今天早上看新闻的时候恰巧看到一个关于共享单车模式的评论，我前几天在杭州出差的时候也看到街上有很多共享单车，这就引起了我的兴趣。在网上查了下，共享单车模式是平台将单车租赁出去或C端用户在平台上共享自己的单车，然后平台按照使用时间或里程计费的一种模式，主要是为了解决用户出行的需求和痛点，现在主要有摩拜、ofo等单车共享平台。单车的来源主要有两个：一是平台自购的单车;二是平台用户共享出来的单车。在这里，我主要想讨论一下共享单车平台的使用场景。

毫无疑问，共享单车模式肯定能够解决用户的部分出行需求，但是它会有滴滴、uber这样广泛的使用场景么？思考了一下共享单车模式的使用场景，主要有以下几个方面。

1)某个固定小地域的出行需求，如旅游景区、校园，ofo就主要是在校园市场，在这些固定的小区域里使用单车往往是最方便和惬意的，如在校园通过单车能够方便的去上课、去图书馆、去食堂等，而在某些旅游景区的时候，沿着湖的周围骑车也是最惬意、最享受的，在这个场景下，共享单车无疑是解决了用户的出行需求和痛点。

2)上下班，有些用户离公司很近、短时间骑车能够到达，或者用户上班需要中转几次，骑车能够解决中转的烦恼，或者用户出于环保等原因骑车长距离上下班，对于这些用户，共享单车带来了很多便利，用户只管骑车，不用管后面的事情。

3)骑车锻炼，有些用户单纯是出于锻炼的目的骑车，也有可能使用共享单车，但是这种单车深度用户往往会自己买品质好的单车;

以上是我想出来的共享单车的使用场景，能够看出，总体来说，使用场景还是比较单一，不像滴滴、uber，它们基本能够解决用户所有的出行需求。

当用户有长距离通勤需求时，他们不会选择单车;当用户赶时间的时候，他们不会选择单车;当用户不熟悉路线的时候，他们不会选择单车;当用户自己有车的时候，他们也较少会选择单车;当天气下雨、太热、下雨时，他们也不大可能选择单车;当用户觉得骑单车太累时，他们也不会继续选择单车。

能够看出共享单车是一种使用场景较窄、会消耗用户较多能量的一种模式，当然这对爱锻炼、爱环保的用户当然是好事，不过这些用户对自行车的品质要求一般都较高。

除了使用场景窄外，我还能想到的困难有：自行车被人人为破坏了怎么办？自行车被用户直接偷走了怎么办？自行车解说码被人破解了怎么办？自行车中途坏了怎么办？用户在使用途中发生事故怎么办？没有那么多真实用户怎么办？如果在景区推行，势必会遭到景区租车商户的抵抗甚至破坏，怎样拓展景区市场？

总的来说，共享单车是用户出行领域中的一个很小的细分市场，难以跟滴滴、uber等整体出行解决方案平台比较。

friends, so they wouldn’t stay at home and let me to buy something to eat by

Firstly,buying things online is a way of saving time. Compared with the traditional wayof shopping, we have no need to go out to pick up our favorite goods from storeto store. Just a click, we can have things in our shopping cart and just waitfor the goods to be delivered to us. To this extent, not only we can save thetime of finding things from store to store but we don’t need to spend time ontransportation. Thus, we can save lots of time to enjoy fun.

Secondly,buying things online can save our money. People buy commodities by Internet notonly because it saves us time, but also, we can save lots of money. It is oftenseen that some people just go to the physical store to check out thecommodities they want to buy and then they would search for their favoritecommodities online and take the order. People do this just because they knowthat online goods are usually cheaper than the goods displayed in shop windowbecause online shop have no need to pay the rent. So, people are more inclinedto buying things from online store.

Thirdly,convenience is the last but not least thing of shopping online. Since we canbuy things online, there is no need to go out to look for things we want tobuy. What we need to do is to simply sit before our computer, search for thingswe want to buy, click our favorite thing and then pay our order by our bankcard. And then, you just need to wait for your goods to be delivered to yourhome.

Inconclusion, shopping online is a convenient, time-saving and money saving wayof buying things. Therefore, we can benefit a lot from shopping online. That’sthe reason of why shopping online has developed faster and faster in recentyears.

