When faster and more convenient ways for travel are becoming available, I still favor using my own feet. I get much pleasure from it. People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. To me, the best way of traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.

It’s not good to join the travel agency otherwise we should call it gaining a superficial understanding through cursory observation but not traveling. Of course, we should study to choose a most toward occasion for the most famous and beautiful scene in the places before we are going to.

And we need enough money, enough time, special channel and also an economical plane, it’s convenient for us. And we can save more time to view the blue sky generally and look out upon the cloud dancing freely outside the plane.

要是有足够的钱，宽容的时间，路线也应讲究，经济许可的可坐飞机，便捷省时，一览碧空，看云儿在脚下自由自在的飘舞；

It’s also not bad to travel by train. Enjoy the scenery out of the train on the way, just look around here and there , maybe you can get some new friends in this narrow but long carriage. Certainly you’d better choose the different path when you return back from the place of interest so that you can make your eyes full of the landscape of interest on the way and never need to revisit the once familiar place. How far-flung and galland the rivers and mountains in our homeland are! There are still too many places we can go.

坐火车呢，那也不俗，沿途景致，这边看看那边望望，说不定在车上还能交上朋友呢！当然来回路线最好不要一样，这样可把沿途的山水名胜游个饱，将来也不用再到这一片热土作重游之想了。我们的祖国啊河山辽阔壮丽，要去的地方多着呢。

Time is limited but the interest of traveling is limitless. We travel just because of our love knot to the natural mountains and rivers!

During traveling, one can meet various people, make new friends and experience various lifestyles of different places.

Traveling, of course, it’s to get into the physical landscape which can help to give you a good temper, wash away the dust from your soul and make you cheer the nice life.

Advantages of Travel By traveling we can enjoy the beautiful scenery in different places. We will see with our own eyes many places read of in books, and visit some famous cities and scenic spots. We will meet people with different interests and see strange and different things when we travel. We can get ideas of the conditions and customs of other people, taste different foods and special local flavour if we like. In this way, we can understand how differently other people live.

Travel will not only help us to gain knowledge of geography and history and other knowledge, which will arouse our deep love for our motherland, but also will help us keep healthy and make us less narrow-minded. Travel does benefit us both mentally and physically. With all these advantages of travel, it is no wonder that travel has now become more popular .

First of all, travel can widen our knowledge of geography, the knowledge of customs, cultures and lifestyles of different places and countries. Secondly, we can make friends and practice a foreign language through travelling. Finally, travel is the best way of pastime. We can enjoy eating various foods and seeing beautiful sceneries.

大家好!9月，我们辞别了小学的师友，迈入中学的大门，告别了童年的幼稚与天真，转变成为一个成熟的少年。

同学们，新世纪的朝阳已经升起，我们的家乡和祖国更迎不定期了前所未有的发展机遇，也面临着许多新的挑战。我们是21世纪建设的生力军，祖国的繁荣富强将在我们手中实现，我们的人生历程将与祖国新世纪的前进步伐紧紧相伴。

7月1日，在庆祝中国共产党成立95周年大会上，习近平总书记发表重要讲话。水利部离退休老同志在老干部活动站或家中，通过电视、网络视频或广播，收看收听了习近平总书记重要讲话。老同志们心情激动，反响热烈。

已经有70年党龄的离休干部刘航，在“七一”上午早早坐在电视机前观看习近平总书记的讲话直播。她说：“习总书记的报告句句打在我的心坎上，太激动了!习主席又一次吹响了全党的集结号，庄严地发出了新的动员令。令我心潮澎湃，和全国解放时一样，感觉心情激动，无比兴奋。”当纪念活动结束播放国际歌时，她的泪水夺眶而出，情不自禁地随声高唱。她表示，今后还要好好地、细细地学，不忘初心，继续前进，为共产主义奋斗终生。

