常言道,衣食住行,乃人之生存大事,也有人讲“先治窝再治坡”。从石灰墙到环保涂料墙,从鹅卵石地砖到配有抗辐射采暖的高极实木地板,从家里三大件到如今的别墅跑车……这一切都说明了中国在进步。

建国初期,人们的居住条件极差，住的房子破旧，年久失修，岌岌可危。国家也不忍看百姓过这样的生活，于是实行了“改革”。改革开放后，百姓的居住环境不断改善，可谓是“脱胎换骨”、“焕然一新”——样式统一的平板房取代了建国初的破旧民居。再后来，新兴的住宅小区拔地而起。一大批居民走出了没有厨房、厕所、上下水道的老房子，搬进了房屋质量有保障、小区环境优美、购物交通方便的新楼房。而且在1980年9月，北京市住房统建办公室率先挂牌，成立了北京市开发总公司，拉开了房地产综合开发的序幕。从此，住房商品化、土地产权化在中国施行起来……
