As we know, people have beenliving on the earth for thousands of years, human activity damaged natural environment, such as excessive abuse of natural resources ,the sewage dischargedfrom factories ,the animal slaughter ,kinds of chemical fertilizers andgreen-house effect. All that is mentioned above has a bad impact on the eco-system .Now, many animals aredying out. We are suffering from unhealthy food and water, we are faced withharmful rays and global warming. （一）森林的经济效益

森林在人们生产、生活中有很重要的地位，涉及国计民生衣食住行各个领域。自古以来，森林提供给人类的产品大量是木材，另外还有林副产品，为人们生产、生活直接或间接提供了大量的基本物质产品，在建筑、矿业、铁路、航空、化工、纺织、轻工、包装、造纸、家具以及医药食品工业等部门和行业中发挥很大作用。

（二）森林的生态效益

森林的生态效益是多方面的，且是巨大的，远远大于它的经济效益。据计算，森林的生态效益是经济效益的几倍、十几倍，甚至是几十倍。从现代科学技术发展的角度来认识，森林已成为人类社会生存和发展不可缺少的环境条件，保护森林生态系统，是保证美好生态环境的有效措施。其生态效益主要体现在以下几方面：

1.森林能防风固沙、保持水土，增多土壤中的水分和地下水，涵养水源，保护水库

庞大的森林群体是风、沙运动和水土冲蚀的重大障碍，茂密的林冠对降水有截留作用，一般情况下有20%—30%的降水量被林冠所截留。据统计，每公顷森林可贮水500—2000立方米，人们喻称森林为“绿色水库”。

2.森林调节和改善气候

由于森林的蒸腾作用，对自然界水分循环和改善气候都有重要作用，森林每天从地下吸收大量水分，再通过树木树叶的的蒸发，回到大气中，因而森林上空水蒸气含量要比无林地区上空多，同时水变成水蒸气要吸收一定的热量，所以在大面积的森林上空，空气湿润，容易成去致雨，增加地域性降水量。

3.森林能消除环境污染，保护环境

二、我国森林资源基本情况及存在问题

（一）我国森林资源的基本情况

我国地域辽阔，自然条件多样，适宜各种林木生长。据全国第五次森林资源调查统计，我国森林面积15900万公顷，森林蓄积两126700万公顷，森林覆盖率16.55%。还有大面积的宜林荒山荒地，适宜发展林业。现有森林资源特点是：

1.树种和森林类型繁多

据统计全国灌木树种约有8000种，其中乔木约2000种，包括1000种多种优良用材及特用经济树种。有大量孑遗树种，如水杉、银杏、银松、金钱松、连香树、珙桐、马尾树、水青树等。其中水杉、银松、银杏被称为“活化石”。我国森林类型众多，为世界罕见。我国有热带雨林，季雨林，亚热带雨林，温热带雨林，温热带阔叶林，温带针叶阔混交林等基本类型；还有地方性的次生类型和大量人工林和经济林。

2.林产独特而丰富

我国丰富多样的森林生态系统不仅提供了各种木材，而且提供了多种多样的其他森林产品。

（1）野生动物我国森林中的野生动物资源极其丰富，是世界上野生动物种类量多的国家之一，约有1800余种，其中珍贵的有驼鹿、雪兔、东北虎、紫貂、白唇鹿、大熊猫、金丝猴、野牛、长臂猿、野象等，森林的鸟类、昆虫、爬行类、两栖类和各种生活于土壤中的低等动物也是十分丰富多样的。

（2）野生植物

中药材：近代查明我国药用植物约有3000种，大部分分布在林区，常用的约有500多种。其中木本植物常见的有杜仲、肉桂、厚朴、刺五加、枸杞、五味子、杜鹃等；草本植物有人参、黄芪、红景天、桔梗、枣皮、绞股蓝等；菌类植物有灵芝、猪灵、伏灵等。

山野菜：主要产于东北林区，资源比较丰富，经济价值比较高是出口创汇的重要林副山特产。主要品种有蕨菜、徽菜、黄瓜香、猴头、黄花菜、山芹菜等。

食用菌：分布林区的食用菌多达20多种，仅黑龙江林区的品种食用菌蕴藏量就约在1500万千克以上。林区食用菌主要品种有：黑木耳、元蘑、蘑、黄蘑、松蘑、云芝、银耳、平菇等。

山野果资源：林区的野果资源有两类，一类是浆果资源，一类是有核食果资源。

蜜源植物资源：我国林区分布着大量乔木、灌木和草本植物及花草，林区可供蜜蜂采集酿蜜的主要植物有：柳、色木、槐、杨，满山红及各种花草。

3.森林覆盖率低，人均资源少

我国森林覆盖率为16.55%，远低于世界森林平均覆盖率29.6%，更低于多林国家的水平，属于少林国家。

我国森林面积和蓄积量虽然总量可观，但人均资源少。我国森林面积和蓄积量为世界第五、第七位，居亚洲之首。我国人均森林面积为0.012公顷，只相当于世界平均水平的1/6，我国人均森林资源蓄积量为8.6立方米，仅相当于世界平均水平的1/8.