87岁高龄的离休老司长胡宗培说，十八大以来，习总书记和党中央带领全党、全囯人民进入新的历史时期。“七一”讲话进一步号召动员全党不忘初心、继续前进。作为一名老党员，一定要人老党心永青，永远做一个合格党员，力争做优秀党员，为党的事业尽心尽力，奉献不止。

离休干部于孟君说，作为一名老党员，一定要紧跟新的历史时期，努力学习党的各项理论、方针、政策，学以益智、学以立德、学以修身，终生为人民服务，和全国人民一起朝着共同富裕的方向奋进。

今天我演讲的题目是《爱国》。同学们，我们同为华夏儿女，同为炎黄子孙，我想问大家一个问题：何为爱国?

爱国是屈大夫披发行吟“宁溢死以流亡兮，余不忍为此态也”，爱国是诗人陆游“王师北定中原日，家祭无忘告乃翁‘，爱国是秋瑾’一腔热血勤珍重，洒去犹能化碧涛”，爱国是谭嗣同‘我自横刀向天笑，去留肝胆两昆仑’的豪迈气概……

爱国，不是光喊口号。在你注目凝望五星红旗冉冉升起时，在你为赛场上的中国健儿勇夺冠军而欢呼雀跃时，在你面对钓鱼岛事件热血沸腾时，你已经点燃了心中永不熄灭的爱国的火炬。

同学们，我们是小草，祖国是生我们、养我们的土地;我们是水珠，祖国就是孕育我们的大海;我们是小鸟，祖国就是让我们安家的大树;我们是沙土，祖国就是宽阔的大路……我们与伟大的祖国相互依存，热爱祖国，就是热爱自己的生命。

让我们铭记无产阶级革命家列宁的话“爱国主义就是千百年来巩固起来的对自己祖国的一种最深厚的感情。”我们要努力起来，贡献最大力量来建设祖国。因为，我们都有一个家，名字叫中国!

如若有人问五四运动的精神是什么?大概的答词必然是爱国救国。我以为五四运动的发生，是受了日本和本国政府的两种压逼而成的，自然不能说不是爱国运动。但是我们的爱国运动，远史不必说，即以近代而论，前清末年，也曾发生过爱国运动，而且上海有爱国学社和爱国女学校。十年前就有标榜爱国主义的根据运动。何以社会上对于五四运动无论是赞美、反对或不满足，都有一种新的和前者爱国运动不同的感想呢?他们所以感想不同的缘故，是五四运动的精神，确比前此爱国运动有不同的地方。这不同的地方，就是五四运动特有的精神。这种精神就是：(一)直接行动;(二)牺牲精神。直接行动，就是人民对于社会国家的黑暗，由人民直接行动，加以制裁，不诉诸法律，不利用特殊势力，不依赖代表。因为法律是强权的护持，特殊势力是民权的仇敌，代议员是欺骗者，决不能代表公众的意见。清末革命的时候，人人都以为从此安宁了，不料袁世凯秉政结果，反而不好。袁世凯死的时候，人人又以为从此可以安宁了，不料现在的段祺瑞、徐世昌执政，国事更加不好。这个时候，中国人因为对于各方面的失望，大有坐以待毙的现象。自从德国大败俄国革命以后，世界上的人思想多一变。于是，中国人也受了两个教训：一是无论南北，凡军阀都不应当存在;一是人民有直接行动的希望。五四运动遂应运而生。一般工商界所以信仰学生，所以对于五四运动有新的和前次爱国运动不同的感想，就是因为学生运动是直接行动，不是依赖特殊势力和代议员的卑劣运动呵!中国人最大的病根，是人人都想用很小的努力牺牲，得很大的效果。这病不改，中国永远没有希望。社会上对于五四运动，与以前的爱国运动的感想不同，也是因为有无牺牲的精神的缘故。然而我以为五四运动的结果，还不甚好。为什么呢?因为牺牲大而得结果小，才是好现象。此时学生牺牲的精神，若不如去年，而希望效果，却还要比去年的大，那更不是好的现象了。以上这两种精神，就是五四运动重要的精神。我希望诸君努力发挥这两种精神，不但特殊势力和代议员不是好东西，就是工商界也不可依赖。不但工商界不可依赖，就是学界的份子好朋友，都不可依赖。最后只有自己可靠，只好依赖自己!

