首先，短距离出行是绝对的刚需。特别是日渐拥挤的大城市和高峰期，一直都是巨大痛点，公交、地铁、出租、私车都无法解决。而过往一些城市(比如上海)尝试的公共自行车，由于各区政府各自为政，投入主体不清，自行车投放不足，还车困难等一些列问题，最后几乎都无疾而终。

摩拜为代表的共享单车，由公司投放车辆，打开手机APP就能查看附近的车辆，看到有合适的还可以提前预约。不用停车桩，不用办卡，二维码扫一扫就能开锁，不用的时候停在任意合法非机动车停车点即可，半小时收费一元，用车成本低到可以忽略。而且简单方便易用，几乎彻底、完美解决了城市最后一公里的困扰。

其次，市场巨大。截至2016年12月，我国网络预约专车用户规模为1.68亿，比2016年上半年增加4616万，增长率为37.9%。共享单车的潜在用户规模，无论如何不会少于这个。

哪怕你是一个丝毫不在意出行成本的土豪，一旦你体验过月朋友吃饭，开个私家车从东城到西城需要三个小时，然后再花一个小时找停车位的痛苦，你就知道绝大多数时候，宁可地铁。出地铁站后骑摩拜单车到饭馆路边，把车一扔，是多么痛快和潇洒。所以，你几乎可以把所有城市上班一族都视作目标群体。

第三，这玩意几乎没有触动任何旧世界哪个土豪的利益，摩的除外而摩的几乎是所有城市清缴的对象。而且，摩的全是地下党，没有一个组织，完全不成气候。

最后，也是最最令人膜拜的，是共享单车从一开始就有非常清晰的盈利模式：押金。想明白了这一点，你不得不对想出这个模式的人由衷赞服。

共享单车的盈利模式，是通过分时租赁来部分变现，通过收取押金来回收资金，实现现金流并进行扩张(见下图)：

分时租赁那个钱，其实一点不重要，无论是摩拜，还是ofo，我相信他们心里都门清：哪怕有一亿用户，每天用一小时，也就1个亿的收入，为此却需要面对超过1千万辆自行车的投放与硬件损耗，再加上其他管理费用。更重要的是，由于其短途特点，及对标公交和传统公共自行车，其定价上浮空间有限。所以，他们压根就没指望通过一小时1元的租赁费来赚钱。

通过什么?

押金这是一个无比天才的创新。

在你屁股跨上单车的前，无论是摩拜，还是ofo，你都必须把你的电话号码、真实姓名、身份证号(要实名认证)都发送过去，同时，你还得提交299元(摩拜)或者99元(ofo)的押金。

对任何一个互联网企业儿来说，能通过长期运营获得用户注册，以及一个电话，已经是天大的幸福。共享单车的玩法，等于泡妞，第一次见面，就拿到了对方的所有身份信息与电话这是对用户无比苛刻的要求，很多隐私意愿强烈的用户一定是抵制的，但共享单车用解决痛点的需求一次性实现了。

最关键的，还让用户掏了钱包这是所有商业模式最后的一个环节，也是最梦寐以求的环节。

之所以说这是个天才的创新，是因为299的押金：

1、可以退，所以多数人不会抵制缴纳这笔钱;

2、可以退，但公司不会自动退，多数人也不会主动要求退，因为下次用车还得缴，其结果就是大量资金沉淀在公司，等于无偿占用;

3、押金不能动用，不能用作租赁车费的支持。这等于这笔钱只会增加，永远不会减少;

4、由于一份押金对应一个注册用户，而非一辆车，这意味着投放一辆车，能锁定远超过1个用户。摩拜目前是一辆车锁定8人，等于投放一辆车，获得2400元(300*8)的存款。

从这个意义上，摩拜投放的每辆单车，都类似一个储蓄所。中国的网点最多的金融机构是农业银行，在全国有超过2.4万家分支机构，3万台自动柜员机。而2017年1月23日，富士康成为摩拜新的战略投资者。此次合作，将会有望大幅提高摩拜单车产量，每年总产能预计将能超过1000万辆而每一辆单车，都是一个移动储蓄点。

仅以1000万辆投放为假设，每辆车锁定8人，每人300元押金，沉淀总额资金将达240亿这是最经典的互联网金融的玩法。

不去着眼解决盈利，而是解决现金流，不出售硬件而通过收取押金来弥补现金流，减少了一般互联网企业为培育用户而通过海量补贴产生的现金支出，这是相当高明的一步。

Firstly, inventiveness has led to advances in printing, telecommunications,

photography, radio and television.

