我的看法是，为了保护环境，政府应当采取更具体的措施。首先，应当通过教育的方法使人们充分謒到环境保护的重要性。第二，应更加努力把计划生育政策付诸实施，因为人口多就意味着污染严重。最后，要严惩那些故意破坏环境者。使他们破坏环境就是毁灭人类自己。

Several problems are caused by the non-organic substance. We ought not to pour wastes into the ocean, because it not only pollutes the ocean, but also lead to a series of harmful consequence. First and foremost, the non-organnic things, for instance, plastic bags, may kill fish and whales. Second, fishes cant digest them. Finally, some of the rubbish is inherently toxic, they will posion marine life.

We must take actions to protect our whale from dying. One thing we should do is creating a better system of disposing of rubbish. Another effective solution is making ships environmentally friendly. Sypermarkets shall stop the giving of plastic bags.

How to protect the environment

Good environment can make people feel happy and fit . To improve the environment means to improve our life.

We should plant more trees and flowers around us . We shouldn’t cut them down . We should stop factories from pouring waste water into the river and waste gas into the air.

Whenever we see litter on the ground , we should pick it up and throw it into dusbins. Never spit in public. Don’t draw on public walls. It’s our duty to protect the environment.

Environmental protection is everyones responsibility, we all know! But now the environment is not optimistic, such as: someone spit on the ground, someone littering, still pulling weeds, folding flowers. These are nothing, because some people, not only protect the environment, but also damage the environment. 今天，我就让大家来看看应该怎样保护环境。有些人可能会说：在城市里放几块宣传保护环境的牌子不就好了吗，其实，这种想法是错误的。有人可能会说了：这不是在宣传保护环境吗?当然不是，因为这里有两点原因：1，有一些人有可能每天都不看牌子，所以就不会加入到保护环境的队伍中去。习惯差的，还有可能继续破坏环境。2，那个人看是看了，但他不想加入到这个行列中去或是根本就不想保护环境。从这两点可以说明光是几块宣传的牌子是没用的。哪有人可能会急切地问道：那该怎么办!办法很简单，只要自己要保护环境的信心，自己身边的人也会跟着做的!

保护环境第一步：自己学会保护环境。要求：自己要自觉地保护环境，不能连自己都在破坏环境，这样你就连管别人的要求都达不到了。保护环境第二步：劝告别人保护环境。要求：如果见别人乱扔垃圾或吐痰等，应该立即上去劝阻。当然自己也要管得知自己哟!保护环境第三步：让一个集体保护环境。要求：让几十个人并成一个集体，并保护环境。如果你这三点都做到了，那你就是一个“保护环境小卫士”了!

I am writing to express my opinion about the current policy on the official holidays, such as Spring Festival and Golden Week Holiday.