Genghis Khan, "Khan of Khans", was the great leader of Mongolians. At the end of 12th century, he united Mongolian tribes and challenged other powers to expand his huge Mongolian empire, which extended from South China to the Caspian Sea.

In 1277, Khan attacked the West Xia Kingdom (presently Ningxia) and encountered strong resistance. He died of disease and age. The great emperor was later buried secretly according to Mongolian custom. It says that after the burial 2,000 men were slaughtered by some 800 soldiers who were in turn executed so that the location of the real tomb remains a secret.

There are four sacrifice ceremonies held annually to commemorate the great hero and leader of the Mongolian people. The ceremony, held on March 21st on lunar calendar, is the grandest. After the ceremony, horse racing, archery and wrestling are held as entertainment.

老师们、同学们，大家好,我是五年一班的陈天颖!今天我演讲的题目是诚信无价。

众所周知，诚信，是眼下很时髦的一个词。买卖东西要讲诚信、与人处事要讲诚信、商业谈判更要讲诚信。小到一个人，大到整个社会，诚信是基础，它可以决定一个人的地位和社会的稳定。一个人可以失去财富、失去职业、失去机会，但万万不可失去信誉

在大人的生意上，我所见到的，几乎都是讲诚信的。例如：坚决不卖三无产品，绝不把过期的东西摆在货架上。记得有一次：我蹦蹦跳跳到了面包店，正买单时，我摸了摸钱的边缘，感觉手感不太对劲，我对卖面包的阿姨说：“阿姨，你给我的这张貌似是假钱呀，可不可以换一张呢?”充满诚信的阿姨接过了这张一百元，看了看，然后连忙从抽屉里换了一张崭新的一百元给了我，嘴里不停地念叨着：“抱歉，抱歉，我真的没太注意······”我看出来了，她的眼里充满着的是诚信，大家都说“诚信是金。”这个阿姨，多么充满充满诚信呀!、

说着说着，我突然想到了四年级下学期品德与社会这本课本上一个讲诚信的小故事：有一个小男孩，找同学借了一本课外书，这个小男孩对那个同学承诺，一个星期后必定把书还回去。时间飞逝，转眼间，一个星期就要到了，可这个小男孩还没有把这本书看完，怎么办呢?于是，这个小男孩把他还没有看完的内容抄到了自己的本子上，然后准准时时的把书给还回去了!这个故事让我联想：这个小男孩那么讲诚信，他一定受到很多同学的信任吧!

一颗高贵的心是无法用金钱买到的，一片纯美的心地也比金子更珍贵，当你播下一粒诚实的种子，你的心灵大地上收获的将是无价之宝!

各位老师，各位同学，各位朋友：

大家晚上好：

此时此刻，我站在这个演讲台上，心里很紧张，不是因为是否能讲得好，而是在座的各位，将来可能成为我的领导，可能是我的老板。

有一句话是说：“毕业等于失业。”是的，在学校，我们住学校的，吃父母的，生活无忧无虑，面临毕业，我们就面临要接受生存的考验。在当今这个就业形势非常严峻的今天，大学生对将来的生活很茫然，对找工作也充满了恐惧感，但是，不能因为害怕避而远之，今天，我们要讨论的就是：大学生就业的问题。

记得小时候，老师让我们谈理想，我们有的想当科学家，有的要当医生，有的要当老师，我们有远大的理想，但是现实是，随着年龄的长大，我们不得不意识到，并不是科学家适合你，你也不一定适合做老师或医生，每个人都要有合适自己的职业。

