那么怎样才能养成讲文明礼貌的习惯呢？首先要重视自身的道德修养。一个人的思想、行为，对别人、对社会是有益还是有害，要有一个衡量的准则，我们通常把这种衡量和指导人们思想、行为的准则，叫做道德。而礼貌与道德是互为表里的。礼貌是道德的外衣，道德是礼貌的内涵，因此，我们要认清哪些是我们应该做的，哪些是我们不应该做的，以此来规范我们的行为。其次，采取一些有效措施，来培养习惯。比如，在生活中我们常常看到在放置着“不准践踏草地”、“请您足下留情”告示牌的公园里、绿化带中，照样有人践踏青草。光靠布置告示来提醒，对有些人看来是无效了，他们对这些告示倒不一定是故意违反，因此，在没有养成好的习惯的时候，采取一些强制手段也是十分必要的。

我参赛的项目和去年一样，是“跳绳和立定跳远”这两个项目。立定跳远是我的强项，去年我可荣获了年级组第一呢！通过这段时间的练习，在老爸的调教下，我又有了很大的进步，我想今年冠军应该也是稳拿胜劵吧！

来到了立定跳远的场地，我排在了队伍后面，看着前面好几个选手都跳得非常远，与我平时的成绩差不多，我有点担心。终于轮到我了，我深吸一口气，双腿蹬地的同时用力向上挥动手臂，“噌”的一下窜了出去，“1米63！”老师喊了一声，在旁边观赛的妈妈露出了微笑：“嗯，不错，超常发挥了！”裁判老师微笑着对我说：“目前是排名第一了，不过还有两名运动员在参加其它项目还没过来，要看她们的了。”我心里顿时有点紧张和担心了起来，等了好一会，男子组都比完了，也没见她们过来参赛，因为我还要去参加跳绳比赛，只好先去跳绳场地了。

比起立定跳远，我跳绳可逊色多了，去年我才拿了第六名，不过我相信这一次一定能超过去年，我现在每天都在练习，也有了很大的进步！当老师下令“开始”！我便屏住呼吸，快速地挥动绳子，“啪啪啪”绳子敲打着地面，在耳边发出了“呼呼”的声音，我心里默念“加油！坚持！加速！”随着老师一声令下“停”，成绩出来了：176下，比我平时最好成绩还多了十几下，顿时，我心里乐开了花！

下午比赛成绩终于出来了，经过我们的努力，我们班获得了团体总分第一！三年级女子立定跳远最好成绩是1米78，果真是一匹黑马，我只能屈居第二了，可惜我未能一睹她的风采！跳绳成绩倒是出乎我的意料，和第一名只相差了两下，竟然拿了个亚军，两个冠军就这样和我擦肩而过了，激动的同时不免又有点遗憾和失落……

Hello, my friends, My name is Cherie. I come from BeiHai, a city of GuangXi

province. Now I want to tell you something about me hometown. BeiHai is a

beautiful city near the sea. There are several places worth visiting.

The most famous place is the Silver Beach. You can take the no.2 bus and

take no.3bus to the Silver Beach. You can get off the bus at the Beach hotel

stop and set the luggage or have s rest at the hotel. Then go back the road

which the bus have come. The beach is not far from the hotel, you can’t miss it.

The seafood is very delicious, you can have some for supper after swimming. The

world under the sea is a fantasy place. When you go into it, you will feel that

you are really under the sea. There are so many kinds of fish swimming around

you.

The most exciting program is “dancing with the shark” .that is some girls

who dress as the fish dive into the water and play.

Christmas is a happy holiday. As soon as I think about it, my heart will bloom a brilliant flower, happy and excited.

On Christmas day, all the days of the cold, raining outside snow. But the cold weather could not stop the happy steps of Christmas. There are beautiful Christmas trees in front of the shops in the street, and the staff in the supermarket are also wearing a lovely Christmas hat.

This evening my cousin, aunt and uncle, walked out of the door, everywhere can see the "floating" in the window of the shop "Snow", shops on both sides of the Christmas tree full of Santa Claus and toys, and lights in a riotous with colour light, people crowded a bit crowded, people holding many to buy things, the car to and fro, The stream never stops flowing. “红灯停，绿灯行。”这是人们再熟悉不过的句子了，天天放在嘴边，可总有许多人会违反这样的交通规则。在马路上，车川流不息的驶过，一件件交通事故发生在我们面前，刺激着我们的眼球，让我们不由得思索起来，到底是什么原因导致了这样的结果。是人们腐败的思想，认为这没有什么，哪会有那么巧的事？中国几十亿人口，交通事故偏偏发生在我的身上，这是错误的想法与观念。

而在当今社会的我们不也常常违反交通规则吗？因为我们的不遵守而造成太多不愉快的事情发生。我们应该深深的反思自己，因此，为了世界更加和谐美好，作为中学生的我们应该认真做事，共同创造美好的明天。

正所谓“阳光总在风雨后，不经历风雨怎能见彩虹。”两位绑架者为了钱财，将一个小男孩帮走了，在勒索钱财期间，他们实在太穷，没办法，便向路人要了能买两份饭的钱，于是他们将一盒饭给了小男孩，另一盒则两个人分着吃，这是何等善良的两个人啊，他们绑架小男孩也是因为太穷了吧。

这两个绑架者遵循了伦理道德，他们本性是善良的，只因社会的重重压力而导致走上绑架之路，他们的善良我们都能感受得到，从他们后来的言行举止中。因此，只要我们及社会对他们伸出援助之手，因为一个本性不坏的人，无论如何都不会是坏人。我相信，只要我们持有一颗慈爱之心，用爱去感化身边的人，那么这个世界将会变得更加美好。

生命的长河是无止境的，只有我们遵循自然规律，遵循社会规律，那么我们的生命会更加美好，生命将会更加灿烂，世界将会更加和谐！

My mother has a pair of keen eyes which can speak.With her eyes,she observed my mood,gave me courage and made me strong.Therefore,I could face difficulties.

When I was a baby learning to walk,my mother always lent me a hand and encouraged me to get up while I fell down.

As I finally threw myself into her arms,her eyes smiled with praise.Later as I grew up,I met with more difficulties.But whenever I was frustrated,my mothers eyes always gave me hope and encouragement.Once I failed in exams,my mother encouraged me to find out the reasons.

Instead of blaming me she pushed me to do better.At last I overcame the difficulty.Now I have grown up and become more independent,but whenever I come across setbacks,my mothers eyes are always with me encouraging me wherever I go.

Recently we did a survey in our class in order to learn about students’

ideal jobs. Here’s a report about my group members’ ideas.

Mary wants to be a fashion designer because she likes beautiful clothes and

is good at drawing. Kate wants to be a gardener, she lives plants, and she wants

to make the cities better. Mike would like to be a writer. He’d like to share

his wonderful stories with others. Tom would like to be a cook. He’d like to

cook delicious food for others. I would like to be a policeman. I want to

protect the people safe.

Hopefully everyone can realize their dreams in the future.
