我最喜欢的词是坚持。因为我相信只要坚持，没有什么不可能。

五年级的一个暑假，我和朋友去发传单，这是个锻炼自己，磨练忍耐力和坚持的一个心酸过程。尽管心酸，但这对我们来说是非常新鲜的。

我们换好了衣服，一个叔叔跟我们讲了大概过程，也就是看见路人要先说“你好”，在介绍传单内容，并留下联系电话，但这一切的前提是，如果那个人愿意听我们讲完所有的内容。我们来到大街上，开始向路人下发传单。但只有亲身体验过，才会知道那些路人有多难“伺候”。有点人理都不理我们伸出的手;有点人看了看我们，如有所语的议论着，皱着眉头走开：也有的人接过我们的传单，还没有两三步，便扔在了地上。一上午下来，放眼望去，满地传单在随意的让人们踩踏，没有人在意那是我们一张一张亲手送出的传单。传单都被随意丢弃，更不用说让我们介绍了。

到了下午，我们都泄气了，把传单丢在旁边的石椅上，谁有兴趣，谁就去拿。时间一分一秒的过去，这时，有一个大叔，他站在我们面前，看着我们手里的传单，我盯着他看了好一会，才反应过来，他是要我们的传单，听我们的介绍，于是我站起来，微笑说：“你好，这是.........希望您有空去看看!“太好了，这是我今天第一次向路人开口，那位大叔一直耐心地听我讲完。在这个下午，情况有所好转，渐渐低，越来越多的人吧传单放在包里，也有越来越多的人愿意听我讲完。慢慢地，我脸上的笑容不在僵硬，虽然还是有很多人在踩踏，但是我开始相信坚持的力量。因为在这个世上没有人会拒绝微笑，没有人会无视坚持!

“挽弓当挽强，用箭当用长。”照片里那个拉弓的帅气小女孩就是我，照片记录着我在草原小试牛刀第一次射箭的经历，美好又难忘。

记得那天，我和哥哥们在草原上撒野，一阵欢呼声把我们吸引了过去，原来这里正在射箭呢。我也跃跃欲试，简单地认为射箭无非就是一拉一松，结果却不是这样。

我拿起弓，掂了掂，好重啊，学着哥哥们的样子，小心翼翼地把箭插入弓上的小孔里，再把箭的末梢卡进弓弦，拿弓，拉箭，哎呀，弦绷得太紧，我使出吃奶的劲才拉满弓，手一松，“嘘”的一声，我的心跟着箭飞了出去，“砰”，箭划了一条弧线后一头栽在了草地上。哎，真是出师不利!“一点都不好玩。”我嘟囔着，扔下弓就准备走，这时妈妈走过来拍着我的肩说：“其实射箭也没那么难，多尝试一下，你能行哦!”我环顾一圈，哥哥们向我投来了期待的目光，“是啊，我可不想当逃兵，不能这样轻易放弃。”于是，我又慢慢踱回去，再一次拿起了弓。

只剩最后一箭了，我默默许愿，深吸了一口气，把身体尽量往后仰，肩往后压，举弓，手使劲拉，一切就绪，我咬紧牙关一放，哇，箭不偏不倚，正中靶子，我开心地一蹦三尺高，欢呼着，咦，妈妈和哥哥们为啥捂着嘴笑呢，我定睛一看，哎呀，箭中的是别人的靶子，管它呢，射中万岁!

保存这张照片的理由：第一次拍艺术照、第一次画浓妆

在我家的相册里夹着一张特别难忘的照片，那是我在拍艺术照时留下的影子。

那一天，我兴高采烈地来到“盘子古摄影”，准备拍艺术照。等待的期间，我望着墙上的艺术照，羡慕不已，我不久应该也会像他们美丽吧!不一会儿，轮到我化妆了。

我跟随化妆师来到换衣间，只见里面挂着琳琅满目的服装：有的是高贵优雅的公主裙，洁白的裙摆上镶嵌着几颗星星般的珍珠;有的是汉服，长长的袖子上有几只惟妙惟肖的鸟儿，拖地的裙摆上几颗郁郁葱葱的柳树;还有的是旗袍，金黄的裙子上是许许多多洁白无瑕的花儿……看得我眼花缭乱。我换上汉服，来到化妆间。这里的桌子上有一面古色古香的镜子，桌子上还摆放着大大小小的化妆品，这可是女人的最爱啊!我坐在椅子上，等着化妆。刚开始一切都很顺利，可是一戴上假眼睫毛就出了问题，我的眼睛不由自主的流下了眼泪。这下可糟了，靠近眼睛部分的妆的都化了，幸好化妆师眼疾手快，及时补救了这些。

