The story is rearranged by a real story. Hatchi is an unusual dog which belongs to akita. The real Hatchi, the dog in this story, was born in Odatr Japan in 1923. As soon as his master Dr. Eisabour Uero, a professor at Tokyo University, died in May 1925. Hatchi returned to the Shibuya train station the next day after professor died and for the next nine years to wait, until Hatchi himself died.

In the movie Hatchi crossed an ocean and thousands of miles of transportation by train, and then he met Parker (the main actor) in a snowy day. Because it was snowing and the dog, Hatchi, was lost. Parker took Hatchi back to his home, and then kept it. Parker treated it very well and so did Hatchi. When Hatchi had grown up, he fetched parker to work everyday.

All these years they played together, bathed together, slept together and Parker gave Hatchi full-body massage everyday. They just look like a couple. Parker looks happy because Hatchi is happy, and Hatchi’s happy due to Parker being happy. But Hatchi never fetched ball for anyone even Parker, so he went to his Japanese friend, Ken, for help. Ken told Parker that the akita will never get the ball unless there are some special reasons. However, Parker didn’t notice what Ken told him. In the morning of last day of Parker’s life, Hatchi felt that something bad would happen to Parker, and it tried his best to stop Parker going to work, and Hatchi fetched ball for Parker to tell him to stop. Then Hatchi spent ten years waiting for his master, his only friend coming back. Ten years time, maybe it is just one-tenth of a human life, but for a dog that means its whole life. During those years Hatchi hadn’t exact place to live, just come and go to the train station everyday at the same place and time.

Have you even considered why Hatchi spent all his life just for waiting? After a long time consideration, I find the answer in the end. The only reason is that Hatchi have nothing but his master. The happiest time of Hatchi is the time with Parker; the most enjoyable time of Hatchi is the time fetching Parker to work.

Just one year after Parker’s death, Ken came to the station and had a look at Hatchi. He felt as sorrow as Hatchi. He tried his best to persuade Hatchi to leave because Parker’s never coming back. But he didn’t succeed, and said “If Hatchiko wants to wait, then Hatchiko should wait. You want to wait for him, didn’t you? Then, you most have a long life.”

Then ten years past, Hatchi became a dirty and rather old guy. Over these years, everything had changed but Hatchi’s endless waiting and loyalty had never changed. One day Parker’s wife backed to the small town and saw Hatchi was still stand there waiting. She cried and said “You, old thing, you are still waiting, let me wait for the next train together with you please.” Hearing these tough words and seeing the loyal dog I cried sadly.

This is Hatchi’s whole life. He almost spent all his life only doing one thing—waiting for its only friend Parker, waiting to complete the uncompleted engagement.

Hatchi’s story showed how great the power of loyalty and love is with all his life. He tell us what the real loyalty and true love is. Because of the real loyalty and true love Hatchi spent all his life waiting; because of the real loyalty and true love Hatchi sacrisficed all his youth just for waiting; because of the real loyalty and true love Hatchi abandon the warm house of Parker’s daughter. I think that is the real loyalty, the ture love. However, in our human life, how many of us can be as loyalty as an animal; how many person can be loyal to another one for even ten years? I think nobody can.

In the end of the film Parker’s grandson asked Kate “Where did grandpa found Hatchi?” She answered “I suppose that Hatchi happened to found your grandpa.” I believe that as soon as Parker and Hatchi happened to meet, Hatchi had already found its own destination, and then the loyalty and love was built.

Loyalty isn’t mean to be that I love you and it won’t change in the next ten thousand years; loyalty isn’t mean to be that I will wait for you for the rest of my life; loyalty isn’t mean to be that I love you beyond myself. However, loyalty is a sense of responsibility; loyalty is a sense of selfness, loyalty is a sense of concern.

In the process of reading, I feel depressed and sad. Almost all the

negative emotions came to me. Say its like a fairy tale? I think so. Its like

And the house on Mango Street, including the white, black and orange color

illustrations, made me feel like I was in Greens fairy tale, depressed and

eager to get rid of it.

To be precise, this book has no plot and no big reason. From this point of

view, you may think it is dull. On the contrary, it is so close to the heart of

our Maiden: some careless, somewhat flurried palpitations, some unintelligible,

and of course the simplest and simplest desire to have their own house. It can

This is a story between a dog and his host. The dog called Hachi moved me to tears. This film changed my mind to dog from fear to love and appreciate.

This film tell the story in a simple, without big billows, but it touch people heat and soul. The college professor Parker Wilson find a lost puppy at a train station and take it home, which take much annoyance to his wife Cate. However, parker and the dog develop such a remarkable bond that Cate is forced to relent and Hachi becomes a devoted member of the family.

