一、热身运动

在进行锻炼之前，要先做20分钟左右的热身运动，让身体微微出汗即可。热身运动可以帮助你防止韧带拉伤、关节损伤。

可选择器材：跑步机、椭圆机、台阶器、动感单车

二、力量运动

【第一天】锻炼肌肉：胸

平板杠铃卧推4组x20个、上斜哑铃卧推4组x20个、平板哑铃飞鸟4组x20个、蝴蝶夹胸4组x20个、器械飞鸟4组x20个

【第二天】锻炼肌肉：背

高位下拉5组x20个、俯身杠铃划船5组x20个、单臂哑铃划船4组x20个、直臂下压3组x20个、山羊挺身3组x20个

【第三天】锻炼肌肉：肩

杠铃颈前推举4组x20个、单臂哑铃侧平举3组x20个、俯身飞鸟4组x20个、单臂哑铃前平举3组x20个、斜板俯身哑铃后扬5组x20个

【第四天】锻炼肌肉：肱二、肱三

哑铃交替弯举4组x20个、集中弯举4组x20个、斜板弯举3组x20个、窄距卧推4组x20个、反手颈后臂屈伸4组x20个、拉力器单臂下拉3组x20个

【第五天】锻炼肌肉：腿

自由深蹲4组x20个、45度倒蹬3组x20个、器械股二弯举5组x20个、蛙跳2组x35个、单侧提铃提踵4组x100个x2、坐姿腿屈伸2组x20个

【第六天】锻炼肌肉：腰腹

平板杠铃卧推4组x20个、高位下拉2组x20个、坐姿器械水平划船3组x20个、卷腹2组x用尽全力、转腰2组x40个、卷侧腹2组(用尽全力)、提铃体侧屈3组x20个

【第七天】休息

休息一天，为下一周的计划做准备。

I like reading very much during summer vacation. Let me tell you something

about my reading.

One day, I just finished my meal and went to the front of the bookshelf to

look for the books I wanted to read. My eyes are on the famous little woman. I

couldnt help but pull the book out of the shelf. Sit on the bed and look with

interest. What a wonderful book! I am like the scene in the book of dragon road:

I am happy for the little hero when he receives the gift; I am sad for the

little hero when his canary dies.

Time passed by minute by second. Unconsciously, I have been reading for

three hours, and my eyes begin to ache, but I am still reading there, until five

hours, my eyes are willing to strike.