终于化好妆了，我来到拍摄点。摄影师告诉我怎么做，我就怎么做。我一会儿拿着笛子，假装吹奏;一会儿拿着捕蝶网，捕着一只看不见的蝴蝶。拍完这些，我跟随妈妈来到等候区，让我妈妈当摄影师，用手机给我拍下了穿着这一身美美服装的照片。

这是我第一次画这么浓的妆，就是卸妆也花了好大的工夫呢!把假眼睫毛摘下来的那一刻，我大声的叫了起来，可疼了。

每次看见这张照片，我都会心满意足地笑，一种自豪之情油然升起。

现在柳州购物环境好的商场很多，万达、地王大厦、步步高、银泰城等等，但我觉得尽管柳州已经有无数商场，却依然无法撼动五星街在大家心中的地位。你不信，就跟我带你们一起游游柳州五星街吧。

周末的时候，我和妈妈都会来到五星街逛一逛。五星街，是柳州的第一条商业街，这条街有一个特别的地方，就是不允许车辆通行的，大家可以在街道上自由散步，休闲娱乐，因此叫做步行街，这里可是柳州市最繁华的商业步行街。

一来到了步行街口，映入眼帘的是一个大大的五角星形状的标志，它屹立在水池中央，远远就能望见，难怪叫五星街呢!五星商圈内拥有柳州工贸、五星商场、东都百货，新华书店等多个商业网点，街道旁边还有好多小吃店铺。

走在步行街上，人山人海，热闹非凡，有的人在逛商店，有的人在看热闹，还有人在吃小吃，而我总是喜欢拉着妈妈先到新华书店里逛一下，买点自己喜欢的书和文具，再和妈妈逛逛周边的大商场，逛到天渐渐黑了，整个步行街又是另一番景象——整条街变成了灯的海洋，高楼外墙有灯，树上有灯，就连地下也有灯，霓虹灯、地灯、射灯……一会儿红，一会儿黄，一会儿蓝，变幻无穷，让人眼花缭乱，流连忘返。

阳光遍洒大地，一缕缕阳光被繁茂的枝叶滤成片片的斑斑驳驳。漫步在这暖暖的秋日下午，心中的童真仿佛也不知不觉的被唤起了一般。伸出双手，摊开手掌，拦住一缕阳光的去路，感觉这阳光被我捧在掌心中。手指微微弯曲，想把这阳光装进口袋，同时也装进我的心中。

“咔嗒、咔嗒”，循声望去，便望见了路边的那个修补摊。摊主是一个常年在这里补鞋的老师傅，腰间裹着一条深蓝色的围布。一张自制的简易木板凳，一架古铜色的老式补鞋机，一箱子杂七杂八，还有些污垢的工具，一块靠在树干上用红漆写上“修补”二字的有些破损的卡纸板，这就是他的全部家什。

他手艺很好，也很健谈，逢人便要谈上几句的。闲时，他就泡上一杯茶，慢悠悠地呷着，有时还翘起二郎腿，哼一些从没听过的调子，还很自得其乐，看起还很享受的样子。我曾经在他这儿补过书包，他不肯收钱，还念叨什么“新三年，旧三年，缝缝补补又三年”之类的话。

此刻，走的腿也有点酸了，我便一屁股在那张熟悉的小凳子上坐了下来，耷拉着脑袋，也没心情跟他搭话。

老师傅拍拍我的肩，我抬起头，那张布满岁月沧桑的脸上满是慈祥。

People have questioned what caused this problem and what can be done to improve the situation. In my opinion, two of the most critical causes of this waste material problem are the increased consumption and a shortage of space for landfill.

To begin with, modern lifestyle has contributed greatly to the increasing amount of waste and garbage we produce everyday. In other words, we have turned into a materialistic and mass-consumption society where we use more and throw away more than ever before. Moreover, countries are running out of space to store garbage and waste material. In fact, securing land for waste disposal raises controversies in many countries.

To solve this intractable problem, every citizen needs to participate in producing less garbage. For example, we can bring our own personal shopping bags instead of using plastic bags provided by stores and shops. Besides, the government can enforce stricter laws on companies to use biodegradable packaging or use recycled material. Indeed, this alone can eliminate much of the waste which is sent to at land fills. Companies can also contribute by developing new raw material which is recyclable and will ultimately lead to less garbage.