After several months, Parker and Hachi get along very well, they become partners. Every morning, Hachi accompanies Parker to the train station and waits patiently for his return, becoming a regular fixture of Hachi’s life.

However, Every day is not Sunday. One day, Hachi become abnormal, he barked fiercely and didn’t want to see his host off. At last, Hachi come to the station to see Parker off with a ball between Hachi’s tips, which cost Parker mach time to train him but was failed. Parker was so excited to see this, but this is his last to see Hachi. He was dead because heart disease.

However, Hachi persist in waiting for his host, day after day and year by year. Hachi came to the station to wait his host in the day time and sleep under a discarded train at night. The dog’s discarded moved the people in the train and the people all over the world.

This story present a animal’s morality that human beings are ill needed. The dog give us a vividly lesson that we all have to loyal to our boss, loyal to our wife or husband, loyal to our family, loyal to our country.

周六我和妈妈去看《海王》，是一部Marvel的电影。电影讲述了海王和他的弟弟奥姆争夺王位的故事。

电影一开头就演了一个看灯塔的一个男人看见了一个海之国的女人，就把她带回家，一开始那个女人对这个男人很警惕，可过了一阵自后他们两相爱了，然后生下了海王，之后有海之国的人来带走海王的妈妈，可她把那些人都杀了，然后说：“我必须要回去了”。海王的爸爸很伤心，可那也没办法！

海王长大后就去海之国了，可他得知他母亲已经死了非常伤心，他弟弟奥姆和他展开了对决，海王输了。然后去拿到了真正的三叉戟去跟奥姆大战一场，奥姆大败，然后海王的妈妈也回来了。最后海王当上了海中之王！

电影结束后有个彩蛋，是海王的爸爸终于等到了她的妻子，他们又重新相爱。电影到这里就结束了！

一家人去看《海王》，据说很魔幻，海底世界光怪陆离，是一场视觉的饕餮盛宴。导演温子仁果然是青年才俊，拍摄效果堪称绝美，故事情节跌宕起伏，宏大的战争场面强烈地刺激着观众的神经。走出影院的瞬间，才得以喘上几口气，渐渐缓过神来。

女儿问我这部电影该如何评论？以切块式的模式来引导女儿——这部电影讲述了什么样的故事？故事中最打动你的是哪些人性之美？拍摄的特效如何评价？故事的设计有何特点……爱人在一旁不说话，一声轻叹，我知道自己又把问题说得有些“玄”了。不过，从教育的角度来看这部大片，有些情节也可圈可点。

Yesterday I watched a movie named with my brother .It is so funny.

It is about a ogre.He is upset because he cannot be acceptted by other men because of his awful look.One day he gets a mission to rescue a princess so that the King gives back his mire.He,along with a talking donkey,goes through fire and water and finally reaches the tower where the princess is kept.He fights against the dragon that guards the princess.At last he rescues the princess.After that ,he gives her his first kiss.

This movie tells us,when we are not acceptted by others,at least,we should try to let them know us and dont say die.

Connected to the second scene, the third difference I want to analyze is

the care for the children. In America, people pay more attention to the right of

children which can be seen from the law—leaving children alone at home is

illegal, while in China it is so common that almost everyone may experience such

loneliness. And Children Welfare Agency does work in America which shows the

importance Americans attach to children’s right. What’s more, I remember a line

‘No one won the case, especially the child.’ In my opinion, it also manifests

the universal concern from the American public to the children.

The fourth aspect is following the procedure, in the film, more than there

times, the people focus on the rule, the law, the procedure. At the Christmas

Eve Xu wants to return back to his home pretending as a Santa Claus, what a

pity, the security recognizes him and persuades ‘you are always a good tenement,

never causes troubles for me.’ And another scene is at the end of the film , the

judge says ‘I have to follow the procedure.’ However, in China people always

have to ask for a favor to do something, and later you have to pay back the

favor ，for myself, I prefer the American style, strict to the procedure.

The fifth and the last point is the humors, Quinlan says ‘you can’t fall,

your health security is the company paid.’ ‘Datong, welcome home, maybe next

time, you can come from the front door.’ ‘dady, why you come from the window’ ‘

because we don’t have a chimney.’ I really adore this distinguished American

humor, especially in dangerous situations, which is quite rare in China.

Chinese immigrants struggle to hold onto their American dream after the husbands father (Xu Zhu) comes for a visit from mainland China and gives a si-mp-le Chinese Medicine therapy called Gua Sha to his grandson.