4.森林资源分布不均

我国森林不仅覆盖率低，而且分布不均，大部分森林集中在东北和西南。东北森林蓄积量占全国31%，西南占44%，二者共占75%，是我国主要林业生产基地。

5.森林林种结构不合合理

长期以来，按经营目的科学的划分林种的工作还没全面展开。由于过去把森林仅作为生产木材的用材林来经营，没有能按当地生态环境的特点和森林功能，进行分类经营，以充分发挥森林的多种效益。

6.森林质量较差

我国森林资源生产力较低，如全国林分平均蓄积量每公顷仅78.06立方米，只相当于世界平均水平的68.47%；用材林为72.05立方米，人工林为34.76立方米，都远低于世界上林业发达国家水平。

（三）我国森林资源存在的问题

我国森林资源的面积在很长一段时间内不断减少，质量也有下降，其主要原因如下：

1.森林资源集中过伐，更新跟不上采伐

长期以来，林业指导思想上重采伐、轻造林育林，没有建立林价制度。在木材生产中对林木无偿采伐，森林资源的消耗得不到经济补偿，林业生产的必要的营林资金不足。由于搞单一的原木生产，不重视发挥森林的生态效益和社会效益，而是按需定产，木材生产任务过重，集中过伐，致使采育失衡，相当长的一段时期内更新跟不上采伐。

2.毁林开荒

我国热带地区林地区向农地和热作地转化问题尤为严重，从1985年至1989年间全国被征用的林业用地达2.8万公顷，1990年统计为7989公顷，1993年上升为44万公顷。

3.乱砍滥伐

作为薪柴砍伐的森林资源占全国总消耗量的30%，我国目前许多山区，仍以薪柴为主要的农村生活能源，约占能源结构中的68%-74%，尤其是干旱区的农村生活能源至今仍十分缺乏。

4.森林火灾频繁

森林火灾频繁，齐整90%是人为引起的。大部分林区由于经营管理水平低，防火措施差，火灾预防和控制能力低，造成森林火灾多，损失惨重。建国以来，最大的一次森林火灾是1987年大兴安岭北部林区的特大火灾，火灾面积为133万公顷，过火林地和疏林地面积114万公顷，其中受害面积为87万公顷。

5.森林病虫害剧增

据统计，我国有各种森林病虫害8000多种，随着森林过伐和大面积人工纯林的不断发展，改变了森林的组成结构和生物之间相互制约的生态关系，降低了森林自我抗御病虫害的能力，造成森林病虫害发生的规模和频率加剧，对森林的危害十分严重。

6.造林保存率低

长期以来，由于造林技术不高，片面追求造林数量，忽视质量，造林后又缺乏认真管理，新造林保存率低。在一段时期内，新造林的保存面积仅为造林面积的1/3。

7.林业管理上的失误

长期以来，我国林业指导思想上是重采伐、轻造林育林，把森林当作自然任意索取，对森林的价值没有足够的认识。此外，森林保护的法律、法规、制度不健全，有法不依、执法不严的现象比较严重。

四、保护和发展森林资源的对策

1998年的特大洪水，惊醒了人们，使人们清楚的认识到客观上是由于气候异常，主观上是人为因素。朱容基总理指出“封山植树，退耕还林”。国务院于1998年批准了国家计生委组织有关部门制定的《全国生态环境建设规划》，为了认真贯彻中央领导的指示精神，实施建设规划，应采取以下保护和发展森林资源的对策。

（一）大力植树造林，扩大森林资源的总量

通过继续深化全民植树运动，加快重点林业生态工程建设，加大退耕还林的力度，大力加强商品林的建设，种植薪炭林，大力推广节柴灶等途径来扩大森林资源的总量。

（二）下决心抓好森林资源的保护工作

1.认真实施天然保护工程。对禁伐区实行严格管护，坚决停止采伐，大幅度调减缓冲区的天然林采伐量，加大森林资源保护力度，大力开展营造林建设，加强多资源综合开发利用，调整和优化经济结构。