此时此刻，我想给大家讲一个故事，这是发生在元朝初期的故事。一个风和日丽的下午，一个年轻人跋山涉水，他走过居庸关，跨过蒙古草原，一直来到了正在关外带兵作战的成吉思汗的帐篷外，年轻人向卫兵说明来意后，卫兵仔细搜查了他的身上是否是武器，发现没有，然后让他走进帐篷。成吉思汗见来人很有礼貌，询问之后才知道，原来这个年轻人是来投奔他的。这个年轻人叫做耶律楚才，是个契丹贵族，生长在燕京，也就是今天的北京，他的祖先耶律阿保机，是赫赫有名的辽国辽太祖。经过这次见面，成吉思汗给他安排了一个职位，一个每天写会议纪要的书记官，偶尔也为蒙古贵族算算命，占卜占卜一下星相什么的。耶律楚才没有因为拒绝，他欣然接受了这个工作，后来，他从一个小小的官做到宰相，而且一做宰相就是元朝的名宰相，为元朝的发展做出了巨大的贡献，也实现了自己的人生价值。

从这个故事当中，我意识到大学生找工作要从三个方面考虑，第一应该敢于主动去找工作，敢于主动去寻找机会就业;第二不要眼高手低，任何工作都需要持之以恒、工作是不分贵贱;第三，不要认为自己的起点高，就一定要从事高等的工作，放低自己才能找到合适的。现在的竞争很激烈，大学生有去洗脚有去做服务员的，每一份工作都是一个机会，机会也不是到处都有。我们大学生要真正走出象牙塔，就要主动出击，主动寻找就业机会。有这样一个现象，有的大学生抱怨自己没有关系，抱怨父母不给安排好工作，在现在的社会，机会不是别人给的，而是自己去找的。每当机会降临的时候，我们不能眼高手低，也不要吃着碗里的，看着锅里的，任何工作我们都要任劳任怨，勤勤恳恳的坚持下去，总有一天，我们会得到社会的认可，用我们所写的知识，实现自己的价值。

最后，我想借用李白的诗句与大家共勉：天生我材必有用，千金散尽还复来!祝愿大家在毕业之后能够人人找到好工作，人人都有辉煌的明天。

在我眼前，历历浮现出那冰雪覆盖的1937年，那悲痛岁月里的冷嗖嗖的日子。日本帝国主义大肆张开它的魔爪，伸向了我中华的心脏!屠杀、屠杀，灭绝人性的屠杀。三十万同胞命丧敌手。六朝古都瞬间变成人间地狱。南京在哭泣，中国在哭泣。

曾雄立于地球上的东方巨人!为什么会在那时会任人宰割，被人践踏?落后就要打，这就是历史惨痛的教训!无数中华儿女怀揣“为中华崛起而努力”的梦想拼搏着。

所以，我们的祖国——一条沉睡的龙，终于被唤醒了，终于站起来了!这66年来，特别是改革开放以来，我们56个名族相濡以沫，我们的祖国，如一匹千里马，一日千里。

从原子弹到氢弹，“东风一号”对地导弹到如今的“神州七号”太空飞船;从“相约2008北京奥运会”到 “青岛世界园艺博览会”; 从“歼15”舰载机到“辽宁舰”航空母舰。从建立外交关系到加入“WTO”;再到“一带一路”发展思路的提出，哪一样不显示出我们伟大祖国的发展?

我们是华夏儿女，炎黄子孙，是中华民族的希望。我们每个人都应该身怀自己的梦想——中华民族伟大复兴。或许有的人想当医生，有些人想当老师，有些人想当警察，还有些人想当律师……梦，巩固在坚持不懈基础之上;梦，实现在汗水与泪水相融之间。我们要为了自己心中的梦想去努力，去奋斗。在不久的的将来，实现心中的那个梦!

