大家好!我是一名中共党员，现任浙江省余姚市桐张香垃圾处理场副场长。在08年元月九日看到扬子晚报上的一篇报道：湖北省天门市的“垃圾之争”，城管执法人员打死人的‘命案’，让我的心跌宕起伏、久久难以平静。我经过深思熟虑，认为有必要将自己的看法与见解提供给两会的代表们，并且希望各位代表们能够将垃圾处理问题放在一个较高的层次上进行讨论。

一、消除垃圾污染和危害，是利国利民利全球的大事。

我国是世界上垃圾包袱最重的国家之一，每年城市产生的各类生活垃圾总量达“亿吨之多，且垃圾处理水平很落后，科技含量低。目前处理垃圾的主要方法是把垃圾集中到农村卫生填埋，这相当于把垃圾的危害转嫁给农民，破坏农村环境卫生，严重污染土壤、水体等，.如今农民闹事现象己很普遍。农民过去只知厌恶苍蝇，现在已经开始懂得污染的危害比苍蝇更可怕，若不尽快拿出行之有效的解决方法，将会深深的影响社会和谐、稳定的发展;将会出现更多类似于天门市‘垃圾之争’的事件。

二、“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法是今后垃圾处理的发展方向。

余姚市桐张吞是闻名的‘杨梅’之乡，每年杨梅成熟的时节，也是苍蝇的高峰期，也是我们全体员工无不担心苍蝇毁坏杨梅农民闹事之时。从06年至今，臭气熏天，苍蝇成灾的垃圾场环境彻底的得到了改善，当地农民欣喜地说：“‘科技办法就是多。’当初垃圾场臭气逼人，现今比其它地方还清净，原因是2006年初，我场得知安徽合肥使用“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法，就与提供此项技术服务的丹阳市东南卫生化工厂取得联系，采用了他们的“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法，很快就出现明显效果。

当年8月9日至10日两天，由余姚市有关领导亲自参加，共组织200余人来到垃圾场参观考察，还特地安排在距垃圾作业区约三四十米处就地用餐，整个就餐过程中没有一人有脏臭不适感，参观结束，所有人员无不称说是一大‘奇迹’。2007年，我们从所有的垃圾箱、中转站从源头就开始使用，结果整个城市几乎已闻不到垃圾臭味，垃圾场也几乎看不见有苍蝇。

★垃圾污染是严重的环保问题，国家创卫应把它列为重点内容。

城市的垃圾箱、中转站、垃圾处理场以及运送垃圾的车辆，每逢夏秋之时，无处不是“臭气熏人、苍蝇成灾”，甚至连奋战在垃圾处理一线的环卫工人的身体也占有臭气。这与光荣评选卫生先进城市应感到是一种羞耻。

实践已经证明：垃圾污染被清除，臭气、苍蝇就自然消失，空气质量也会提高，人民减少生病。估计可以节省的医药费用会是处理垃圾所需费用的千倍万倍。除有可能会影响部分医院的经济效益，其它别的应该是有百利而无一害。

“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法不仅可以清除垃圾的臭味和苍蝇，还可以消除有机垃圾的有害物质和气体，还可有效抑制有害致病菌的生长繁殖，彻底除去污染源。同时还节省覆盖粘土达七倍之多，还可使有机垃圾减量30%。值得一提的是：该方法不含任何有毒化学成分，能从根本上消除污染危害。但目前尚未见在全国推广，本人了解有以下原因：

首先厂方考虑到垃圾处理需要低成本，顾及用户的利益，不愿在广告宣传中过多投入增加成本。

其次是发现市场上有不正当竞争现象甚至有类似香精等物制成的除臭品搅乱市场，影响“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法的有效推广!

第三、我国爱国卫生运动过去几十年对环卫部门的要求只是消灭苍蝇(包括卫生评比检查)，农民闹事大多数也是因苍蝇而起，所以环卫部门对消除垃圾危害的要求认识还不够深刻，导致对垃圾处理的新技术不敏感。

三、消除垃圾危害迫在眉睫。

全国有数以万计的环卫员工和上千万居住在垃圾场附近的农民，他们的身体健康时刻在遭受垃圾危害的侵袭，现在消除垃圾的危害迫在眉睫。为此，我有如下几点建议：

1.建议相关代表能够关心一下自己本地区的垃圾处理情况，把

“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法通报给当地政府的有关部门;

2.建议各级爱国卫生运动委员会把消除垃圾危害的任务列为和

扑灭苍蝇任务同等重要。

3、建议各新闻媒体多报道一些垃圾危害和处理垃圾存在的难题，

对“垃圾除臭灭蝇生态化处理”方法的成果进行专访和如实报道。

4.建议大会将此信印发给各位代表参考。

为了社会的稳定与和谐，为了建设有中国特色的社会主义城市，让我们一起共同来解决垃圾问题，让生活变得更加美好!