2.坚决制止毁林开荒，陡坡种植。国务院下发了〈〈关于保护森林资源制止毁林开荒和乱占耕地的通知〉〉，通知要求，立即停止毁林开垦、滥占林地的不良做法，坚决刹住乱砍滥伐、超限额采伐的歪风。对大案、要案，尤其涉及领导行为的案件，要严肃处理。

3.坚持不懈地抓好森林防火，充分认识森林防火工作的严峻形势；加强重点火险区以控制火源为中心的综合治理；抓好防火扑火队伍的建设；加强基础设施的建设；加强防火值班，努力实现火灾次数和受害面积的双减少。

4.重视森林病虫害防治工作。培育抗虫害的良种壮苗，搞好预测、预报，做到及时检测，尽快治疗，加强防御。

5.进一步强化野生动物的保护和管理，大力加强森林公安和林业工作站的建设。

（三）加大宣传力度，提高全民绿化意识和生态环境意识

大力宣传保护森林、发展林业的重要性，特别是宣传林业在农业中的地位和作用，使广大干部群众认识到只有山清才能水秀，只有林茂才能粮丰，没有足够的森林，就没有完整的生态体系，通过深入的宣传，增强全民的绿化意识、生态意识，用实际行动来保护森林资源。

（四）加强林业法制建设，实施依法建林

1998年新一届人大组建后，修改颁布的第一部法律就是森林法，把保护森林资源通过法律形式确定下来，就有了强制性，才能使人们更好的自觉的约束自己的行为。

（五）实行责任制

制定并实施领导干部保护和发展森林资源任期目标责任制，及时检查通报目标完成情况，使之有效实行。

（六）建立健全稳定的投入保障机制

加强已建立的林业基金的使用管理，切实用于水土保持、植树种草等生态环境建设，积极开辟新的投资渠道。按照“谁受益、谁补偿，谁破坏、谁恢复”的原则，建立生态效益补偿制度。按照“谁投资、谁经营，谁受益”的原则，鼓励社会上的各类投资主体向生态环境建设投资。

（七）实施科教兴林战略，推进林业建设的进一步发展

要大力强化林业科技推广工作，促进科技成果的转化；要攀登林业科技的高峰，尽快缩短与世界林业发达国家的科技差距；要建立新型林业科技体制，形成科技与生产建设协调发展的新格局。

（八）加强森林生态自然保护区的建设与管理

我国森林生态类型的自然保护区建得比较早，数量也较多，积累了许多经验，但与需要相比，还有很大差距，需要进一步发展，全面规划，有计划地加强建设。已建的自然保护区也要进一步加强管理。

Save the earth

How to protect theenvironment has become one of the biggest problems in the world .

It’s our duty toprotect our environment .No matter where we live ,we should do something tokeep our neighborhood clean and tidy .We can collect waste paper or otherwaste things for recycling.We should plant more trees and we should preventthose factories from pouring waste water into rivers,lakes and fields.We shouldn’t leave rubbish everywhere andspit in public places .We mustn’t pick the flowers or step on the grass inpublic.If everyone tries his best to protect the environment ,the world willbecome much more beautiful and our life will be better and better .

Protect Our Environment It is important to beal with the rubbish in cities. Our world was colorful,beautiful and full of life. But these years, people have built many factories along rivers. Many trees have been cut down. Many animals have lost their homes. Factories cause pollution. Rivers become polluted. As a student, you should do every things in your everyday life to protect them. First, stop wasting more water. Second, throw waste things into different dustbins. For example, waste paper should be throw into paper recyclable bins. Third, stop cutting down trees. Instead, plant more. Fourth, pick up garbage in the park or on the road when we are free. Last, call on more and more people to pay attention to contrlling pollution. In a word, everybody has his duty to protect the world.

Recently, our efforts to protect wild animals was questioned by the public,

because the news is keep reporting that more and more wild animals was killed by

human beings, especially the very precious one. Innocent animals was dead for

their meat, fur and tooth, it was just used to fill up human beings desire. In

my point of view, the wild animals were protected effectively still has a long

way to go.

