誉感,增强了法律意识,切实提高了教师队伍职业道德修养。三是开展校园安全风险排查。为了切实保障工作开展成效,与教体局共同对辖区中小学、幼儿园进行安全风险排查。深入了解学校的安全管理制度、录用人员管理、学生法治教育、校园监控管理、宿舍管理等方面是否完善,逐一排查是否存在侵害未成年人违法犯罪案件线索等情况,对发现的问题线索及时与教体局商定措施,汇总处理。

三、加强宣传 正面引导

一是成立小荷工作室,提供优质法治宣讲服务。选派封丘县各乡镇有爱心、有热心学校教师成为“小荷”志愿者与封丘县人民检察院“小荷工作室”联合起来,由“小荷工作室提供课件和培训。组织防欺凌、防性侵、防诈骗等主题宣传活动,利用校讯通和家长微信群等方式,及时推送。二是全面开展法治宣传。制定统一的普法宣传栏,在全县各中小学校醒目位置摆放宣传版面,充分调动教职员工提升法治素养,传播法治精神,让学生家长当好监护人,护航孩子健康成长,教会学生加强自我保护,远离伤害。三是汇总典型案例并进行分析加工。将案例与普法知识相结合,增强普法效果,利用新媒体平台及时推送,让社会各界在“看稀罕”中学到法律知识,强化违法必受惩罚意识,自觉抵制触碰法律底线思想。

听！有条龙在嚎叫，嚎叫正义与发展。看！有条龙在飞腾，她要冲破云霄。五千多年来，她饱经风霜，她沉睡太久了，她要崛起了，她描绘出了一幅绚丽的蓝图。

哇！我们的环境竟如此美好，原来是环保机的功劳啊。它是保护环境的一种机器。它吸收空气中的废气和废弃物，并与一种药物融合，经处理，又生成了氧气等有用气体，还可用于工业生产中。

瞧！我一按衣服上“飞”的按钮，我就飞了起来。真不敢相信，在一定距离内，我想到哪就能到哪，在天空我能自由飞翔。火车、汽车、飞机都已成为古董。现在想要去远方，坐的都是空中火箭，去环球旅行都不是问题，而且无论是“衣服”还是“空中火箭”，它们都毫无污染。它们用的都是高科技的“天气能”，晴天是“太阳能”，阴天是“乌云能”，雨天是“水能”………

“哎呦，痛死了！”我飞时，从床上滚了下来，虽然现在我们还不能实现，但我们的未来不是梦，中国的未来不是梦。

爸爸突然对我提出一个问题：“凡，你为什么要读书？”我一时不知道怎么回答，说实话，我真的没有想过这个问题，“我为什么而读书，我为什么而学习？”

活到老，学到老，更何况学习本就是学生的义务。完成了自己的任务，我们才有资格谈别的。站在一定的高度才能勘测远方，才能谈人生谈理想，才能实现自己的价值。你如果连学习都搞不好，很难说可以有什么成就，小事都做不好何谈大事呢！

期末考试更是检验自己学得好不好的一次检测。我们应该以平常心对待，拿出自己的最高水平来应对这次考试，考个好成绩，让爸爸妈妈开心。就算是为了爸爸妈妈开心，我们也没有理由不好好学习！

Cinderella is a beautiful girl. She has two ugly stepsisters. They are not kind to Cinderella. Cinderella does all of the work. She must cook, clean and do everything.

One day, a letter comes to the house. It is a letter from the prince. He will have a big party. He would like the three girls to come. The prince wants to find a wife. Cinderella cant go to the party because she doesnt have beautiful clothes. Her stepsisters have beautiful clothes. They look very happy. Cinderella is very sad. Cinderellas stepsisters leave the house. They are going to the princes party. Cinderella cries. She also wants to go to the party. Suddenly, a woman shows up. She is a kind fairy.

"Dont worry," says the fairy. "You can go to the princes party." "I cant go," cries Cinderella. "I dont have a nice dress."

It will be all right," says the fairy. "Go get a pumpkin, six mice and a rat." Cinderella quickly finds them. "What will you do?" Cinderella asks. The fairy waves her wand over the pumpkin.

The pumpkin is now a beautiful silver coach. The fairy waves her wand over the six mice. She changes them into six strong men. The six men will walk with the coach. Then the fairy changes the rat into a man. He is the driver of the coach.

The coach is beautiful, but Cinderella still looks sad. "I still cant go to the party. My dress is too ugly," she says. "Dont worry," says the fairy. She waves her wand and makes Cinderellas dress beautiful.

