网上相关新闻报道：从6月26日开始，我国自北向南出现了今年入汛以来最强的大范围高强度的一次降雨过程。湖南、贵州、江西、广西、广东、浙江、福建、上海等12个省(区、市)不同程度发生洪涝灾害。全国农作物洪涝受灾面积566千公顷，成灾243千公顷，受灾人口912万人，因灾死亡93人、失踪43人，倒塌房屋4万间(不含地震倒房)，直接经济损失约50亿元。

洪灾造成的原因无外乎以下几种：全球气候反常、当地植被破坏严重、城镇座落地势低、当地防洪设施达不到防洪标准。

就在头个星期双休日，我们在周边植被保存完好的山区水库垂钓时，有一个现象使我思考了许久。星期五下午出门时，天气预报要下雨，但由于钓鱼兴趣正浓，到了水库后就干脆搭起帐蓬呆下来。星期六从早上开始，从小雨到大雨，大雨到中雨。到晚上，睡在帐蓬，有些不放心，半夜起来，察看水情，居然水面变化不大。直至星期日下午回来时，雨还在继续下，但水情依然变化不大。于是，我就思索，雨整整下两天，水库也不见混沌，若在其他地方可不是这样，混水早来了。是什么力量能有做到这一点?最后，钓友们得出一个结论：过去半月天气干燥，本来该水库平时不蓄水，更重要的是，这里植被好，两天的雨水被完好的植被吸走了部分，森林将雨水涵养起来了。

所幸的是，人们已逐步认识到，保护森林，禁止乱砍滥伐，保护植被是避免水土流失的有效办法，各地都相应采取了措施，效果正逐步显现。但过去多年的砍伐，还是给今天留下了祸根。现在我们除了提高防洪标准，保护自己的环境，已似乎别无他法。

Dogs have been domesticated for most of human history and have thus endeared themselves to many over the years. Stories have been told about brave dogs that served admirably in war or that risked their lives to save persons in danger. When Pompeii--the Roman community destroyed by Mount Vesuvius in AD 79--was finally excavated, searchers found evidence of a dog lying across a child, apparently trying to protect the youngster. Perhaps few of the millions of dogs in the world may be so heroic, but they are still a source of genuine delight to their owners.

A dog fits easily into family life. It thrives on praise and affection. When a master tells a dog that it is good, the animal happily wags its tail. But when a master scolds a dog, it skulks away with a sheepish look and with its tail tucked between its legs.

People in the city as well as those in other areas can enjoy a dog. Medium-size or small dogs are best suited for the confines of the city. Large dogs need considerable exercise over a large area.

Dogs are not always well thought of, however. In recent years dogs in the city have been in the center of controversy. Some people have criticized dog owners for allowing their pets to soil sidewalks and lawns, although in some cities laws oblige owners to walk their dogs along street curbs. In turn, dog owners have argued that the animals serve as protection against vandals and burglars and thus protect their detractors as well as their owners.

When a person decides to own a dog, he should be prepared to care for it properly. For a dog to stay healthy it must be correctly fed and adequately groomed, and its medical needs must be met. For a dog to be well-mannered it must be properly trained. It should never be ill-treated or mishandled. Otherwise, it will bite in its own defense.

The wild ancestors of all dogs were hunters. Wolves and other wild relatives of the dog still hunt in packs for their food. Dogs have retained the urge to be with the pack. This is why they do not like to be left alone for long. Some breeds of dogs still retain the hunting instinct.

Dogs exist in a wide range of sizes, colors, and temperaments. Some, such as the Doberman pinscher and the German shepherd, serve as alert and aggressive watchdogs. Dogs are trained as guard dogs in peacetime by the United States Army and other military services. Because of their keen sense of smell, dogs are used by police at times to track down escaped prisoners. Law enforcement agencies also rely on the dogs acute sense of smell to uncover illegal drugs. And specially trained dogs serve as the "eyes" of the blind, guiding the steps of their sightless masters around obstacles and hazards.

Most of it is packaging Most of garbage turns into soil but not to plastic,plastic keeps for many years it will pollute our environment so we shouldn’t waste thing we should make some things for recycling .

在现代社会中,我们往往更加了解我们的居住环境还是自然环境因为我们不干净如故.现在这么多人选择它作为自己的房子,而不是它的位置和环境费用负担.众所周知,环境污染日趋严重,这些年来,我们可以做的是努力保护环境,逐步实现.至于政府的污染,为百姓.我们也设法保护它,使之保持清洁.虽然我们已能在一定程度上保护环境.它还有很长一段路要走.

Animal is the friend of mankind, is an important part of the natural ecosystem. It is human precious naturalresources. Protect animals to maintain natural ecological balance has important significance.