Secondly, speed has revolutionized the transmission and reception of

communications so that local news often takes a back seat to national news,

which itself is often almost eclipsed by international news.

No longer is the possession of information confined to a privileged

minority.

In the last century the wealthy man with his own library was indeed

fortunate, but today there are public libraries.

Forty years ago people used to flock to the cinema, but now far more people

sit at home and turn on the TV to watch a program that is being channeled into

millions of homes.

Communication is no longer merely concerned with the transmission of

information.

The modern communication industry influences the way people live in society

and broadens their horizons by allowing access to information, education and

entertainment.

The printing, broadcasting and advertising industries are all involved with

informing, educating and entertaining.

Although a great deal of the material communicated by the mass media is

very valuable to the individual and to the society of which he is a part, the

vast modern network of communications is open to abuse.

However, the mass media are with us for better, for worse, and there is no

turning back.

今年，很多的地方都有了共享单车，共享单车操作起来也特别简单，只要轻轻扫描二维码就可以租用单车。随时随地骑车成了不是梦。但最近我发现也有许多人不爱惜它们，甚至破坏它们。

比如这几天，我认真观察了一下，发现小孩子最调皮了。每次骑完，他们会随便一扔，而可怜的小黄车有的被他们挂在树上，有的则被扔在了草丛里；有的直接倒在人行道中间……甚至它们的“身体”都残缺不全。轮子飞了，座椅坏了，二维码也被涂改了……当然，不是所有的小朋友都这样干，也有文明的现象。有一次我看见一个小朋友，大概三四年级，我以为他看见车就一目而过，但他没有，而是轻轻地把车扶起来，放回车位上，让人刮目相看。这说明，现在的小孩一部分素质还需要提高。

共享单车，是展现人们聪明的起点，也是测量人们思想品德的工具，有的人露出了本性；有的人像妈妈保护孩子一样，尽量保护它们；而有的人连看见共享单车倒了，却不扶起来。

共享单车，是我们的朋友，也是新一代的环保交通工具，保护它们从我做起。希望小朋友们可以爱惜公共财产。

爸爸曾经拥有一辆单车，每天他都骑着单车去上班，悠哉悠哉。

然而有一天，单车忽然不见了，不知被哪位“高人”“顺手牵羊”了。爸爸对那辆单车，很有感情，单车丢了之后，爸爸很生气，发誓再也不买单车了。我本来以为他只是一时之气，没想到，他真的没有再买。然后，他每天就坐公交车上班。

只是某一天，我忽然看到爸爸骑着一辆单车回来，黄色的单车，显得格外的鲜艳亮丽。我问他，是不是借的别人的单车？

他说：没有啊！

我很奇怪：那这辆单车哪来的？

他说：不知道啊？ofo小黄车，共享单车！

于是，我第一次知道了“共享单车”这个新事物。

接着，我发现小区门口，也停了很多这样的单车，除了黄色的，还有橙色的，绿色的，红色的，色彩斑斓，整齐的排列着，形成一道靓丽的风景线。

然而，更靓丽的是，骑着单车的人们。年轻人骑着单车去上班，去地铁站，老人骑着单车去买菜，成了城市里美丽的风景。

共享单车，已经悄悄的改变了人们的出行的方式。原来坐公交的，坐出租车的，甚至开车的，很多人，改为了骑车共享单车出行。既锻炼了身体，更减少了污染，真的是绿色出行。

从来没有想到，人们的观念在悄悄的变化，从“拥有”到“使用”，从“独占”到“共享”，充分了利用了资源，简单而方便。

我深表赞同。

然而，任何事物都有两面性，“共享单车”，也不例外。

一次看报纸，看到了一个彩图。这幅彩图远看就是一个涂色板，一片黄，一片橙，一片红，一片白，组合的图案，还有几分好看。然而，近看，却全部是共享单车，再一看标题，吓一跳，“共享单车的坟场”，触目惊心。

这里居然有几万辆损坏的共享单车！如果说共享单车的本意是处于节约社会资源，减少碳排放的话，那么这么多损害的共享单车，是节约资源还是浪费资源？为了处理这些损坏的单车，是减少了碳排放，还是增加了碳排放呢？