虽然我们个人的力量是微小的，但是毕竟我们中国有千千万万的少年，聚集在一起的力量就是十分强大的。虽然我们个人的梦想是具体的，但千万人的梦想汇聚在一起，不正是我们中华民族的伟大复兴梦吗?

少年智则国智、少年富则国富、少年强则国强、少年独立则国独立、少年进步则国进步。就让我们为实现自己的梦想而读书，为中华之发展而读书，为中华复兴而读书吧!

my favorite book is (italian: cuore). this is a diary written by an italian boy enrico. the diary is about his life and study. it included various touching stories that happened around enrico, the mottos taught by his parents, as well as the wonderful ten "monthly" stories told by his teacher during the class. every word in the chapter describes the word "love". from patriotism to friendship, and to the love between parents and child -- really touching.

this novel taught me how to love, and how to learn from love. i really like this book very much. how about you? what is your favorite book?

oh, i haven’t read this book before. what is it about?

well, it is a story of a rich girl who maintained her noble character after the bankruptcy of her father. the story is happy ending.

can you tell us why you love this book so much?

sure. it is because the story taught us to be brave and to face the challenges and difficulties with courage. i am deeply impressed by the strength and perseverance of the little prince in the story. i have decided to learn from her from now on.

大家好!今天我要给大家讲的题目是：勿忘国耻振兴中华!

我们大家都知道，我们中国曾经有过一段屈辱的历史。外国侵略者在中国的土地上横行霸道，任意妄为，犯下了不可磨灭的滔天罪行。南京大屠杀，拖着沉重的步伐经过了70年。我们又怎能忘记，70年前的那一天，可恶的日本人，在中国烧杀抢掠。三十五万无辜的百姓们，在短短的一周内，成为了疯狂的刺刀下的牺牲品，他们没有任何反抗的能力，任凭侵略者在他们身上残暴的发泄着。圆明园，一座举世闻名的皇家园林，在1860年10月6日，英法联军侵入北京，把圆明园里面的东西全部拿走了，又有三千多侵略者在圆明园内放火，把圆明园变成了一片灰烬。那其中凝聚力我们中华儿女的多少心血与智慧啊!

如今，我们这个社会上没有战争，生活在和平安定的世界中，但是我们不能忘记以前落后就要挨打的局面，忘记了国耻。古人云：“生于忧患，死于安乐。”我们青少年只有将国耻铭记在心中，以此为动力，奋发图强，学习更加精益求精，不怕吃苦，肯下苦功夫，报着“为中华崛起而读书”的信念，德智体美劳全面发展，才能担负起建设祖国的重任。所以我们要好好学习，只有这样，才能担负起祖国的重任。

Faculty, family, friends, and fellow graduates, good evening.

I am honored to address you tonight. On behalf of the graduating masters and doctoral students of Washington Universitys School of Engineering and Applied Science, I would like to thank all the parents, spouses, families, and friends who encouraged and supported us as we worked towards our graduate degrees. I would especially like to thank my own family, eight members of which are in the audience today. I would also like to thank all of the department secretaries and other engineering school staff members who always seemed to be there when confused graduate students needed help. And finally I would like to thank the Washington University faculty members who served as our instructors, mentors, and friends.

As I think back on the seven-and-a-half years I spent at Washington University, my mind is filled with memories, happy, sad, frustrating, and even humorous.

Tonight I would like to share with you some of the memories that I take with me as I leave Washington University.

I take with me the memory of my office on the fourth floor of Lopata Hall - the room at the end of the hallway that was too hot in summer, too cold in winter, and always too far away from the womens restroom. The window was my offices best feature. Were it not for the physics building across the way, it would have afforded me a clear view of the arch. But instead I got a view of the roof of the physics building. I also had a view of one corner of the roof of Urbauer Hall, which seemed to be a favorite perch for various species of birds who alternately won perching rights for several weeks at a time. And I had a nice view of the physics courtyard, noteworthy as a good place for watching people run their dogs. Its amazing how fascinating these views became the longer I worked on my dissertation. But my favorite view was of a nearby oak tree. From my fourth-floor vantage point I had a rather intimate view of the tree and the various birds and squirrels that inhabit it. Occasionally a bird would land on my window sill, which usually had the effect of startling both of us.

