对每位同学而言，要想学习好，就必须制定一个切实可行的暑假学习计划，并坚持执行。那么，如何才能制定一个好的暑假学习计划呢?我认为应注意以下几个问题。

第一、目标要明确、适当。因为每位同学的基础各异，接受新知识的能力不同，所以选择目标一定要切合自己的学习实际，要正确估计自己的知识和能力、估计能够自己支配的时间，了解自己学习上的缺欠和漏洞。目标既不能定得过高，也不能过低，“跳一跳就能摘到果子”，便是最佳目标。

第二、要合理安排常规学习时间和自由学习时间。常规学习时间主要是用来完成老师当天布置的学习任务，消化当天所学的新知识。自由学习时间是指完成老师布置的学习任务后归自己支配的时间，这一时间可用来预习、复习功课，查缺补漏和进行课外阅读、训练等。

第三、计划要全面，要符合素质教育的基本要求。中学生不能成天只讲读书，智育只是人追求全面发展的一个方面，除此，还有德、体、美、劳等。因此，在制定计划时还要安排锻炼身体的时间、娱乐的时间以及充足的睡眠时间等。

第四、要做到“长计划，短安排”。在一段较长时间内应当有个大致安排，每星期、每天干什么，也应有个具体计划，长远计划可以使具体计划有明确的实现目标;短安排，则可以使长计划的任务逐步落实。

第五、计划要留有余地，不要定得太死，太满，太紧，要留出机动时间，可作必要的补充和安排。

On the Chinese side, I decided to read an hour after class every day and read an extracurricular book one week to increase my extracurricular knowledge and expand my knowledge. 7、每次完成习题的订正，将错题订正的全过程，牢牢地记在脑海里(背出)，渐渐地形成解题方法的量的积累。

8、一星期打两次球，游三次泳，增加运动，提高体能。(也可以听音乐等，做自己有兴趣的事)
