回想这两年来，您为我们洒下多少汗水，花了多少心血，您会为我们着想，会关心每一位学生。您在炎炎夏日的灯下，为我们批改作业的背影是那样美丽。

我记得，在疫情过后，我们六年级下册正式开学的时候，您怀孕了。美术老师告诉我们，您本来可以辞去班主任这个职务，可以安心做英语老师，也能安心养胎，也不会再那么辛苦的带我们这一届毕业生了。可是您没有，您依旧挺着肚子带我们去操场做操，去食堂吃饭，去校门口带我们放学，马上就要毕业了，但我真的很铭记这些时刻。

在这两年里，您不像是一位班主任老师，更像是我们成长路上的一位知心好友，为我们排忧解难，倾听我们的心声;更像是我们的母亲，会在我们生病难受时关心我们，给予我们温暖。您会用心的为我们操办六一的美食节，也会自己掏腰包为我们发奖励。

虽然要毕业了，我们马上就要各奔东西，去不同的学校，我还是会记得，您对我们的各种好，各种爱!

Stress comes in all shapes and size, and has become pervasive, it seems to

penetrate everything and everybody, its hard to get through a day without

hearing or reading something about stress. Some doctors refer to stress as some

kind of new plague天灾, 灾害, 祸患. However, numerous surveys confirm that the problem

has progressively risen since the 1980s. Why all the disorder? After all, stress

has been around since Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden, Stress is an

unavoidable consequence of life. Without stress, there would be no life.

However, just as distress can caw disease, there are good stresses that balance

this, and promote wellness.

杨老师是我的语文启蒙老师。按照古代的传统，我应该称呼她为“先生”。她有一头乌黑的长发，如银盘一样的脸庞上一双圆圆的杏核眼泛着温柔的光。

每天清晨，当教室回荡着朗朗的读书声，杨老师就一只手拿着书，一只手背在身后，在桌间的过道中漫步。

杨老师爱穿长裙，每当她站在讲台上衣袂飘飘，就像诗中写道的“北方有佳人，绝世而独立。”杨老师的名字叫杨桂华，就是唐代诗人张九龄笔下的“兰叶春葳蕤，桂华秋皎洁。”杨老师人如其名，她的品德也如秋月一样明澈皎洁。她既善良温润，又公正严明。她一直告诉我们做人要正直，做事要认真。

当班级里有人淘气时，杨老师会严厉地批评惩罚他。当有人进步时，她会真诚地表扬鼓励他。这就是手中有戒尺，眼中有慈爱的杨老师。

还记得一年级刚入学的时候，我的学习态度不认真，行为也很散漫。杨老师在课堂上多次提醒我，我不听，最后还和杨老师对着干，趴在桌子上不听课。杨老师课下耐心地和我谈心，征服了我的倔脾气。

在过去的三年中，杨老师用她儒雅的谈吐、典雅的装扮、优雅的举止赢得了全班同学的爱戴和依恋。我们都觉得自己是幸运的，能遇到这样一位学养深厚的启蒙老师。现在我们对优美的古文都能流利诵读、欣赏理解，这都离不开杨老师的教诲。这些传统文化的滋养会伴随我们一生，这是杨老师送给我们最珍贵的礼物。今天，杨老师是我们的骄傲，希望未来我们能成为她的骄傲。

我喜欢的老师是语文陈老师。她是在我上四年级的时候来到班级的。听其他人说是因为以前的陶老师怀孕了，所以才让陈老师来带我们班的。一开始，我们还不适应这个新老师，心里都在想陶老师什么时候能再回来就好了。过了一点时间以后，我们适应了陈老师的教学方式，就开始专心上课，把以前的担心都扔到一边儿了。

陈老师有一双水汪汪的大眼睛，高高的鼻梁上驾着一副淡紫色的眼镜。我最喜欢的是她那出口成章的嘴巴。她一直背着一个棕色的背包，里面经常装着我们的作业。让我奇怪的是陈老师从来不化妆，每天都一样的马尾，可是我觉得这样的打扮很精神。

陈老师的教学方式非常特别，我们以前①号本②号本都没有，就只有家联本。然而一些我们没想到的作业，她全都会布置。有一些动作慢的同学每天都会做的很晚，可在陈老师的鼓励下他们写作业的速度也快了起来。

我们从前的寒暑假作业都不需要老师检查，而陈老师是要一个个过关才行，这就让我们受苦了。不会做的题没写，陈老师会把解题思路告诉我们，让我们搞懂才行。他的“鬼主意”也非常多。记得有一次陈老师捧着一大叠纸笑嘻嘻地说“今天我们一起出试卷！”话音刚落我们就纷纷议论起来。我心想：“这葫芦里又要卖什么药啊？”陈老师又说道“谁出的好就给谁加星！”我们异口同声地说“好！”第二天，陈老师终于把葫芦里的药倒出来了，说：“同桌交换试卷开始答题！”“为什么啊？”大家都非常不开心。可我们不开心也要答题啊，这样的练习训练了几次，果然有用，期中考试大家的语文成绩非常理想，平均分有95呢！陈老师来了，我们的进步很明显，大家都很高兴。同学们也越来越喜欢陈老师了！

陈老师也是个爱干净的人。记得有一次我们忘记打扫卫生了，陈老师就找了班长和劳动委员一起打扫卫生。他们汗流浃背认认真真地打扫教室，把教室整理得干干净净，一尘不染。陈老师的这个行为不仅把教师整理干净了，也温暖了同学们的心。陈老师和我们越来越亲近，我们开始离不开陈老师了！

这就是我们的陈老师，她的教育如春雨滋润着我，她的言行举止也一直影响和指引着我，我非常喜欢我的陈老师！

刚开学，我们班上就来了个新的英语老师——熊老师。

熊老师瘦瘦的，鼻子上还架着一副白色的眼镜，黝黑的长发上有一个发卡。

第一天，熊老师刚走进教室，闹哄哄的教室立刻安静了下来，大家都目不转睛地望向这位新的英语老师。刚开始，熊老师的声音很小，几乎第一排的同学都听不见，好在熊老师有扩音器。看来熊老师还 有点“胆小”。

熊老师对我们的要求很高，要我们每个人听得懂、读得来，考试要考好。另外，熊老师还在班上分了小组，让每个小组比赛，来培养兴趣。结果，大家通过比赛都提高了成绩，有了学习英语的兴趣，看 来熊老师真有办法，我们慢慢喜欢熊老师了。

熊老师，她真好！
