最后我们来到了海豚馆看精彩的海豚表演，首先是驯兽师叔叔表演骑海豚戏水，只见海豚带着驯兽师叔叔向箭一样钻入水中，溅起了美丽的水花，真是漂亮极了!接着表演海豚跟观众接吻的游戏，海豚从水中探出了头，跟海豚接吻的那位叔叔胆量大，大胆的就跟海豚亲了一口。观众阿姨呢生怕被咬着迟迟不敢接吻，在驯兽师的鼓励下，阿姨终于跟海豚亲了一口，全场观众顿时响起了热烈的掌声。最精彩的一幕开始了，那就是海豚空中大旋转顶气球，只见海豚从水中高高跃起，足足跃起五六米高，并在空中旋转四五圈，顶向挂在上方的大气球，全场观众雷鸣般的掌声响起来，我的巴掌都拍红了，真是太精彩了!

不知不觉中，参观的时间就到了，在依依不舍中我们告别了海洋世界。

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

这个寒假还没开始，我就前往泰国游玩，那里四季如春，我玩的不亦乐乎，在疯玩了十多天后我们才回来，回家的时候已经是晚上了，我们回到家倒头就睡，第二天就是春节，放鞭炮，串门，看春晚，再加上几天的狂欢，一月都快过去了，作业也只字未动。

到了二月，我一看作业那么多，也只好抓紧写。前两天还算勤奋，一天写两篇快乐寒假和一篇周记。可是就到了第三天，妈妈带我出去玩了一上午，下午我又犯懒，拖拖拉拉才把《快乐寒假》搞定了，可是还有很多数学作业，我一边拖拉，一边写，好不容易在三天内搞定了数学，我可算是送了一口气，可是再一看语文，我又傻眼了，所有的阅读记录卡都没有写，而且还有两篇周记。

但是我第二天睡醒觉后开始发烧，而且一下子就烧到38。5度，而且肚子钻心得疼。妈妈只好带我去了一趟医院，医生给我开了两个退烧药，和一个清热宁。下午烧就降下来了，我出门散了一会步又回家休息了。第二天我本来想去写作业，可是肚子又开始疼，而且还经常拉肚子，我姥姥看了一下药，发现是药的副作用，又把我带去医院，换了一个止吐止泻的药吃。当时除了医院我也不舒服，再加上药特别难吃，刚喝了药就吐了，止吐变成了致吐，只好暂时停了一天药。生了三天病，身体才算恢复了正常，烧退了，肚子也好了，我才开始写在作文本上写作文。

这时，只剩下两天写作业的时间了，我妈妈规定我必须在一天内把所有的阅读卡做完并且把一篇作文打上去。于是，我奋起直追，终于在一天内完成了任务，总算松了口气。

寒假最开心的，也就是春节前后几天了。不但不用写大量作业，还可以整天在家里娱乐，把好玩的东西都玩了个遍。还有，就是能见到分别许久的表姐，我们在一起说说笑笑，聊着这半年来的趣事，谈论学习上的方法，说说最近吃到的美食，玩的不亦乐乎。

在假期空闲之余，我还尝试了做甜点。毕竟自己是第一次做嘛，我手忙脚乱地操作着，按照食材的比例搭配好，然后搅拌均匀，倒入盘子中，放到烤箱里，调整到适当的温度…… 虽然样子比起网上的来有些逊色，，但能品尝到自己的劳动成果，还是感到很开心。

假期除了娱乐，还有学习。为了赶上新学期的学习进度，还要做假期的学习任务，便要上主课的辅导班。虽然面对新知识比较生疏，但做起预习任务来还是感到比较容易一点。还有，就是要做寒假作业，每天抽出几小时来，，每一项作业都做一点，，一直积累到现在，差不多都做完了。翻开自己写的一页又一页作业，心里不断涌起一阵阵成就感和自豪感。

假期嘛，阅读也是必不可少的。我不但读完了“寒假必读”《海底两万里》，还把“推荐读本”《猎人笔记》也读完了，以此完成寒假的积累作业。回想自己一开始不想写笔记的心情，以及现在积累整本的好句子及点评，想想还是蛮有成就感的。

还有，运动也是要有的。每天出去活动半小时，以保证开学体育有足够的体力。

这个寒假，娱乐、学习、运动交织在一起，是这个假期十分充足。

I am very happy today for I had the chance to help the old people in our

subdistrict. Nowadays, many adults are busy with therir job and have no time to

take good care of their old parents. I want to try my best to help the old come

out of lonely life and now I can.I will try my best to make the old people

smile, I am sure I can do it!

我今天心情非常好,因为我有机会帮助老人们在我们的街道。如今,许多成年人都在忙于therir工作,没有时间去好好照顾他们年老的父母。我要尽我所能去帮助那些老年人走出孤独的生活,现在我可以。

我会尽我所能让老人们的微笑,我相信我能做到!

寒假里的新鲜事很多。有手机上的抢红包;有创意十足的春节联欢晚会;还有点燃美丽的烟花等等但最我觉得最新鲜的是那次包饺子。

寒假里总是大鱼大肉的，我觉得非常腻，我和表哥绝定包一次饺子。我们把它从面粉开始做，先倒一定的面粉，倒上一点水，接着用手把它捏干直到手上的渣捏没了然后我拿出刀把大面粉团切成橡皮大小的一块，用手才搓圆，压扁，再用擀面杖压的更扁一点虽然没有买来的圆，但是这个绝对安全，绝对可口。当我把皮做完时，姑父也刚好把馅剁完，我们开始包饺子了!我包了一个飞机型的饺子，哥哥想了一下说看我的吧!很快他包了一个烧麦"。我们包的水饺逐渐变成了包子，我还包了一个“‘小笼包”我们的煎饺变成了煎包。突然我脑海中闪现了一个奇特的想法：可不可以用饺子皮包一个春卷。只有想不到，没有做不到。很快，一个”饺子春卷”出现在了我的面前。虽然长得有点奇怪，但是味道绝对可口，绝对美味，而且绝对放心。我们包的饺子越来越奇怪，从普通的饺子到烧麦再到小笼包，最后到春卷，真是好像孙悟空会七十二变一般。很快，我们就把饺子皮包好了，我和姑父开始煎起饺子。

我们自己包的饺子虽然没有买来的好看，专业，但是我们的饺子却有创意，味道也更加好吃，虽然和外面的饺子原料相同，但是自己动手，却有一种幸福的味道，让我深深的体会到了阖家团圆，享受美食的过程中的快乐。

Today is New Years day. Today Im not doing homework. I`m making dumplings.

After that, we`re having lunch, my grangfather is saying to each other" Happy

New Year", I`m saying to him" the same to you". We`re laughing. In the

afternoon, I`m going shopping with my brother and sister. Two hours later, we`re

getting home, we`re playing computer. Today is a happy day.

今天是新年的第一天。我今天没做家庭作业。我正在包饺子。打那以后,我们正在吃午饭,我爷这次可是说错了彼此说,“新年快乐”,我对他说“你”。我们都很开心。在下午,我要去购物,与我的兄弟姐妹。两小时之后,我们的主场比赛,我们玩电脑。今天是一个快乐的一天。