Firstly, people should try harder to make a better place for animals. The

land where the wild animals live was deprived by human being. For hundreds

years, people cut the trees to make land for their living and farming, wild

animals homeland was took, they have no choice but run away. What is more,

human beings break the food link in nature; wild animals can not find enough

food to keep alive. There is no doubt that the destruction of nature has become

a big problem to kill wild animal, for instance, a polar bear was starved to

death because of the greenhouse effect, the ice was melt away, the seadog and

fish that polar bear like to eat are far away from them. For those reasons,

people should protect the environment first if they want to protect wild animals

effectively.

Second, no buying, no killing. Some rich people like to wear fur coat, they

treat it as a status symbol, especially for rich woman, they think animal fur is

beautiful and warm, they will never consider that the fur they wear for years is

the skin that animal wear for their whole life, and they knew how bloody when

people took the fur from animal but they choose to ignore it. If people do not

buy the fur and tooth, lots of wild animals will be survived.

In sum, wild animals are our friends, we should give back and protect their

homeland, and stop buying their body part, or our future generations will see

them in zoo and museum.

亲爱的市民朋友们：

清明节是中华民族祭奠先人、缅怀先烈的传统节日。全市各地素有清明扫墓，以烧纸钱、燃香烛、放鞭炮等祭祀方式寄托哀思的习俗。然而，由于部分人不注意防范，这些传统祭祀方式已演变成森林火灾的最大隐患，清明时节也成为我市森林火灾高发期。仅2015年清明节期间(4月4日-6日)，全市因上坟烧纸、放鞭炮引发的森林火灾就占全年总数85%，森林资源遭受较大损失，人民生命财产和生态环境安全受到严重威胁。在清明节来临之际，希望全市人民行动起来，共同倡导绿色、环保、安全的祭祀新风尚，文明祭祀、严防山火、保护森林。

一、做文明祭祀的倡导者。我们要自觉摒弃烧香纸、燃香烛、放鞭炮等陈规陋俗，践行网络祭扫、鲜花祭扫、踏青遥祭、植树缅怀等祭扫方式和开展集体共祭、社区公祭、家庭追思等现代追思活动，寄托对逝去先人的思念，以此体现对生命的尊重、对历史的传承、对生活的热爱、对社会的责任。

二、做绿色家园的守护者。清明节烧纸祭奠已成为引发森林火灾的主要原因和重大隐患，这与祭奠祖先的孝行善举事与愿违。所以，我们要做森林资源的保护者，绿色家园的守护者，从我做起，特别是党员干部更要率先垂范，以实际行动影响和带动身边的群众树立文明祭祀新风，让“进入林区、防火第一”的意识深入人心，让森林远离火魔，让大地永披绿装。

三、做护林防火的同行者。打好清明期间护林防火守卫战，离不开社会各界和全市人民的理解、支持和参与。希望全市人民，严格按照森林防火有关规定，不携带火种和易燃易爆物品进入林区，不违规野外用火。切实加强对在校学生、未成年人的教育管理和痴呆聋哑等特殊人员的有效监护，增强森林防火意识。一旦发现火情，立即向当地人民政府或森林防火部门报告(森林火警电话：12119)。

让我们一起行动起来，齐心协力，群防群治，严防山火，保护森林，共同建造“蓝天常在、青山常在、绿水常在”的美好家园。

Private cars have become an important aspect of people’s life in many parts of our country,especially in large cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou.While they bring much convenience to people,they are also widely criticized.

There are some arguments for owning private cars.In the first place,cars allow people to move around freely,whichgreatly improves our living standard.We easily drive cars for traveling.In second place,When we have something urgent to do,cars are quick than other vehicles in some extent.Last but not least,the car industry can boost economy by creating many job opportunities.

However,there are also many arguments against cars.First of all,they pollute the environment by emitting harmful gases.What’s more,cars cause a large number of traffic accidents,which bring great misery to their family.

As far as I am concerned,we should limit the number of private cars by providing better mass transportation and better service for the people.Everyone should sacrifice his or her own interest for the mass society.

