前几天，老师发给我们一本薄薄的，有着蓝色封面的小书，名叫《美丽中国》。刚拿到我就不愿意放下，因为里面的故事好看，而富有哲理。其中有一篇叫做《无声的抗诉》更是吸引我的眼球。故事主要讲的是一个外国人在火车上拒绝用服务员送来的一次性餐具，一个中国人说他很傻。老外说我们中国并不富裕，还生产那么多一次性塑料、木头筷子。让我们陷入了沉思。

读了这个故事，我知道了我们国家的树木并没有楼房多，而我们却乱砍滥伐。树木有好多用处：它的树冠苔藓和枯枝败叶和土壤都可以蓄水；还可以让小鸟有个家；可以调节温度，让行人在夏天乘凉，可以防止水土流失，净化空气，美化环境，减少噪音。

我们这些小学生都懂的道理，那些大人怎么不懂呢？有些卖房地产的中介为了自己的利益，不惜花重金请来伐木工人，自私贪婪地大片砍树，一片片树木就因伐木工手中的电锯而倒下！还有一些小吃店老板为了不洗筷子和碗，给客人装小吃的碗都是白色泡沫做的，筷子也是一次性的……

如果再不停止砍树，我们这个美丽富饶的国家，会变成一片贫瘠的沙漠。

当你还在破坏环境的时候，你可曾想到我们的生存环境正在一步步的恶化？当你在美丽的校园里随手扔垃圾的时候，你可曾想过白色垃圾正分布在每一个角落。当你在浪费纸张的时候，你可曾想过大树正在逐渐消失。当你在浪费粮食时，你可曾想过地球的土地正在慢慢退化。

地球，曾经是美丽的星球，现在变得一片狼藉。听过《地球治病》这篇文章吗？地球妈妈找遍了所有的地球医生，却没有治好。这篇文章告诉我们，如果真想治好地球的病状，只有人们认识到绿化这个问题，所有的问题迎刃而解。设置植树节，并不是光种树，而是要我们认识到保护环境的重要性，多种植树木。

如果没有了树木，地球将没有生命，没有优美风景，没有可爱的一切事物。从地球上有生命开始，树木就变成人类生存的基本。正是靠着树木，人类才生存到了现在，过着快乐的生活。可越是生活条件越好，人们的保护环境意识就越浅。往河里排放污水，乱砍树木……

地球的淡水资源本来就少，如果再往里面排放污水，乱投垃圾，那淡水资源就只剩一点点了。

中国的淡水资源只占世界的二十分之一，可见淡水源在我们国家是多么的少。

一个人乱扔一点垃圾，看不出地球有什么变化，可如果全球60亿每人都扔一点的话，世界会变成细菌的王国，变成垃圾满天飞，从一个世界民族之林的强者，变成一个落后的国家。

如果想拯救的地球，从现在开始，讲究卫生，每天节约一张纸。那些商家们，可以想想，是钱重要呢？还是生命重要呢？

爱护地球，保护环境！让美丽充满世界，让清香飘满空中，让绿色在世界上永远生存！