Da Tong (Tony Leung Ka Fai) is the father who is trying to integrate his Chinese cultural beliefs into his daily American reality, especially when dealing with his bo(Hollis Huston) and best friend, who is too quick to believe the worst about Da Tongs treatment of his son, Dennis. Da Tongs failures show his confusion about the differences between his original Chinese culture and his new American home. Even within his family there is conflict because Grandfather cant speak English and is excluded from many conversations because Mother (Wenli Jiang) wants only English spoken in her home for the benefit of her American born son. Da Tong and his wife are very well educated and understand that their childs best chances for succein America, and for him not to experience the same troubles theyve had during the past 8 years, are to speak without an accent. They even go so far as to insist the boy use a fork and knife instead of chopsticks, even when its obvious they are still eating Chinese style food, served in the normal way: communal dishes for the food and smaller, individual rice bowls for each person. Mother seems a bit inflexible in her insistence on being as American as possible, while Da Tongs cultural leanings are just as strongly Chinese, although not by conscious choice.

Da Tongs love for his son is tested severely when Da Tong tries to balance it against respect for his boss. When Da Tongs son hits his boss son, Da Tong insists on an apology that seems unnecessary and makes Da Tong look stubborn and uncaring. Da Tong gives his boy a light rap on the head when he refuses to apologize and the boy cries to his mother that the reason he hit his playmate was that the other boy called Da Tong stupid, one of many examples of doing the wrong thing to protect your family.

The conflict arising from doing the wrong thing out of love or respect for ones family or closest friends continues throughout the movie, and every way Da Tong turns, he finds failure and encounters both obvious and subtle forms of anti-Chinese racism. Even Chinese folklore about the Monkey King, Sun Wu Kong, that Da Tong incorporates into a video game he designed is used to provoke his pride when hes vulnerable and fearing for the loof his son. Da Tong is misunderstood by everyone, family, friend, and foe, even though he has only the best intentions, and he carries the responsibility quite heavily, ma-ki-ng one wrong turn after another.

Gua Sha (The Treatment) shows how a persons cultural beliefs are so deeply set within oneself that it is usually impossible to examine why you do most anything, from how you dreand talk to whom you love and respect and how you show it. The invisible nature of ones cultural beliefs also makes it difficult to impossible to explain yourself to others when questioned. Da Tong experiences an excruciatingly painful and difficult struggle while trying to protect his son, an ordeal that forces him to examine the validity of some of the most vital things he thought he knew about his identity, his Chinese culture, and the new American world hed chosen as his home.

The movie showed me how normal it is for people to look for ways that their culture is superior to others and how the misunderstandings arising from different cultural perspectives can seem very large, but can be nullified with si-mp-le, 2-sided explanations when people are willing to listen.

It appears this film is not readily available in the USA, but its the best Ive seen at highlighting the differences between American and Chinese culture. Parts of the movies dialog are only in Chinese and Ive yet to find a DVD with English subtitles, although its easy to get the gist of whats going on during those short passages. The credits are a combination of Chinese and English, holding true to the integration of both worlds. Ive noticed some important roles are not credited here on IMDb, such as Judge Horowitz, who was played by Alexander Barton。

When I was a freshman in college I watched the film Gua Sha Treatment for

the first time, now I am a junior student and I come back to review the movie

from a multicultural aspect, I have many different feelings after watching the

film again.

At the beginning of the film, XuDatong is given an award and later he

delivers a speech. What makes me impressed most is in his speech he says “one

day I will become one of you, a truly successful American, today this award

proved that America is a true land of opportunity and I am the living proof of

that.” At that moment Xu thinks he has realized his American Dream totally with

his lovingly wife and adorable son. However, I think it is ironical that to make

a speech like that and I assume it is made on purpose to hind a clue for the

story’s development. How many non-American people have such a beautiful American

dream? One of my classmate studies in American now and before he went aboard he

told me his American dream is he can stand at the top of the New York. To be

honest, I also dream that one day I can get the Green Card living there happily

and successfully maybe working at the Wall Street. When Xu gets the award he

thinks he entirely melted in the melting pot neglecting the multicultural

obstruct, later the plot goes against the way he thinks. And later Quinlan asked

Xu ‘why you be the scapegoat of your father?’ Xu answers ‘because he is

Chinese.’ Then maybe Xu knows that there is always a wide gap between Chinese

and American cultures.

The second scene is Xu hit his son Denis because Denis hit the son of xu’s

boss, at the middle of the film xu tells his boss that he hit his own son is

only to show his respect to his boss John Quinlan, that time Quinlan feels

puzzled “what a Chinese logic”， yes, American can never understand such a logic

full of Chinese characteristic, because they respect everyone including the

children, they won’t beat a child to please the boss, and there is no such a

conception of degree between employee and employer, they feel everyone is equal,

which is quite different from china.
