近期发现本市环境直线下降，街上随处可见塑料瓶和易拉罐，水中也漂浮着塑料瓶和一次性塑料盒。垃圾桶旁堆着如小山一般的垃圾，而垃圾桶内的垃圾却并没有填满。绿化带中的垃圾更是数不胜数，学生吃零食吃剩残渣和包装袋，把地上的小草压得不起腰。在此，我对广大市民们提出以下倡议：

1、大人们以身作则，真正做到垃圾不落地，争当好市民。不随手乱扔垃圾，把垃圾送回“家”——垃圾桶。
