我的家乡在江苏省靠北边的盐城市，虽然家乡还是比较贫穷落后，和电视里经常见到的大城市不能相提并论，也没有高山，没有出名的风景区，但我的家乡有我最亲近的亲人。

我的家乡是一望无际的平原，没有名山大川，没有奇珍异宝，人们都很诚实善良，听说和我们这一带是海冲积出来的有关系，因为土地是沙子淤积出来的，没有发生过地震，没有发生过洪水，人也都是本本分分的农民，勤劳简朴的美德世代相传。不过，我们家乡有的土特产还是很神奇的，如果你听说过张果老吃后就成仙的神奇的何首乌，还有传说古代皇帝封的不生蚊子的清水河。

我的家乡，人好，地好，将来一定更好，我在网上看到家乡的介绍，家乡北边紧挨着中国的欧亚大陆桥东头——边云港，南边是天然湿地风景区——MI鹿和丹顶鹤的家乡，距离国际大都市上海也不过3个小时的路程，家乡有正在开发的天然良港——滨海港，有沿海高速公路经过，正在兴建的飞机场、火车道都会给我的家乡再来无限的生机，我立志要好好学习，用我的智慧和双手建设我们美好的家园，我的家乡滨海明天一定更美好。

Good afternoon , everyone,

It’s great pleasure for me to be here today and share my dream career with you. I hope to be a teacher. As a teacher , I will stay with young students , who are always energetic and have new ideas, so I will keep updating what I have learned. Besides, teaching is a job where teachers teach knowledge and educate students, which is increasingly important , and so is the teachers’ position. That is why I love to be a teacher.

本次英语考试以中考题型命题，加强对基础知识的考查，侧重考查学生综合运用语言的能力。命题材料贴近学生生活，难度适中。其中听力笔录要点和书面表达失分较多。我所教两个班级19班比20班在人平，及格率和优秀率方面稍高。

从本次考试所反映的现状来看，今后的教学中应注意：

1.加强单词听写和课文背诵的落实工作，多关注课文文本知识。

2.狠抓基础知识，加强写作训练。书面表达能客观地反映学生英语基础知识掌握情况，并且一直是学生的薄弱环节。

3.继续注重英语阅读教学。阅读理解在我们的各种测试中所占分值越来越大，而且选材也更趋广泛化。因此课堂教学中要侧重“篇章”，强调“含义”，将语篇教学贯穿于课文教学和阅读理解教学中，利用语篇教学扩大学生词汇量，增强语感，丰富文化知识，提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。

4.注重兴趣培养，慎防两极分化。从试卷分析中可以看出，每个学校都不同程度地出现了令人担忧的“两极分化”现象。初学阶段一定要注意激发培养学生的学习兴趣，关注学生的情感，营造宽松，民主、和谐的教学氛围，保护每个学生的自尊心和学习英语的积极性。只有这样，掉队的学生才会减少，也才可能大面积提高人平。

5.注重课堂“时效性 ”，在优化课堂组织教学、合理设计教学活动，加大训练强度和密度的基础上，注重因材施教、分层教学。既要使大多数学生掌握好基础的知识与技能，同时注重知识的扩展和规律性知识的总结与归纳，让好学生也能获得充分的发展。

6.加强听力训练，营造语言环境。课堂上一定要加强对学生的听力训练，坚持用英语组织教学，尽可能利用多种教学资源让学生接触地道的语音、语调，多听英、美人士的录音材料。

放飞梦想，青春绽放!——题记 Flying dreams, youth blooms!

那个蒲公英盛放的季节中，我终于有了自己的梦想。那时的我想将梦想一直坚持下去，可小小年纪的我，总是好奇新事物，于是……

八岁的时候，我梦想做一名优秀的教师。想用粉笔写下青春的乐章;用书本奏响青春的胜歌;用朴实的语言托起明天的希望!那时候小小的我，总是在模仿老师的一板一眼，一个动作，一个神态……知道老师的教鞭打碎的我的梦想……

十岁的时候，我想当一名中外闻名的科学家。想发明一颗太阳挂在夜空，那样就不会害怕走夜路了;想发明一盒永不退色的水笔，那样不管我画多少张画都有最绚丽的颜色;想制作一张世界上最舒服的床，让累了一天的爸爸妈妈可以好好放松一下!那时候小小的我，总是梦想着真的有那么一天……

I have many dreams.For example， I want to be rich in the future. Therefore I can buy all what I want.

But my greatest dream is that I want to be an football player.And I want to lead the Chinese team won the World Cup Our country develops fast and our sport make great progress in the last several decades. It has great achievements. All of our country are proud of it. Therefore I want to be one of this amazing area.

In order to make my dream come true I must study hard now. I hope my dream can come true one day.

“又是一年的3月3日，风筝在天上飞……”一听到歌词，我就想起了第一届碧昌教育风筝节。

今天，风是美丽的，天空是万里无云的。天气真的很好。老师将带我们去风筝到杨桥广场。

您对风筝了解多少?让我告诉你一件事!风筝分为六类，即：软翼，硬翼，弦，斗，板和自由式。最早发明风筝的人是莫迪(MoDi)，他最初是用木头制作木鸟的。后来，徒弟鲁班用竹子改变了风筝的材质。

我们到达襄阳桥广场，发出风筝和线轴，然后去画风筝。我认真思考，在风筝上画了个大太阳，画了一个小男人，然后在小男人上画了一对翅膀。在其旁边写下：我的梦想是长出一对翅膀，飞向天空，拥抱阳光。完成绘画后，我站起来看着别人画的风筝。有些人画了一张微笑的脸，有些人画了它以保护环境，有些人画了他们的父母健康的希望……每个人都画得非常好，生动。放风筝后，开始组装风筝。将支撑杆安装在两侧的小孔中，并支撑风筝。然后将线轴上的线绑到风筝上的小孔上，然后组装风筝。