I take with me the memory of two young professors who passed away while I was a graduate student. Anne Johnstone, the only female professor from whom I took a course in the engineering school, and Bob Durr, a political science professor and a member of my dissertation committee, both lost brave battles with cancer. I remember them fondly.

I take with me the memory of failing the first exam in one of the first engineering courses I took as an undergraduate. I remember thinking the course was just too hard for me and that I would never be able to pass it. So I went to talk to the professor, ready to drop the class. And he told me not to give up, he told me I could succeed in his class. For reasons that seemed completely ludicrous at the time, he said he had faith in me. And after that my grades in the class slowly improved, and I ended the semester with an A on the final exam. I remember how motivational it was to know that someone believed in me.

I take with me memories of the midwestern friendliness that so surprised me when I arrived in St. Louis 8 years ago. Since moving to New Jersey, I am sad to say, nobody has asked me where I went to high school.

I take with me the memory of the short-lived computer science graduate student social committee lunches. The idea was that groups of CS grad students were supposed to take turns cooking a monthly lunch. But after one grad student prepared a pot of chicken that poisoned almost the entire CS grad student population and one unlucky faculty member in one fell swoop, there wasnt much enthusiasm for having more lunches.

I take with me the memory of a more successful graduate student effort, the establishment of the Association of Graduate Engineering Students, known as AGES. Started by a handful of engineering graduate students because we needed a way to elect representatives to a campus-wide graduate student government, AGES soon grew into an organization that now sponsors a wide variety of activities and has been instrumental in addressing a number of engineering graduate student concerns.

I take with me the memory of an Engineering and Policy department that once had flourishing programs for full-time undergraduate, masters, and doctoral students.

I take with me memories of the 1992 U.S. Presidential debate. Eager to get involved in all the excitement I volunteered to help wherever needed. I remember spending several days in the makeshift debate HQ giving out-of-town reporters directions to the athletic complex. I remember being thrilled to get assigned the job of collecting film from the photographers in the debate hall during the debate. And I remember the disappointment of drawing the shortest straw among the student volunteers and being the one who had to take the film out of the debate hall and down to the dark room five minutes into the debate - with no chance to re-enter the debate hall after I left.

I take with me memories of university holidays which never seemed to apply to graduate students. I remember spending many a fall break and Presidents Day holiday with my fellow grad students in all day meetings brought to us by the computer science department.

I take with me memories of exams that seemed designed more to test endurance and perseverance than mastery of the subject matter. I managed to escape taking any classes that featured infamous 24-hour-take-home exams, but remember the suffering of my less fortunate colleagues. And what doctoral student could forget the pain and suffering one must endure to survive the qualifying exams?

I take with me the memory of the seven-minute rule, which always seemed to be an acceptable excuse for being ten minutes late for anything on campus, but which doesnt seem to apply anywhere else I go.

I take with me the memory of Friday afternoon ACM happy hours, known not for kegs of beer, but rather bowls of rainbow sherbet punch. Over the several years that I attended these happy hours they enjoyed varying degrees of popularity, often proportional to the quality and quantity of the accompanying refreshments - but there was always the rainbow sherbert punch.

I take with me memories of purple parking permits, the West Campus shuttle, checking my pendaflex, over-due library books, trying to print from cec, lunches on Delmar, friends who slept in their offices, miniature golf in Lopata Hall, The Greenway Talk, division III basketball, and trying to convince Dean Russel that yet another engineering school rule should be changed.

