举一个世界瞩目的例子：我国的黄河，在秦朝以前，水很清，两岸的森林很繁茂，是个人杰地灵的地方。可是到了秦朝，由于人口成倍增长，不得不开垦农田，就滥砍滥伐，造成水土流失，河面升高，而且，每年都有4000吨的土流失到水里。这样，又给我们的地球母亲一道伤疤。

森林是对人类有意的，可以紧固水土，抵抗飞沙，降低噪音，净化空气，如果森林被滥砍滥伐，那么人类将很难生存。

人类正以每小时24平方千米的速度来砍伐森林。假设中国人每人每餐使用一双一次性筷子，一年就会用14235亿双筷子，将砍伐510亿棵生长了60年以上的树。这样很快将中国的森林砍光。

由此，我向您提出一点不太成熟的建议：

1、利用大自然中的森林资源既要用大刀阔斧，又要栽树护林，不需要向西方发达国家那样，“先污染，后治理”。

2、最好用消毒筷子，不要用一次性筷子。

3、尽量节约用纸，不要乱扔还没用或还可以用的纸。

4、要发展“以种树为荣，以砍树为耻”的理念。

5、分类回收，循环利用。据我所知，一吨纸可以拆墨回收850千克纸。

保护环境，刻不容缓。为了我们这个晶莹美好的星球，为了我们的子孙后代，我们要奉献出全部的力量来治理污染，但愿地球将来是个美好的星球。
