我第一个倒来饮料敬爷爷奶奶一杯，祝他们永远健康长寿;再敬家里人每人一杯，乐得全家人直夸我。

近几年来，在校大学生利用假期时间来打工锻炼自己已经是很常见的事情了。我们大学第一个假期回来同学聚到一起谈论的话题除了自己这半年来的大学生活以外，还有谈论最多的就是要怎样度过这个寒假。除了不断的同学聚会，陪父母准备年货拜访亲友，还有很大一部分的同学打算利用这个假期做临时工。当然，目的并不是挣多少钱，因为我们都很清楚的知道习惯了学校生活的我们要想一下子出来做事就能做很好并不是那么容易的，我们只是想出来锻炼一下自己，离开学校，离开父母，走到社会，靠自己找一份并不体面但能锻炼自己的临时工好好的来做。

有了这方面的想法，我就开始留意深大荔园晨风BBS论坛的兼职信息，我自己当时的想法很简单，不管是去做什么，只要有哪里招工的，找到了我就会去做。我觉得自己还算是比较幸运的，在守候了一个多小时，在一个火锅店找到了工作，因为是临时工，50块一个晚上，我兴奋了不行，接下来要得好好的表现才行。

第一天上班，我很是期盼，提早来到了店里，结果老板还没有过来，我只能站在外面等了半个多小时，气温很低，让我暖暖的身子很快就变冷了，不过这并没有影响我打工的心情，心里还是很期待的。由于之前对服务业不是很熟悉，所以做起来有点不知道该怎么做，还有些放不开，不敢主动招呼顾客，还好老板很善良，耐心地告诉我该怎么做，一天下来，收获还是不小的，慢慢的知道了该怎样招呼顾客，帮顾客介绍一些适合他们吃的。不过还有另一个问题，因为是冬天，大家都喜欢吃火锅，人多的时候忙个不停，有时候要忙到晚上十一点，有些累但没想过打退堂鼓了。就这样慢慢的习惯了一天天的打工生活，对自己的工作了解也越来越多，我的工作做得也越来越顺手了。

其实，半个月的时间并不长，不过这确实能让我学到很多东西，对我们这些大学生来说打工并不新奇，高考结束后三个月的长假就有很多同学打工或者在网上开小店，卖一些小饰品什么的，从他们写的日志上可以看出每个人都在很用心的去做自己找到的工作，不管是餐厅服务员还是走在街上发传单，不管最后是否坚持了下来，我们都从中或多或少的知道了很多学校所不能给予我们的东西。打工，让我们开始接触社会上各种层次的人群，有普通学生，有一般的上班族，也有一些我们口中的有钱人，他们或是温和或是势力或是冷漠，这些人该怎么去接触，要怎样去交流，都是我们需要注意的。若是哪句话不小心讲错了，恐怕就得挨批评了，所以我们需要多观察多揣摩。

过惯了衣来伸手饭来张口的生活的我们，平时几乎是很少去想父母的感受的，总是以自我为中心，觉得一切都是那么理所当然。然而打工，在你工作的地方，没有人会想你是一个从小娇生惯养的什么都处理不了只是需要照顾的孩子，在这里，你要么努力去做好要么就不做，没有可以依靠的父母也没有可以抱怨的朋友，更没有人帮你收拾你留下的烂摊子，只有靠你自己来努力。打工，锻炼的不仅仅是我们的耐心，还有我们的意志力。不管最后我们拿到的是多少钱，都是自己辛苦的靠体力挣来的，这可以让我们意识到挣钱的不易，也会考虑到父母的不易。那些消费只向名牌看齐，向高消费看齐，同学之间互相攀比摆阔的人或许以后也会有些改变。我的打工生活一直到腊月28结束，已经是临近过年了。半个月，很累，我只能这么说，因为每天晚上都是那么忙，很少有机会能坐下来休息，真的是很累。这让我开始反思，我这半年来的大学生活，除了每天上课必到，从没有请过一次假，查一下各科考试成绩还可以以外，我好像真的没有学到什么更有价值的东西，只有一次次的跟爸妈开口要生活费。我想，这样的大学生活我必须要结束了，面对现在如此大的就业压力，若是自己学不到一点什么，这个社会真的没有我的立足之地。同在一个店里工作的姐姐，对她来说，那就是她的饭碗，在那里工作是为了生活，而我，或许是应该庆幸了，因为我还是有机会来奋斗，以后还是有机会不用这么辛苦的工作而拿到的钱只是为了生活。对我来说，打工，只是为了锻炼，是一次让我成长的机会。