Finally, I would like to conclude, not with a memory, but with some advice. What would a graduation speech be without a little advice, right? Anyway, this advice comes in the form of a verse delivered to the 1977 graduating class of Lake Forest College by Theodore Seuss Geisel, better known to the world as Dr. Seuss - Heres how it goes:

My uncle ordered popovers

from the restaurants bill of fare.

And when they were served,

he regarded them

with a penetrating stare . . .

Then he spoke great Words of Wisdom

as he sat there on that chair:

"To eat these things,"

said my uncle,

"you must excercise great care.

You may swallow down whats solid . . .

BUT . . .

you must spit out the air!"

And . . .

as you partake of the worlds bill of fare,

thats darned good advice to follow.

Do a lot of spitting out the hot air.

And be careful what you swallow.

老师同学们：

天高云淡，秋风送爽。值此黄金季节，举国上下喜迎国庆佳节和党的十六大召开之际，我们梅河口市第十一中学隆重举行第十七届田径运动会。请允许我代表梅河口市第十一中学全体师生，向百忙之中前来我校参加运动会的各级领导和来宾，表示衷心感谢，并致以崇高的敬礼。!

本届运动会是，把我们贯彻落实党的教育方针的情况和素质教育情况，向各级领导和来宾做以全面汇报的大会。

几年来，我校在上级党政领导的关怀和指导下，在各兄弟学校和广大学生家长以及社会各界仁人志士的关心和支持下，在广大师生齐心努力下，教育教学工作取得了可喜的成绩。特别是连续几年大专院校升学率趋于稳步上升阶段。这一点，是值得我们大家庆贺。

但是，我们要认识到“逆水行舟，不进则退”的道理。我们决不能满足现状、停滞不前。我们的社会日新月异，正处在急速发展时期。我国加入世贸组织之后，各行各业都力争在短时期内与世界接轨。我校作为省重点中学，如果要想保持其荣誉和地位，就要不断深入进行教育教学改革，就要开拓创新，与时俱进，就要不断加强素质教育，就要不断提高教育教学质量，就要不断提高升学率，把更多的学生送往好大学、名牌大学。我们还要充分认识到，“教育也是一种产业”的道理。我们要以这种理念去谋求我们的生存和发展。

为此，我们师生员工就要加倍努力奋斗。我们的教师，要从以增强科技知识教课的纯授业型教师转化为研究使学生怎样学习，研究培养什么样的学生的研究型教师;我们的学生，要从一味跟着老师的鹦鹉学舌型转化为怎样学习，将来要做怎样的人这样一类主动型学生。

这是我借本届运动会向全校师生发自内心的忠告。

我希望全体师生人人以爱为本，以诚相待，齐心协力开好运动会。本届运动会应该是一个教职员工全身心为学生服务的大课堂，是一个全体学生充分发挥各自特长的大课堂。

“不到长城非好汉。”我相信，我们只要团结一致，共同努力，我们所想到的就定能一个一个变成现实。

预祝大会圆满成功。

演讲这个词相信大家都很熟悉。没错，美国总统——奥巴马就是用他那高超的演讲艺术，成为连任总统的。如今，对我们21世纪少年的要求越来越全面。最近，班主任李老师又开启了一项新活动——演讲比赛。

演讲比赛为每个星期一班会课上举行，一共五人进行比赛。

我是第二组的，通过了一星期细致的观察和修改，总算到我大显身手的时候了。

星期一的早晨，我比平时都起得早。经过一番梳洗打扮，我走出了家门，踏上了一条“战争”的路程。

车一点一点前进着，我心中的石头也一点点大起来。我不再抬头挺胸，一个个问号也相继出现在我的脑子里，把它填的满满的，不允许我想其他的东西……，汽车在学校门口停下了。我下了车，可身上却犹如背着一座山那样重。我缓缓的走着，思考着那些问题，企图得到答案，好让我脑子休息一会儿。

