可现在呢?池塘被养殖户承包去养珍珠，大量的鸡粪倒进塘里，塘边的蚌壳成堆，桂花树早已枯死，特别是到了夏天臭气熏天，行人望而生畏。

建议：

1. 承包户不用为了多挣钱而破环生态环境;

2. 有关部门是不是可以规划地区，让养殖户集中养殖。

我的建议可能很幼稚，也可能一时实现不了。但是，只要每个公民行动起来，团结一心。那么，我们的家园会变得更加美丽!