Nowadays, many families have a dog or a cat as a pet. Some people think

that pets are good and helpful companies. Some of them even go so far as saying

that animals are as good as humans, and their rights should be respected .Senior

citizens are especially fond of keeping pet because they are always feeling

lonely at home and they see the cats or dogs as their partner.

But some other people do not like pets. They say that animals are noisy,

dirty and dangerous. They think laws should be made to forbid people from

keeping pets in cities and towns.

In my opinion, pets are loyal friends that will never betray us. Staying

with pets, we shall enjoy happiness and feel relaxed. Most important of all,

keeping pets helps people to reduce loneliness and forget their unpleasant

things for the time being.

我喜欢爬山，因为爬山可以锻炼身体，可以欣赏风景，爸爸说还可以陶冶情操，是什么意思我不太懂，应该是很大的好处吧。

青岛的崂山、浮山、毛公山、大珠山、小珠山、信号山、嘉定山等等大山小山都留下过我的身影。每次爬山，爸爸都会给我讲关于山的一些故事，我很喜欢听，“崂山道士”“金蟾望海”“珠山传说”“八仙过海”，每次爬山的故事都不一样，但每次爸爸都会跟我讲同一件事情，就是“爱护环境，不乱扔垃圾”。

记得第一次爬崂山的时候，我把吃剩下的香蕉皮随手扔在了山路旁边。爸爸看见了，很严肃的告诉我要把香蕉皮捡起来，我说这里又没有垃圾桶怎么办？爸爸打开背包递给我一个塑料袋，让我把香蕉皮放到塑料袋里，并且告诉我，我们爬山是来欣赏风景的，美丽的风景才能给大家带来愉悦的心情，如果每个爬山的人都随手乱丢垃圾，那风景就不美丽了，山也就会变成垃圾山，地球也就会变成垃圾地球了，所以我们每个人都有责任保护环境，保护地球。“保护环境，从我做起！”我大声告诉爸爸，爸爸高兴的笑了。

从那以后，每次爬山，爸爸都会分给我们每人一个塑料袋，不仅把我们自己的垃圾装到袋子里，而且还会把沿途看到的空瓶子、食品袋等垃圾捡起来，我们还比赛谁的袋子装的多呢？哈哈，有好几次我都是第一名，爸爸说我是家里的环保小冠军。更有意思的是，在好几次爬山的时候，我还看到有别的叔叔阿姨也这样做了，还夸奖我呢，我心里美滋滋的。

在学校里，老师也经常告诉我们要爱护环境，从自己做起，从身边小事做起。我想，在生活中如果每个人都能够认真的从自己做起，从不乱扔垃圾做起，我们的环境就会越来越好，天会更蓝，水也会更清，我们就会更幸福！

唐朝著名诗人白居易有一首著名的诗歌忆江南，这是一首优美的诗歌，江南好，风景旧曾谙，日出江花红胜火，春来江水绿如蓝，能不忆江南？诗中的江南水波清粼，湖水如丝绸般光滑，景色美不胜收。

我的家乡太仓就在美丽的江南。600年前，伟大的航海家郑和率领庞大的船队从太仓刘家港出发，“七下西洋”传播中华文明。听妈妈讲她们小的时候，家乡的河水清澈见底，小鱼可以欢快地在小河里玩耍，乡间有很多高大挺拔的树木，人们的生活也非常环保非常健康。