环保，是每个人应尽的义务。环境保护，可以使地球的温室效应大大降低，可以使濒危物种不惨遭灭绝的厄运，可以使疾病发生的几率大大降低，还可以使城市变得更加干净、美丽……因此，请大家一起来环保，来保护我们赖以生存的家园——地球。

环保，对于我们很重要。因此，我家也正在环保。塑料，这种韧性强、强度高的不可再生材料，在各个领域都有广泛的应用。可是，有多少人知道，塑料要经过200年左右才会降解，过多会形成“白色污染”呀!因此，我家到集市买菜时，都是用上次买菜用的塑料袋去继续使用，尽可能多地反复使用。如果大家都这样做，塑料对环境的污染就可以大大降低。

再说说电池。电池，是一种蓄电量较低的储电装置。并且大多电池不但不能充电，而且含有汞、铅、镍、镉等重金属。一节电池就可以污染一个人一生的用水——约500立方米。这是一个多么庞大的数字呀!所以，我们家只要有电用光并且不可以再充电的电池，就会把他们用一个瓶子装起来 ，让电池不再污染环境。

水是生命之源，如果没有了水，就没有生命的存在。所以，我们应该节约用水。有些人会说：“地球上的水多着呢，何必那么节约呢?”其实，你错了，如果人们毫无节制的用水，可能在将来就没有了生命的存在，并且就不再可能有生命诞生了!所以，我家也在节约用水。我们把淘米水用来洗菜、浇花;洗脸、脚用的水用来洗袜子、冲厕所、浇花;我家有一个浴盆，由于洗澡用的水比淋浴要多，所以我们经常将洗澡用的水用来先洗衣服，再用洗衣服的水去冲厕所、拖地。这样，不仅节省了水费，而且节约了许多水。所以，我建议大家反复利用水，使水的作用充分发挥出来。

不仅我家在做环保小事，就连我也自主做起环保小事。

纸，他是全世界用得最广泛的办公用品。因为它轻，所以深受人们的青睐。可是，纸却大多用木材通过化学物质氢氧化钠造成纸浆，但是会产生许许多多的污水呀!然后把纸浆滤在细纱网上晾成纸。最后，还要经过多重处理，使纸变得更加平滑、洁白。有的人会说：“纸不是可以降解的吗?对环境没有污染。”那你就大错特错了：纸在生产过程中会产生许多污水，而浪费没有使用过的纸，不就等于浪费木材、故意制造污水吗?所以，每当一个学期结束，我就会将作业本找出来，将没有使用过的空白页订起来制作成一本数学草稿本。这样，没有使用过的纸就不会造成浪费了。所以，我建议大家充分使用纸张，这样就不会造成资源浪费。

在生活中，随处可以看见花草树木。可是，有些人故意去攀折树木。但是，你想过没有：树的叶子可以吸收二氧化碳，释放出氧气。而如果人人都去折树木的叶子树木释放出来的氧气不就一天比一天少了吗?所以，我们一定要爱护花草树木……

在环境保护中，有很多事情都需要我们去做。所以“播种绿色，收获健康”就可以是世界变得更加和谐美好!所以，我呼吁同学们：从现在开始，从我做起，为了保护美丽的家园携起手来，为环境保护作出应有的贡献

Recently there are a lot of environment has been destroyed, around us there are many people in the destruction of the environment, cut down the trees, the birds were killed, flowers and plants have been burned, it is one thing for our warnings, the forests are disappear in every 375 square kilometers, the desert is evolving, flooded the countless individuals every beautiful homes, precious and there are ancient animals are killed, the panda has now been arrested, and so far only 1000 only, although there are a lot of people have built consciously protection station, but there are still some people for money by hook or by crook the killing of animals, birds no longer common, because being grabbed, trees less, because being cut, please protect them! If you go on like this, again, and the future of the animals we have learned in a book, according to people each with experts observation, day and night, a protective layer in the sky, the ozone hole, is because of the large hole lead to global warming, and the year before become very hot in the summer, many people died in the heat.

你们好！古往今来，地球妈妈用甘甜的乳汁哺育了无数子孙，原来的她被小辈们装饰的楚楚动人。可现在，生活中随处都存在着浪费资源，破坏环境的现象--水龙头不停的流出清澈的自来水，用水人却不知去向；房间里开着电灯电视，屋里长时间空无一人：街道上到处都是垃圾：河面上还漂着被折下的树枝……你是否看到过类似的现象，这些随处可见，随手能做的小事，我们难道不能把它做得更好吗？可是，还有这样的人，被金钱迷失了双眼，去不加节制的开采矿物砍伐树木，看到这些，我真想对他们说：“俗话说的好，善待地球就是善待自己。同样，伤害地球就是伤害自己。醒醒吧，不能在这样下去了，现在拯救地球以是全国人民的呼吁。”是啊!为了人类的生存，为了能在绿色的家园下。就让我们刻不容缓地行动起来，共同护卫我们的家园。让全国人民都加入到保护环境，节约资源的行列中。让明天的空气更清新，让明天的河水更清澈吧!
