我给大家举几个小例子。我国的木兰溪在50年代初本是一个清澈见底的河流，但现在它却是鱼虾绝迹的污河。1952年12月5日，英国首都伦敦发生了令人震惊的“迷雾事件”，约有1xx人因这次事件而丧生。这次事件的罪魁祸首是“硫酸雾”，它是由漂浮在空气中的二氧化硫、水雾和粉尘共同作用的结果。硫酸雾中所含有的大量有毒成分和粉尘被人吸入肺中后会沉积下来，进入血液，流遍全身，这才造成了如此严重的后果。