可是，随着经济的发展，现在的环境有了很大的变化。很多农村的耕地被征用，又建造了许多的工厂。昔日高大的树木被砍伐了，种树的人也越来越少，绿绿的小草变黄了，鲜艳的鲜花变少了，连蓝蓝的天空也因为工厂排出的废气变得不那么蓝了，冬天PM超过2、5的天气也越来越多，我们小朋友必须要戴着口罩去上学。我们房子边的小河里的水越来越脏，根本看不到小鱼的影子，这都是小河边的饭店乱排污水所致。有时我也在家里听到楼上的居民向小河里乱抛垃圾，这些居民连最基本的道德品质都丧失了，他们知不知道，他们的随手之举给环卫局的工人带来了多少麻烦？经常看见环卫局的工人划着小船在小河里打捞垃圾，他们真的非常辛苦，非常敬业！

随着社会的进步，中国已经从自行车大国过渡到汽车大国。从我一个十岁儿童的理解角度出发，像我们太仓这样的小城市根本不需要那么多的汽车，我们孩子上学家长用自行车和电动车接送就可以了，大人上班大部分离单位也很近，也可以用同样的交通工具，要是路途遥远就乘坐公交车，这样就很环保。我最害怕冬天的时候，天上有雾霾，地上都是汽车释放的尾气，嗓子特别地难受。希望以后通过治理环境，能让我们家乡的天空变得和以前一样明亮。

做为一个儿童，尽管我们所能做的只是一件件小事，就是不乱扔垃圾，节约用水，吃用简单，做一个热爱家乡的环保小卫士。

保护环境，从我做起，从小事做起，让我们太仓这颗江南明珠变得清新美丽……

前段时间，县团委组织了“河小二”的活动，此次活动的目的就是让小朋友们亲身体验养鳖的过程，然后再把鳖放到新昌江净化水质。很高兴，我也成了其中的一员。

领到孵化屋以后，我给四个鳖蛋安置了它们的新家。

在好奇的推动下，我每天都去看它、观察它的变化。结果，好奇害死鳖。一只早产，看到它的时候已经归西了。还有两只，直到最后也没能走出它的蛋壳。最后总算是活了一只，给了我一点慰藉，于是我便把它当作了我的“宝”。

小鳖在我一天天的悉心照料下，已经越来越壮实了，而我和这只小鳖的感情也越来越深厚了。可就在这个时候，县团委却组织要在新昌江为小鳖们举办放生活动，让它们净化水质。我知道迟早会有那么一天，但也没想到来的竟然那么快。我的心中满是不舍。彻夜难眠，经过不断的思想斗争后。我做出了一个决定：要将小鳖放生，让它净化新昌江的水质！

而在我决定将小鳖放生的时候，我自己也暗下决心，小鳖，当你在新昌江净化水质时，我或许也在为“河小二”这个职责而努力着。

就在那天，小鳖被放进了新昌江……它来了又走了，虽然有些失落，但它却带给了我更多的环保意识。

就在那一天，我更觉得有必要好好的保护我们的环境，能让我们的新昌变得更美，更干净。

Protection of the Environment Once man did not have to think about the protection of his environment. There were few people on the earth, and natural resources seemed to be unlimited. Today things are different. The world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources,and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, human life on earth will not survive. We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea, there will soon be none left. Yet,with modern fishing methods, more and more fish are caught.We know that if too many trees are cut down, forests will disappear. Yet, we continue to use powerful machines to cut down more and more trees. We see that if rivers are polluted with waste products, we will die. Yet, waste products arestill put into rivers. We know that if the population continues to rise at the present rate, in a few years, there wont be enough food.What can we do to solve these problems? If we eat more vegetables and less meat, there will be more food available. Land for crops feeds five times more people than land where animals are kept. Our natural resources will last longer if we learn to recycie them. The world population will not rise so quickly if people use modern methods of birth control. Finally, if we educate people to think about the problems we shall have a better and cleaner planet in the future.

亲爱的家长们，市民们，同学们：

近期发现本市环境直线下降，街上随处可见塑料瓶和易拉罐，水中也漂浮着塑料瓶和一次性塑料盒。垃圾桶旁堆着如小山一般的垃圾，而垃圾桶内的垃圾却并没有填满。绿化带中的垃圾更是数不胜数，学生吃零食吃剩残渣和包装袋，把地上的小草压得不起腰。在此，我对广大市民们提出以下倡议：

1、大人们以身作则，真正做到垃圾不落地，争当好市民。不随手乱扔垃圾，把垃圾送回“家”——垃圾桶。

2、家长们要做好带头作用，主动把垃圾扔进垃圾桶。

3、学生养成垃圾分类的好习惯。

各位市民，只要我做到凡事从我做起，从小事做起，每个都不乱扔垃圾，那么，聚沙成塔，众志成城，终有一天，我们这个城市将变成一个环保、温馨、整洁的美丽城市，愿我们每个人从现在开始就行动起来。每个人都为美化环境、文明城市作出自己的贡献。

Environmental protection is not a new question for us, our government has put forward clear governance objectives. As every ordinary people in real life, although not may be directly engaged in environmental protection work, but we can starts from the minor matter, starts from me.