不知为何，今天的时间总是过的特别快，没过一会儿，早操便结束了。我们回到班级，等待着比赛的开始。

李老师让比赛的同学先到外面准备一下。我拿着搞子，仔细的看着读着。这时，我听到了一阵熟悉的声音，左右看一下。啊，是何叶!她是第二组的吗?看来，这次只能图个第二了。我正想着，突然，李老师喊道：“下面，由一号选手——杜欣云上台演讲。”随即是一片热烈的掌声……

终于轮到我上台了，我即紧张，又兴奋。两条腿重的像木头似的，怎么也挪不动半步。但最终，我还是战胜了心中的紧张，深吸了一口气，不紧不慢的走上了那“万众瞩目”的讲台，开始了我的演讲——“我的祖国是我……”正当我说的津津有味时，突然，我发现有一个字不会读，没办法，又不能问老师，只好自己硬着头皮随便乱说了一通……在掌声中，我走下了讲台。

最后，是我的“劲敌”——何叶闪亮登场的时候了。她演讲的题目是：今天你微笑了吗?不仅写得好，说得也头头是道，看来，这次的No.1是非何叶莫属了。

果真不出我所料，何叶得了一个第一名，而我，则稳稳抓住了第二名的“荣誉”。奖品虽然不如何叶的丰富，但我还是很开心。

亲爱的同学，敬爱的老师：

大家好!今天我演讲的题目是“不忘国耻，振兴中华”!

大家都知道，我们中国曾经有一段屈辱的历史。外国侵略者在中国的土地上横行霸道、肆意妄为，犯下了不可磨灭的滔天罪行。南京大屠杀，拖着沉重的步伐经过了70年。我们又怎能忘却，70年前的那一天，可恶的日本人，在中国烧杀抢掠。三十五万无辜的南京老百姓们，在短短一周内，成为了疯狂的刺刀下的牺牲品，他们没有任何反抗的能力，任凭侵略者在他们身上残暴地发泄着。圆明园，一个当代世界上最大的博物馆、艺术馆就这样被英法联军洗劫一空，又被一把大火烧毁，付之一炬。那其中凝聚着我们中华儿女多少的心血与智慧啊。那些狰狞的表情，猖狂的笑容，无一不揭示着他们那没有人性的躯壳!

1945年8月15日，日本帝国主义被迫无条件投降，中国人民经过8年浴血奋战，洗涮了一百年来被挨打的耻辱，取得了抗日战争的伟大胜利，挽回了我们中华儿女的民族尊严，中华民族由一个背负着帝国主义与封建势力重压，被称为“东亚病夫”的民族，成为傲然屹立于世界东方，令世人瞩目的民族。乱翻的乌云扫清了，祖国迎来了一个黎明。

今年是抗日战争胜利70周年，望着每天与朝霞一道升起的 五星红旗，谁又能忘记在70年前，为了打倒日本法西斯，中国所做出的巨大民族牺牲呢?为了祖国领土完事，为了民族的尊严，战士们前仆后继，抛头颅、洒热血。他们用鲜血换来了今天的和平，我们怎能可以忘记呢?

今天，我们生活在和平安定的社会中，但我们不能忘记以前落后就要挨打的局面，忘记了国耻。古人云：“生于忧患，死于安乐。”我们青少年只有将国耻铭记在心中，以此为动力，奋发图强，学习更加精益求精，不怕吃苦，肯下苦功夫，报着“为中华之掘起而读书”的信念，德智体美劳全面发展，才能担负起建设祖国的重任。中国人的苦难与抗争，求索与奋进，创业与搏击，无不可歌可泣，激励今人，昭告后世，前事不忘，后事之师。对民族精神的深刻理解与弘扬，对先辈业绩的追思与兴大，必将为中国的社会主义现代化建设流入强大的动力。

我们是21世纪的接班人，我们会经受一次又一次的锻炼，迈开沉着而坚定的步伐，向光辉的未来继续前进。最后，让我们高呼“不忘国耻，振兴中华”!
