我计划采用的阅读的方法是：

一是精读原著。要对原著进行系统认真的阅读，标出每章节的要点与精髓，找出文中观点的前后联系，再作深

入细致地思考。

二是作好读书笔记。对文中的精华与要点记录在笔记上，并写下自己的感悟与思考。

四是写出读书感想。通过反复阅读与思考，尝试撰写出每本书的阅读体会与感想。

Summertime is the besttime of the year.There is no school for monthsI get to do what I want.With no tests no homework,Im as free as a bird.

I do many things during the summer vacation.I relax by reading books watching TV.I also hang out with my friends travel with my family.However,I dont play in summer.I take advantage of the free time to learn more.For example,last summer I learned to swim.This summer I might study computers or English.Summer vacation flies by fast,so its important to do as as you can.

I had a busy summer vacation. I did my homework every day . I went to the library to borrow some books and went to the shops to buy some books and I read books almost every day .I did sports such as playing table tennis, swimming and so on. I visited my grandparents and stay there for a week. I helped my parents do some housework. Of course I went to Hannan Island to spend a week there because it is such a beautiful place.

认真复习三、四年级学过的英语单词，预习五年级英语，争取把五年级单词背下来。

二、业余学习安排

每天弹琴1.5小时，把古筝七级的《战台风》和《秦桑曲》弹熟练，准备考级，争取考级成功，认真参加古筝暑期培训班，争取新学一首曲子。

复习学过的葫芦丝曲子，自学《彝家欢度火把节》《蓝色的香巴拉》和《赛马》葫芦丝曲，学巴乌2～3首曲子。争取去老师家学习3～5次，录制曲子3～5首。

三、其它

利用多媒体学习：酷6教育网的贾老师教作文、中小学课程酷6英语。我要把参加社区活动的照片和日记及时上传、更新博客内容，争取访问量提升到1200人以上。加强体育锻炼，如：打羽毛球、打篮球、滑滑板等，每天活动0.5～1小时，要注意安全。帮妈妈干一些力所能及的家务活，如：擦桌子、洗碗……

我要严格要求自己，按照制定的计划学习，这样，我就能度过一个多姿多彩的暑假。

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

在这阳光灿烂的夏天里，暑假很快就要到了，我要设计一个属于我的暑假计划，过一个既充实又快乐的假期。

现在我就跟大家来分享一下我的暑假计划吧!

计划一：制定一张作息时间表。每天早睡早起，锻炼身体，学习、玩乐两不误。

计划二：每天按时完成一定量的作业。设计一个时间银行，每天完成任务可以储存一个印章或一颗星星，反之就倒扣，积累到一定数量可换礼物哦。

计划三：参加游泳培训班，争取学会游泳。这样我就能像鱼儿一样在水里自由自在地游来游去啦。

计划四：把字练得更漂亮。每天抽半小时练习硬笔书法，日积月累，希望我的字能写得越来越好。

计划五：每天坚持阅读。我的书柜里又多了好几本厚厚的书，希望在暑假里能尽情享受美好的阅读时光。

计划六：全家总动员，多多运动，身体棒棒。

对了，我还有一件很重要的事情差点忘了，那就是在长长的假期里，我还要到处旅行。

计划一：玩电脑

为了我的期末考试能考个理想的成绩，我已经有3个月没碰过电脑，与QQ堂彻底地拜拜了。现在我要活络活络我那被密密麻麻的习题搞得生锈了的脑子，玩玩电脑喽。一次，我在找作文时看见了小荷作文网就用了蓝雪伊儿这个用户名。我现在很喜欢上创网，只是拜读而不敢发表文章，今天，我终于鼓起勇气把我的新作拿出来现丑，一向不让我上网的妈妈这回也鼓励我多向大家学习交流。

计划二：睡懒觉

期末大考的这几天，语数两科的老师轮流站岗，大肆轰炸，那么多的习题，我稍微算了一下，天哪！足足有40多张！害得我们晚上作业都做到10点多，第二天，同学们都成了熊猫眼。惨哪！所以睡懒觉把复习时的晚点全都补回来！

计划三：做作业

我的辛苦也没白费，期末语数总成绩是全班第一，厚厚的一本《快乐暑假》不用做了！只要做语文老师布置的几篇日记和读书笔记就ok了，不过我妈妈可能要另外给我一些数学习题，我只能接受喽。

计划四：随心所欲

在上述计划之外，我还可以在吃完晚饭后到楼下和伙伴们玩单双背死闭、滑旱冰、去姨姨家和表妹玩、吃冰棒、去旅游、骑自行车这些都是我随心所欲的空间。

暑假到了，暑假是一个尽情玩乐的假期，可是也不能太过了，也需要学习这样在开学之后才不至于落后，为了保持我的学习成绩和其他方面有新的进步，制定如下暑假计划：

1、早上6：30分起床晨读半小时，预习新课文或者背论语;7：00左右做50个仰卧起坐;7：30分左右洗刷完毕吃早饭。

2、中午吃过早饭去文化宫练乒乓球;中午回家看会课外书再吃中午饭;吃完中午饭1：00左右睡午休。

3、下午2：00左右起床，练一张字帖和心算一张口算题;然后再做5页暑假生活指导或写一篇日记;完成作业后玩一小时左右的电脑(为了保护我的视力，我努力争取控制在1小时之内);然后在楼下和伙伴们滑活力板或者玩游戏;大约6：30左右吃晚饭。

4、7：00左右去书店看书;8：30左右回家吃点水果，冲个澡，9：00左右看会书睡觉。

5、假期里我争取把作业做得即快又好，争取把写字水平提高上去，我还要尽量多读些课外书，标出好词好句和写出读书心得，以丰富我的阅读知识，提高我的写作水平，力争多发表几篇稿子。

6、假期中我还要积极参加对自己身体健康有益的各种活动，搞好学校组织的“阳光助老”“四德践行”公民道德建设活动，争取帮老人多做些好事。

我是一个小男孩，可是我长着长长的眼睫毛，一张小小的嘴，加上白白的脸，别人都说我像小女孩，这使我很烦恼。

我最害怕的是体育课。因为体育课上常常要测试，如投篮、发球、400米长跑、掷实心球等。我常常是投篮个个投不进，发球个个发不过网，400米跑是跑了一半就跑不动。掷实心球就更不用说了，常常是班里正数二十名以下。

虽然我体育不行，可我在语文、数学、英语三门课程上各科得优。在我们班里被同学们称为“小神童”，我也自觉当之无愧!

我有高尚的品质和良好的行为习惯。就说我的拾金不昧吧。我妈妈是开店经营服装生意的。在暑假里，妈妈准备关店打烊时，我在更衣室发现了一张100元的钞票。妈妈说：“这么晚了，丢钱的人肯定不会来了，自己暂时保管着吧。”可我没那样做，我一直等着。终于，那人来了。

但是我有一个坏习惯，就是马虎。我常常会把“大”写成“太”，“好”写成“妈”。

这就是我。一个文静的我，一个拾金不昧的我，一个马虎的我。