Now Cinderella has a nice dress. It is gold and very pretty. Her shoes are made of glass. Cinderella is so beautiful. She can go to the party.

"You must leave the party before twelve oclock," says the fairy. "At 12:00 the magic will end."

"I will be back before twelve oclock," says Cinderella. She gets into the coach to go to the party.

The princes palace is full of people. They are all happy to be at the big party. All the girls want to marry the prince. Then Cinderella walks into the palace. "Who is she?" everyone asks. "Shes so beautiful," they say.

The prince sees Cinderella. He asks her to dance with him. All night long they dance and talk. The prince and Cinderella fall in love. At twelve oclock, Cinderella runs out of the palace.

Cinderella runs and loses one of her glass shoes. She must get home before twelve. She is late. She runs into the house. Now, she is wearing her old dress again.

The prince finds Cinderellas shoe. "I know this shoe. It belongs to that beautiful girl. Ill find her," he says. The next morning, he goes from house to house to find her. He goes to Cinderellas house. The two ugly stepsisters try on the shoe, but their feet are too big.

"Can I try it on?" asks Cinderella. "Yes," the prince says, so Cinderella tries the shoe on. It fits her foot. "I have found my princess," the prince says. Soon Cinderella and the prince get married. They live happily ever after.

当老师发下军训通知书的时候，我心里好像有无数只兔子在跳，十分高兴！

在家里，妈妈和我一起准备军训要带的东西。我们准备了牙杯、牙刷、牙膏、毛巾、袜子、运动鞋、衣服和裤子、水……妈妈给我准备了一个大包，全部的东西都装在了这个大包里。

下午的时候妈妈带我去这里最大的超市去买东西，妈妈给我买了许许多多的东西，都是让我吃的。

买过东西后，妈妈还给我买了我最喜欢的东西，那就是牛肉面了。我大口大口地吃着，直到我吃饱为止！不过一会，我就吃了一大碗。

回到了家里，妈妈给我做了我最爱喝的汤，八宝粥。我见妈妈对我这么好，真想大哭一场。

到了晚上，我就是睡不着，因为要离开妈妈六天了，也吃不到牛肉面了！

天，黑了……

我在书桌前发呆，一只“拦路虎”把我难住了。我冥思苦想，绞尽脑汁，但仍没法解决。妈妈走过来，看到了：“你上课干什么去了？这种题都不会？”“上课认真又不代表学习好……”我面对妈妈的威严，越说越小声，最后连我自己也听不清了。妈妈一把抓过我手中的笔，一边在纸上演算，一边叽里咕噜地讲解。“天哪，我怎么看得懂，你那么聪明，别来挑战我啊。”我在心里不服气地说。“会不会啊？”妈妈突然放下笔，狠狠地敲了一下我的头，“痛啊，这道题……”我被吓得语无伦次，支支吾吾地说。“算了这么久怎么还不会，怎么这么笨啊？上课睡觉啦？”我委屈的泪水终于夺眶而出，顾不了这么多了，大喊道：“我们本来就没教，你不知道就不要说！”我夺过作业，向房间奔去，“砰”地关上门，在房间里生闷气。我虽然不知道门外的妈妈是什么样的神情，但我知道，我们之间隔着的不只是一扇门的距离。

天，亮了……

我懒懒地趴在桌上，直到吃饭的时间，我还在生妈妈的气。可看见妈妈在厨房和餐桌之间跑来跑去，我的心软了。我还是个好孩子吗？我还是妈妈的好孩子吗？为了一件小事至于吗？我正出神地想着，妈妈走过来，用筷子敲了一下我的头：“发什么呆，还不快吃饭！”她似乎忘了昨天的事了。“妈，昨天的事……”“什么？”“没什么，吃饭吧。”

妈妈，你变了，变得学会沟通，学会理解。妈妈，我也变了，变得学会宽容，学会倾听。妈妈，你看到了吗？这是乌云散开了。本以为天黑了就不会亮了，可阳光总在明天照耀。

The Hero in My Heart

But my hero is around me, who gives me more love than others. She is my mother, the hero in my heart. My mother isnt great in the way of a famous singer or a movie star. She does nothing big, but what she does make others inferior. From her, I learn a lot.

When I was a baby, she taught me how to walk and how to speak. When I go to school, she helps me solve many problems. She also tells me be kind to others. When I do badly in study, she encourages me and tries to cheer me up. My mother is a teacher, and she is always busy with her work. When she corrects students homework, she is always very serious.