我们总是把大学比喻成一个社会的小熔炉，我们也总是听说进了大学就可以轻松很多，然而事实却不是这样，进了大学，才知道我们面临着多么大的竞争压力，班级干部，学生会，到处都是竞争，也正是因为这不断的竞争让我们慢慢的变得成熟，我们也开始考虑更多的事情，考虑我们是不是真的像人们所说的大学毕业就意味着失业，于是，我们开始找机会锻炼自己。

腊月二十六的早晨，我和爸爸妈妈一起去郑州买年货。

进了银基商贸城，人山人海，爸爸紧紧拉住我和妈妈，生怕挤散了。原来来买衣服的人这么多啊。唉，要不是费了这么大的劲才来到这里，我们真要打退堂鼓了，现在就只有上了。

“轰轰轰，轰轰轰！”响亮的鞭炮声从天空传来，一朵朵美丽多姿的话多在天空中绽放，发出耀眼的光芒，千万人齐抬头，观赏这大年三十的美丽鞭炮，大家议论纷纷，真是“鞭炮声声辞旧岁，欢声阵阵”。而我们今天要和二姐一家、外公一家一起吃年夜饭。

来到餐厅，便见一大捧花放在餐桌中央，之后，人都到齐了，大家便一个个坐下来，围在一起吃饭、聊天，大人们说说笑笑，聊着新春里的 趣事，而我们小孩子呢？则坐在一起，拿起筷子，准备大吃一顿。吃饭间，最让小孩子开心的是收红包，大人们都会把新钱放在红宝丽，然后送给我们，这下，可不得了了，长辈你们纷纷拿出自己的红包，以最快的速度放在小孩的口袋里、手里，而小孩会不好意思，就像我，我躲来躲去，就是不肯收压岁钱，于是发生了一场“红包大战”，长辈们发完后，就很满意的坐下来继续吃饭，我一口一口地吃着年饭，感受新年的气息，嘴里的饭菜是越来越香了。

时间过得可真快啊，转眼间，年饭吃饭了，于是大家把盛满美酒和饮料的杯子高高举起，然后大声说：“新年快乐！”说完，便咕噜咕噜地把酒、饮料喝完了。

在回家的路上，我们都还在不停地祝福对方呢！

我拿着招聘书来到妈妈的跟前，妈妈“呵呵”地笑了。妈妈给我讲了许多关于寒假所有应聘注意事项：“第一，每日三顿饭后，必须积极收拾碗筷;第二，每次奖金5元，如果做的好，还会根据情况额外发奖金;第三，根据市场价格二分之一，打一个碗扣除工资5角，打碎一个盘子扣除工资2元。怎么样，同学，你行吗?”妈妈笑着问我。“保证完成任务!”我自信地点了点头。“OK!你应聘合格，正式成为本家庭的”寒假小童工“，被本家庭录取了!”妈妈宣布道。

其实洗碗很难哦!就连流程也很麻烦。首先，先将所有的碗、盘子以及筷子和勺子放进洗碗槽，然后过水一遍(在水里浸泡，洗一下)。然后，将少许的洗洁精倒入洗碗槽中，第二次用洗洁精清洗一遍。最后，再将所有餐具再用热水过水一遍，将所有餐具擦干，放入柜子里，这才完工!

我洗碗时特别小心，生怕打碎一个碗，或一个盘子而被扣除工资。一个月下来根据我的表现，我不仅获得80的工资，并挣到了10元的奖金。看着这用辛苦换来的80元，我心里美滋滋的，因为它就是我劳动的结晶啊!

1.学习. 寒假里要有学习才是最重要的，我打算借姐姐的五年级下册的语文书与数学书，每天背诵需要背诵的课文并读一篇课文，掌握一个数学公式，拼读一遍英语单词，每天学习时间不超过一个半小时。

2.游戏. 当然也不能学习太久，要有适当的时间游戏，放松身心。我要做到学一会儿，玩一会，每天游戏的时间不超过2小时。

二、 找出薄弱环节，进行强化训练
