保护环境说起来简单，其实做起来难，大街小巷上到处都有痰，人们到处都在吸烟，吸完了就丢在地上。中国是一个吸烟大国，2000年的中国烟民已达3。6亿人，其中青少年就有500万2005年的中国青少年烟民正向这1000万跃进。吸烟有害健康，无数人应吸烟导致多种癌症及心血管病的事例摆在眼前，吸烟者却还在增长。
吸烟暂且不说，就说垃圾吧，有些人把垃圾倒在马路上。每个人经过时都会闻到一股浓浓的臭味，还有的人把废水倒在马路旁的花草上，使这些花草都枯萎了。人们吃过的香蕉皮，喝过的酸奶瓶，使用过的塑料物品都扔在了马路上，大街上。
垃圾不是随手一扔就了事的，还有乱贴乱画，践踏草坪等不雅现象，不要以为别人不知道就可以为所欲为，它关乎到这个地方的环境甚至是整个市的整洁。
地球是唯一一能让大家生存的地方，地球也只有一个，我们不要让陋习毁了地球，不要把电视广告语成为一片浮云，环境卫生不是说说就管用的，应该行动起来，管好自己的嘴，不随地吐痰，不在公共场所吸烟;管好自己的手，不乱扔乱画，不乱扔乱丢;管好自己的腿，不踩踏草坪;管好自己的家搞好学校以及公共场所的卫生坏境，并且多多宣传这类知识，让大家都携起手来共创美好家园。

+ 加入清单现在的社会都讲究一个词——环保。可又有谁真正地理解过这个词语或真正地去做过呢?我认为光说不做假把式的人有很多，而实际做了的人却寥寥无几。之所以我会这么认为，是因为我亲眼目睹的一件事，让我对环保的印象逐渐模糊了起来。 The current society pays attention to a word -environmental protection.But who has really understood this word or really did it? 那天，我和往常一样去书店看书，在书店门口，我看见了这样的一幕——许多大姐姐们在书店门口发着宣传单，传单上的内容全是有关于环保的，上面写出了许多濒临灭绝的小动物们，还有由于森林被破坏而造成的各种自然灾害。看了这些宣传单，我开心地笑了。原来，还有人在意地球的环境啊!地上散落着许多被人丢弃的宣传单，有的甚至被人踩了几脚。
那些大姐姐为什么不去把它们捡起来呢?这个问题像是在我的脑海里扎了根，怎么也挥之不去。我便单纯地认为：可能是大姐姐们想让更多的人知道环保的重要性，没有那么多的时间去顾及了吧我蹲下身，小心翼翼的捡起地上散落的.宣传单，交到其中一个大姐姐的手里。可谁知她却一脸不耐烦地抱怨道：“你不要那么多管闲事好不好?这么热的天，发这么多的宣传单，谁能受得了!”我只觉得自己被石化了，一阵风吹来，化成了灰烬。
我只能呆呆地看着那位大姐姐把自己手上一大半的宣传单散在地上，然后和其他人一起去买奶茶了。她们喝完奶茶后把杯子扔在地上，兴高彩烈地在树荫下乘凉、聊天。我心里十分失落，仿佛少了什么。这时，在我的视线里出现了一位清洁工阿姨。她穿着脏脏的马夹，汗水湿透了衣服，慢吞吞地清扫着大姐姐们遗留下来的奶茶杯和宣传单。那些大姐姐们见了她，马上躲得远远的，在她背后指指点点，好像在议论着什么。我还看见她们露出的厌恶神色，可是清洁工阿姨却毫不在乎。我对环保的概念彻底的模糊了，到底什么才是环保?为什么同是环保，差别却那么大?
我想起了我们自己。现在的我们都是娇生惯养的，在家里都是“小公主”、“小皇帝”，对于环保，只是嘴上说说，有谁真正做到了呢?我很想说一声：“环保!是需要实际行动的。保护环境，人人有责。请从身边的小事做起!

保护环境是从一点一滴的小事做起，而我却没有做好。有一次过新年，我们去顺峰山公园游玩，骑完自行车，我们个个都饿了，我们买了一小包零食来吃，而我，吃完零食，我因为高兴过头了，所以随手就把我吃过的7包零食的包装扔在地上，然后我进去便利店里面看电视，尽管今天的电视剧很好看，过了半个小时，我把以前妈妈跟我说的话忘得一干二净，我所有的心思都沉迷在这个电视剧里面。在过了三十分钟，我才想起来，可是，这时候，妈妈生气的走过来说：“你这个臭丫头，难道我以前跟你说的要保护环境，你都忘了吗?”我说：“我不是忘了，我只是顾着看电视。”妈妈说：“看电视重要一些，还是捡垃圾重要一些?”我说：“捡垃圾。”妈妈说：“那你快点捡呀。”
然后，我捡起一小堆垃圾，扔进垃圾桶，我不但向妈妈认错了，我也向顺峰山公园的每一个扫地阿姨认了错。因为，如果每个人都扔一块垃圾在地面，那么就会给清洁阿姨增加负担。如果你看见一块垃圾在地面，那你就弯弯腰，动动手，做一个保护环境的人，那么就会给清洁阿姨减少负担……
虽然这件事已经过去一年了，但是，这件事让我学会了，如果世界上都扔一块垃圾在地面，那么整个地球就会变成一片废区，所以我们每个人都要保护环境，保护地球，世界才会更美好!