然后，我又看到了一些丑恶的现象：有人将共享单车的座椅拿掉了，有人将共享单车挂到了树上，有人将共享单车扔到了臭水沟，有人甚至在单车的座椅上扎针。仿佛忽然间，共享单车就如同照妖镜一般，照出了隐藏在人性地下的“妖气”，不忍直视。

《双城记》里有一句名言：这是最好的年代，也是最坏的年代。

这句名言简直就是当下“共享单车”最好的写照。最好的年代，是共享单车已经成为人们生活的一种方式，而最好的年代，“共享”单车造成的巨大浪费和某些人的对于单车的丑恶行为。

诚然，共享单车给人们的生活带来了便利，这一点是毋庸置疑的，那么对于这一点，我们应该坚决的支持共享单车的发展。

然而，对于共享单车的负面作用，却要坚决的控制。试想，如果共享单车随意停放，严重的占用人行道，那么行人行走就诸多不便；如果共享单车太容易损坏，那么就造成很多的垃圾；如果不惩戒不良用户的不良行为，共享单车就会任意的破坏；如果不限制未成年人使用共享单车，就会造成潜在的危险……

城市，让人们生活更美好。

在上海的这样的国家化的大城市里，打造美好的生活，需要社会各界和个人都共同去努力，这是为了你，也为了我。共享单车作为城市里的一种出行的方式，能够使我们的生活更美好，也需要我们一起去努力做好每一个方面，加强管理，规范行为。

这是一个共享的时代，共享单车，就是这个时代的一个缩影。

这个缩影，是美好，还是丑恶，不由单车决定，而是由人来决定。

勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。

这几年，一股热潮在都市人群中涌起，那就是众人皆知的共享资源。要说共享书店，共享篮球，这些我可不在行。今天，我们就来聊一聊我们的都市宠儿——共享单车。

在今年的国庆长假，我报考了乐理，考完试后，陪我一区来市区的爸爸提议说，在市区逛逛吧，考完试也放松放松。看着路边停放的共享单车，我一下子便来了兴致，对爸爸说：“爸爸，我们骑‘小黄车’四处转转吧！”爸爸也欣然同意了。

不愧是以便捷省时闻名的“小黄车”，很快，我和爸爸就驾着自己的“坐骑”出发了。

在路上，看着来往的人们几乎人手一辆共享单车，我不由地有感而发：

共享单车就是好，

人人把它当成宝。

你要问我它哪好？

信手拈来哪都到。

爸爸听了哈哈哈大笑，感慨地对我说道：“现在社会正迈着大步子往前走呢！停都停不下来。想想我小时候啊，想进个城都要挨家挨户借车用，要是人家不愿意借给你，那就只能走路咯。”

是啊，社会正在迅速发展，各类共享经济使人们的生活便利了许多，可它们会不会有缺陷呢？要知道，每样东西都有正反两面，共享单车也不例外。

在我和爸爸欢声笑语间，我们来到了一个购物广场，却因为下面的一幕，使我们的好心情一扫全无。

那简直是泛滥成灾——几十辆共享单车凌乱地放在人行道边，几乎占据了全部位置。路过购物广场的人流大，仍有人陆续骑着共享单车来，将它们堆放在那里。原本宽广整洁的街道变得狭窄脏乱。

这时，迎面走来了几个青年，他们一路说笑着，打闹着走过那堆单车旁，有一个戴帽子的人不小心撞到了一辆单车，车子摔倒在地上，而那人却只是低骂了一句什么，拍拍自己衣服上的灰，头也不回地离开了，继续和他的朋友们说笑打闹。

看到这一幕，我的脑子又蹦出几句诗句：

爱护单车靠大家，

碰翻却当睁眼瞎。

你若不能爱惜它，

它的寿命不会长。

爸爸听了后赞同地点点头，皱着眉说：“共享单车虽然方便，却也会给我们带来麻烦。可这些麻烦都是人们自己造成的啊！”“是啊，如果人们不乱停乱放共享单车，并且好好爱惜它们，它们会是我们城市美丽的一条风景线啊！”我点点头，沉重的心情在我和爸爸之间漫开。

共享单车给我们的生活带来了便利，我们理应爱护它们，珍惜它们。它们是我们社会的共同财富，如果我们自己都不在乎它们，那又还存在什么便利呢？

Dear mother ,

The mothers day is coming and I would like to say “Happy mothers day” in

this letter. I love you and thank you so much for everything you did for me.

This day，I will stay away and cant give you my appreciation at home. I know I