But now many animals are facing the danger of extinction.With the development of society, pesticide used and serious pollution, city sewage .The wild animal living area is becoming increasingly narrow. Many of the animal is facing a food crisis currently . Whats more, in order to obtain wild animal of precious materials, humans are killing animals.

In order to maintain ecological balance, we should take some effective measures to protect  animals.We should develop pollution standards to reduce emission of toxic substances,  prevent the killing of some rare animals strictly.  We can also establish a national park as a wild animal protection area. The most important thing is to improve people s knowledge of animal care.

People plant a great number of young trees in the mountains.When the trees grow big and tall enough,they are cut down by workers and carried out of the mountains to the paper mill where fine paper is made from wood.Then it is taken to every corner of the country and used for different purposes.Some people use paper to copy writing,others use it to write something such as letters,reports and articles.When paper turns out to be of no use,the waste paper is collected and retreated in the recycling factory before being put into use again.

The picture shows the pollution caused by chimneys of the factories in cities. Often, the sky is covered by large clouds of smoke from chimneys. The air is nearly suffocating, especially in the evening as it becomes cold and the smoke is spreading everywhere. The scene reminds us of the end of the world.

From the picture we can infer that the drawer of the picture intends to convey to the readers that unplanned factories has brought about great hazards to the city air condition. Due to planning mistakes, factories were usually placed in the center of cities, among residential and business districts. Besides, nearly every block has several chimneys for the heating system, which makes the whole city immersed in thick columns of smoke. As a result, respiratory diseases have been reported to be rising and old people dying of the worsening air pollution.

Pollution is really a hot issue in the world. If we don’t take useful measures, we may live in terrible surroundings, and some unexpected results may come out in the end. So, what we should do is to bring down the problems caused by chimneys. For one thing, factories with chimneys should be moved out of the center of the city and it should be made sure that the waste gases are at least not poisonous. For another, other means of heating should be developed to stop using coal. In a word, in the city there should be no coal, no chimney, and no smoke to pollute the air.

3、不在树上乱刻，你看，你在树上乱刻，小树流下的水就像在流眼泪，小树苗哭了。

4、多种树，春天，我种下一棵小树，我永远也忘不了它，因为它和我一起长大，它开出一朵朵小花，和我一起拍照，而且不止这些，还结出甜甜的果子请我尝，又香又甜可好吃啦！我种下一棵小树苗，却年年有回报，所以我们要多植树。

5、不乱扔垃圾。乱扔垃圾不仅影响市容，还污染环境。

6、如果上班需要开车，那你还不如骑自行车出去呢！自行车又省钱，又不污染空气而且，长时间骑车还可以煅炼身体，增强体质，灰尘也小。

7、节约用水，如果全世界的水都没有了，最后一滴水就是人类的眼泪，所以我们要节约用水。

8、节约用电。如果没有电，人们在夜晚就会生活在黑暗的世界里，有了电，我们大家才可以工作，学习呀。

9、节约用木质东西。大家可能都知道，做木质的东西一定要用到树木，而那些人把树砍后又不植树，最后使树木大量被砍。

10、护花草。花草可以净化空气，美化环境。

保护环境是人人有责的，让我们一起来保护地球吧！为了我们的未来，一定要保护好地球。

Remember last years summer vacation, my father and I went for a walk EHu edge, a way, Im kind of shouted thirsty, so my father on the side of the road store bought me a Popsicle. I ate and go, soon finished eating, carelessly threw the ice sticks into EHu. Dad saw, reminded me immediately; "Coco, cant litter oh! If everyone like you to throw garbage in the lake, the beautiful EHu lake becomes waste." Im ashamed of say: "know, next time I must not litter." Dad smiled and stroked my head and said: "the earth is our home, we should protect it, cherish it, let the sky bluer, the water cleaner, the grass is greener." Stepping into the new century, environment pollution has become more serious than ever since. There are different kinds of pollution. Such as, water pollution, air pollution and noise pollution and so on. It seems that we live on a planet which is full of pollution. Where all these pollution comes from? To a large extend, the environmental destruction is the heavy price that we pay for the rapid development of economy and the growing population. In order to have more fuel, people cut down trees and dig more corals. But the growing needs for energy are hardly to meet. Countless private cars on the street, the gas stations are short of gasoline, even the government has raise the price so many times in order to control the needs of gasoline, but it’s still not working. Overusing the natural resources has already affected the ecological balance. However, the factories still release the toxic air into the sky and the polluted water into the rivers. People still lack of the conscious of protecting the environment. I think it’s time for all of us to do something.

The government should put forward some more strict laws to prevent the environment from being further polluted. And they should let people know more about the importance of environment protection. And we should find the balance between the economic growth and environmental protection. Plant more trees in the deserts and stop cutting down the forest. Forbid the factories to pour the waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public transportations to work. Both government and ordinary people should join hands together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way, our earth could be a better place to live in.
