Fog consists of a large number of tiny water or ice crystals.Its actually a harmless natural phenomena that makes visibility worse .Haze is air pollution in which is mixed up with dust, smoke and other dry particles. The components that make up haze may have negative effect on peoples health, especially for children and the old.

我系上围裙，向自己加油了一番后便开火做菜。我怎么总是觉得少了些什么东西。啊！我知道了！我还没想好要做什么菜呢！晕死啦！连做什么菜都还没想好竟然还开火做菜？！我坐了下来，静下心来想了好久好久，才想出这五个菜：炸鸡翅膀、紫菜汤、鸡蛋炒肉片、上汤辣椒叶、龟苓膏，其中龟苓膏是饭后甜点。我打开冰箱，刚想拿材料，可是，我家的冰箱空空如也！我火速解开身上的围裙，跨上购物袋就往市场跑，可是我下了楼才发现竟然没带钱？！我又折了回去，拿了钱包，再次飞奔向市场！！！

打开家门，气喘吁吁地将材料都扔到了料理台上，我再也顶不住了，一屁股坐在了凳子上，大口大口的喘着粗气。一想到表妹的笑容，我便又颤颤巍巍地站了起来。系上围裙，先将鸡翅膀洗干净，捞起，用热水烫烫它们，我真是恨不得将它们烫死！！开火，放油，油温刚好，把鸡翅膀放下去，过后，捞起第一只，我失败了，它黑了。失败乃成功之母，接下来的都炸得好好！Bingo！

时间一分一秒的过去了，我满头大汗地将这次生日宴弄好了。我看了看表到时间去拿蛋糕了，我骑上我的宝贝自行车飞向蛋糕店，将蛋糕完整无缺的护送到家，将我做的那些菜都仔仔细细的摆上桌面。望着眼前这一桌菜，我也不禁扯出一个最会心的笑。

门铃接连不断的响起，舅舅、舅妈、阿姨、姨丈，大家都来了，不知道我这次有没有成功的帮表妹办成生日宴会呢？加油吧！！

暑假快要接近尾声的时候，我收到了施科宇生日派对的邀请，我按照他的喜好给他挑了一份礼物。

今天，由于台风的影响，外面下着毛毛细雨，妈妈把我送到了聚会的地点必胜客。我到了必胜客，看到了王斌宇、唐宁怿、郑霄、孙禹翰等，我们几个凑在一起，咋咋呼呼，两个月没见，亲热的不得了。

聚会开始了，我们一个一个轮流介绍自己送给施科宇的礼物，我和王斌宇最奇特，既拿着送给施科宇的礼物，还自己带了一个，准备和施科宇一起玩得。

一个圆盘大小的香喷喷的披萨上桌了，一盆好吃的拼盘上桌了，一杯我期待已久的冰淇淋上桌了……我的口水情不自禁的快要流下来了，正要迫不及待的动手去拿的时候，我想到了妈妈的话：“要懂礼貌，而且要记住一定不要吃多，少吃一点。”于是，我慢慢的把手放下了，拿起边上的铲子铲了一块，放到盘子里，津津有味的吃了起来，一抬头看到同学们的吃相，我哈哈大笑，有的张大了嘴巴往里塞披萨，有的嘴角沾了番茄酱，有的在吞密，一半还留在外面呢，再看看我自己，嘴巴里还有未完的披萨，手里已拿着薯条，这时我已忘记了妈妈的话。

接着我们出去玩了，玩得时候，有一件事把施科宇的生日气氛给搞了起来：

我和王斌宇在玩飞机的时候，一个一年级的同学来看我们了，他没经过我们的同意故意捣乱，用手来抓我的手，让我控制不好，让飞机掉下来，摔个稀巴烂。我还没来得及阻止时，一个大人把他给拉走了，所以我们继续玩，过了一会，他又回来了，还推了把王斌宇，正当王斌宇的飞机快要掉下来时，我眼疾手快的抓住了飞机，幸好没落地没摔破。接着，我和王斌宇合作，一直用飞机追着那男孩，他绕着圈圈，我们一个守一边，玩得不亦乐乎。估计他被我们搞的晕了，然后乖乖的回父母身边去了。这一件小小的事给我们又增添了不少的快乐。

没多久，妈妈们都陆续的来接了，这时我们才感慨时间过得好快啊！

这是一次难忘的生日会！

这个星期四，我们三(4)班举行了一个生日大聚会，因为我们马上就都十岁了!在星期三的下午，陆老师请了几个有空的家长布置教室。

今天我一大早就到了学校，心里在想着快点举行生日大聚会。今天的主题是“我们十岁了”陆老师上讲台发了言。我们就开始了。首先我们看了几个同学的表演。有相声、唱歌、跳舞、魔术、冷笑话。易小栋和张佳敏的相声很搞笑，张御媛和王沁薇的舞蹈也很精彩他们一个个都表演得很用心，真是多姿多彩啊!接着陆老师给我们看了家长们想对我们说的话，还有照片。当我看到爸爸、妈妈对我说的话的时候，我心里非常激动，我心想我一定要好好学习，坚持完成爸爸、妈妈对我说的话。最后轮到我们吃蛋糕喽，另外我们自己带了一些零食，真是迫不及待呀!陆老师把蛋糕切成有一块一块的，让同学们给老师，跟我们一起分享这欢乐、幸福的时刻。

同学们，我们又长大了一岁，要认真听爸爸妈妈和老师的话，减少他们的负担了。让我们一起完成爸爸妈妈的话哦!今天的生日聚会真是好开心无穷啊!

The first time of eating buffet

This morning，my bset friend XiaoLuo called me out for buffet dinner. I have

never gone to eat buffet before.

we met at the gate of buffet restaurant of HanTingXuan near the Center

square in GuiLin downtown at 11 am.After buying tickets we went into

therestaurant excitedly.As a food junkie，to be honest，I was totally stunned by a

whole bunch of

delicious!grill，hamburger，cake，sushi，drinks，seafood，iscream，hotpot，ect. In

total， I ate four piece of cake，five sushis，a plate of grill，an iscream，a cup of

lemon juice，five dumplings，a fly rice，a cup of pudding，a plate of fruit

sala，some popcorn，two puffs and some Canonese Dim Sum.After two hours eating，I

felt extreamely stuffed that my belly were going almost burst !To relieve

stomach tension，then we hang around the town.

Stuffed and tired，but I felt very happy!

第一次吃自助餐

今天早上，我最好的朋友小罗打电话叫我和他一起去吃自助餐，在这之前我从未吃过自助餐。

虽然又撑又累，但是我觉得非常开心!