When see the bathroom faucet is dripping, close is able to raise your hand? When the battery after use can be classified collection processing and not carelessly throw away? Whether consciously or the use of ultra-thin plastic bags when shopping? Them are very small, but it reflects how much we have environmental protection consciousness.

Recycling one ton of waste paper can regenerate 800 kg of paper, can save 17 big tree. Recycling waste 20 boxes can create a beautiful pen container. Recycling one glass bottle to save energy, can make the bulb light for four hours. Recycling one aluminum can is to save the half oil cans. So we should place the garbage classification, reproduction by the relevant department after recycling reuse!

As long as we start from oneself, starts from the minor matter, everybody joint efforts, perseverance, we will be for the society, also a piece of clear water, blue sky for yourself, I hope everybody can voluntarily protect the environment, to make our environment more beautiful life.

环境保护对我们来说并不是一个新问题，我国政府也早就提出了明确的治理目标。作为现实生活中的每一个普通人，虽然不可能都直接从事环保工作，但我们完全可以从小事做起，从我做起。

当看到洗手间的水龙头在滴水时，是不是能够举手关上呢?当电池用完后能否分类收藏处理而不是随手扔掉呢?当购物时能否自觉不使用超薄塑料袋呢?一件件小事虽然都很不起眼，但却体现我们究竟具备了多少环保意识。

回收1吨废纸可再造出800千克好纸，可以挽救17棵大树。回收20个废餐盒可以造出一个漂亮的笔筒。回收一个玻璃瓶节省的能量，可使灯泡亮4个小时。回收1个铝罐就等于节约了半个铝罐的石油。所以我们应将垃圾分类安放，由有关部门回收后再生产再利用!

只要我们从自己做起，从小事做起，大家共同努力，持之以恒，就一定能为社会、也为自己留下一片碧水蓝天，我希望人人都能自觉保护环境，让我们的生活环境更加美好。

随着科技的高速发展，人类对资源的需求越来越多，致使南极北极冰雪融化的速度加快、海平面日渐上升、南极出现臭氧空洞、北京的沙尘暴、雾霾天气不断增加、日本大地震后造成的核泄漏污染……

当我们在享受美好生活的同时，是否想到保护环境的重要性呢?

那么，请同学们关注一下我们的校园，看!操场上、校门口、楼梯过道上漫天飞舞的纸屑、食品袋、饮料瓶;瞧，雪白的墙壁上那些张牙舞爪的涂鸦……这些都是和我们校园文明不和谐的一幕啊!

同学们，如果我们大家都行动起来，争当环保的主人翁，不乱扔纸屑、果皮，不乱涂乱画，随手捡起地上的纸屑垃圾，爱护环境，把我们的校园装扮的漂漂亮亮。当我们在绿树成荫的校园小道上漫步时，一定会感到心旷神怡;当我们在窗明几净的教室里读书时，一定会全神贯注;当我们在整洁优雅的环境中学习时，一定会心情舒畅。

It used to be so spectacular, so great, is our Chinese peoples pride, between the two generations, however, you see, now whats the mother river? And a mighty momentum before? Later we if asked about Yellow River between the two generations, we how to answer, again to see the big forest into a desert, all desire become the real "Yellow River", we must continue to damage the earth? We hate Japanese dont like Japan, but please put down hatred of learning how to learn Japanese environmental protection?

Japan is the largest country in the amount of wood, but never cut down their own trees, are imported timber in foreign countries, Japan is the largest country in the world forest area accounted for the proportion. There will be a high pollution projects on foreign production. Read this, Im afraid you will scold the Japanese are trying, but its not just proves that Japan is one of the most importance to the state environmental protection?

