勤俭节约是中华民族的优良传统。一提到“节约”，人们都会想到水资源。大家何曾想起土实行最严格的土地管理制度，保护和利用好每一寸土地。“什么是节约土地?”困惑不解的你，肯定会问这个问题。“节约土地”，不是不用地，而是要用的合理，用的有意义，用的有价值，用的有效率。不该用的不用，如：重复建设项目就不该给地。清空土地上的垃圾。尽量不要砍伐树木，因为乱砍乱伐很容易造成土松弛。土地就在我们的脚下，如果我们不好好利用，谁给土地我们呢?土地是有限的，可经济在快速发展，人口急剧增加，我们再不保护土资源，我们就没有立足之地了。土资源向我们发出的警报，还不能让我们觉醒吗?

森林处处都在，我认为家乡的“长坡岭”森林最为美丽。

“长坡岭”里花香四溢，绿树成荫，十分美丽。里面有很多鸟、蛇、虫等可爱的“小精灵”。它们一环紧扣一环，是一个生态系统，也是一个趣事连连的大家族。

以前，绿草茵茵，我们躺在草地上，又自由又舒服，并十分寂静。随意一瞟，到处都可以看见菌子。可现在，小草变得苍黄，地上尽是泥土，干净的草地很少，连坐的地都没有，还非常吵闹。看见一颗菌子都会惊讶一下，更别说一簇菌子了。

但是，这样的“天然氧吧”正遭受着灭顶之灾。

伐木这个词相信大家都不会陌生，正是这个举动，让森林蒙受灾难。人们过度砍伐树木，使森林数量锐减。鸟儿没了家，就住在阳台上，使我们天天打扫卫生，驱赶鸟儿；蛇没了家，就到处乱跑，使很多人被它咬伤咬死；虫没了家，就把楼房当作了家，吓得小姑娘连连尖叫。

Protecting birds is part of our jobs of protecting our own living environment. Imagine you live in a place with green trees and colourful flowers. The following reasons can account for the above phenomenon. Secondly, it is costly to protect the traditional culture, especially the maintenance and repair of the historical buildings.

这一指数显示，1970年以来，地球生命力指数下降了28%，其中热带在不到40年中下降了61%，属于地球生命力指数下跌的重灾区。“我们的生活方式过度消耗了自然资源，人们似乎认为还有另外一个地球可利用。我们使用的资源量超过了地球供给的50%。如果不改变这一趋势，这个数字会增长得更快，到2030年，即使两个地球也不能满足我们的需求。

仅仅只到2030年，两个地球已经不够满足人类的要求，那么到了以后，我们的后代，要怎样呢?