Protect the environment, starts from me!!!!!! How many times we shout the slogan, but we have to implement? The slogan was initially we shout out, but we never have the real action, and this slogan as a basic national policy by Japan, the implementation of the little hole. This not only make the Japanese environment better, or Japan become the least amount of pollution in the air.

So Japan seems really shameless, despicable! But this is our most the place. Take a look at our central news, headlines which which where leadership is always a meeting, what was said at the meeting, but that many are just fallen on deaf ears, which can truly implement good, is all lip service, had forgot. But foreign headlines always where where what happened, for help, for the common people for the real benefits. This is the difference between China and Japan. We sell wood at a low price to foreign countries every year, and then to spend hundreds of thousands of millions of the soil and water conservation management. This is the difference between China and Japan. The frequency of the Yellow River burst its Banks over the years more and more frequent, we do not pay attention to the Yellow River is not protected and the consequences of planted?

I say this is not I...... today, I really love our country. Really hope our country can better. I described above is the living example, we see is true, to everyone. Over the years we in the development of science and technology has obtained the very good fruit, but we on environmental protection and began at least fifty years of distance in the world, do we still shouldnt have a good look at what? 在中国，我们可以普遍的看到白色垃圾满天飞，废电池乱扔的状况，保护环境作文500字。我们再看看日本，日本的电池和白色垃圾都是经过严密处理的，完全没有上述中国垃圾处理上的疏漏。我曾经看过一篇文章，文章中提到人类移居火星的事，咱们先不说火星上是否有适合人类生存的大气，能不能活人。现在我们已经看到了，地球已经被我们破坏成这样了，我们不仅不悔改，难道还要再破坏另一个星球吗?

是不是硬要等到整个宇宙都被我们破坏完了，我们才知道悔改?再看看我们的母亲河——黄河!它曾经是那么壮观，那么伟大，是我们炎黄祖孙的骄傲，可是，你们看看，现在的母亲河是什么样子?还有以前磅礴的气势吗?以后我们的祖孙如果问起黄河，我们又该如何作答，眼看着大片的森林变成荒漠，条条清流变成真正的“黄河”，我们还要将地球继续破坏下去吗?我们恨日本不喜欢日本，但是请先将仇恨放下学习学习日本的环境保护好么?

日本是用木材量最大的国家，但是却从不砍伐自己国家的树木，都是进口的国外的木材，日本是全世界森林面积占国土比例最大的国家。将有高污染的工程全放到国外生产。读到这里，恐怕大家免不了要骂日本人心机重，但是这不正好证明了日本是最重视国家环境保护的吗?

保护环境，从我做起!!!这句口号我们喊了多少遍了，可是我们有落实过吗?这个口号最初还是我们喊出来的，但是我们从来都没有真正的行动起来，这个口号被日本当做了基本国策，落实的没有一点漏洞。这不仅使日本的环境变好起来了，还是日本成为了大气污染最少的国家。

这么看来日本好似真的很无耻，卑鄙!但是这却是我们最该学的地方。看看我们中央新闻，头版头条总是哪个哪个领导在哪开会，会上说了些什么，但是那很多都只是耳旁风，有哪个能正真落实好的，全都是嘴上说说，过了就忘了。但是外国头版头条总是哪里哪里发生了什么，都是求帮助的，真正为老百姓谋的了福利 。这就是中日之间的差别。每年我们将木材低价卖给外国，然后又要花几十万几百万把水土治理好。这就是中日的差别。这些年来黄河决堤的频率越来越频繁，这不都是我们不注意黄河保护而种下的恶果吗?

我今天说这些并不是我崇洋媚外，我真的很爱我们的国家。真的希望我们的国家能越变越好。我上面描述的都是我们看到的鲜活的例子，都是真正的，大家有目共睹的。这些年来我们在科技发展上取得了很不错的硕果，但是在环境保护上我们却与世界上拉开了至少五十年的距离，难道我们还不该好好反思一下吗?我说这些是想让大家注视一下我们国家的环境保护问题，让我们把“环境保护，从我做起”落实到点上，让我们的国家变得更美，更漂亮。

我是个中学生，没有多么好的文采，没有多么华丽的词语，这能写到这了。但是我真的希望我们的国家变得更好，成为我们所有中国人的骄傲!!!

保护环境，刻不容缓!让我们行动起来，为了祖国的明天而一起努力。