I began school at seven in accordance with the law in a remote village. Short of funds, the school had only a few classrooms, all poorly constructed.  to say, our teachers were few, too. As a pupil I preferred the playground to the classroom and often liked to play tricks on girls, as by hiding insects in their desk drawers. On one occasion, I even grimaced behind the back of our teacher, caing the whole class to break into laughter; however, instead of becoming angry, he merely asked why we were laughing and wondered whether there was anything wrong with him. On ather occasion, I punctured the tires of a  parked inside the school by ing something sharppointed, leaving the principal frightened and bewildered after he had ticed that. Such were the happy moments in my life at that school. The happiest moment, to me and to all of my schoolmates, however, was the one when the school was letting out at the last bell of the day and we were rhing home as if we would never be back. Once, on our way home, a bunch of naughty students found a crickets hole and exerted themselves to inject water into it with loud cheers. The girls were  less frantic than the boys when they were having a good time at such games as jump-rope, hopscotch and battledore and shuttlecock.

共享单车有很多不同的种类，最常见的就是红色的摩拜和小黄车，说实话我经常骑共享单车。大概是好几个月前的事了，那天我和妈妈约定好超市门口碰面，确定好约会的事情后，我就立刻飞奔跑下了楼。“摩拜，摩拜，小黄车，小黄车呢？”随处可见的共享单车呢？没有车我怎么去啊！老天爷啊，你怎么这样对我！我真的“感动”得快哭了。老天爷似乎听到了我心中的呐喊，在一个拐角处竟停放着一辆小黄车，这仿佛从天而降的救世主啊！我看都没看就直接扫码，开锁，坐上去，谁知我不论怎么踩，它就是向前行，好像一匹顽皮的马故意逗我。“这车没链条，小姑娘！”这时一个阿婆走过来，语重心长地向我解释，“阿婆虽然老了，但眼睛还好着呢！你看起来也不过十几岁吧，怎么连链条没有都看不出啊？哎，现在的年轻人……”

等我终于逃脱阿婆的碎碎念时，我仰着头望着天空，面容凝重，发出一声叹息。唉！又发现街边有辆小黄车，我左看看右看看，有链条、设备完好。刚要开锁，手机却显示此车维修，啊！扎心了！在漫长的找车、骑车后，我到了超市门口，一眼就看到妈妈那仿佛能吞噬一切的眼神，我逃过了阿婆，却逃不过我妈啊！后面的事更悲惨。哎！共享单车，你害惨我了！

不仅是我，相信一些上班族、学生党都会有这种经历，在最最重要的时候一辆共享单车掉了链子，也许是赶着去开会、去考试、又或许是上班、上学……可如果真要找出幕后黑手，那一定是当今社会中的部分用户。我见过最多的事是把没锁的车藏起来，我身边也会发生这种事。这可能就是为什么现在找不车的原因之一。

几乎所有人看到路边的坏车都不理睬，连车倒了大家也不会去扶一下。大街上原先拥挤杂乱的各色的共享单车像是蒸发了一样，从原本随处可见到现在很难再见，我想是不是所有人都该反省一下自己呢？

[初中英语作文：我的未来

我是一辆共享单车，属于摩拜家族，名叫摩拜三号。我的名字也许大众，但我长相可不普通：橘红色的靓丽车身，纹着专属摩拜家族的纹身；银灰色的车盖下是结实的防爆实心轮胎；扫码型智能锁、轴传动齿轮设计、先进新潮又隐蔽的把手式转动车铃……我们的外观和设计无一不体现出时尚、实用及共享理念。

我们摩拜家族秉持了创造者与人便利，友好共处的理念。

瞧，一个夹着公文包的上班族急匆匆地从小区门口冲出来，看样子是快要迟到了。翘首企盼却久久不见公交车来，上班族好像急眼了，不安地在站台前走来走去。该我“大显神通”了！我想尽办法吸引上班族的注意。多亏了我一身靓丽橘！上班族看见了我，双眼一亮，从口袋里掏出手机，扫了扫我身上的“图腾”——二维码，“嘀——”，解锁了。上班族骑上我，握着手把，踏着车蹬，快速地向目的地前进，我们听着鸟语，闻着花香，度过一段与人类相处的美好时光。

然而，不知什么时候起，我身边的摩拜朋友们越来越害怕与人类相处，不明白为什么，受伤的总是我们。我也不例外。

想当初，爸妈刚带我来到这个世界，我是多么的风光无限，大家都夸我颜值高。现在呢？我都不敢揽镜自照！我身上的亮橘色衣服，已经破旧不堪，不是被蹭掉就是被人恶意刮掉；好好的实心轮胎被人恶意切开；车座摇摇欲坠；脚蹬被卸下来扔在了车筐里……我现在这幅模样，只能和一堆废铜烂铁待在废品回收站。

这还不算什么，我的好多亲朋好友都命运多舛。有的被随意停放，却无辜落得个有碍市容妨碍交通的骂名；有的被人用锁链锁着，占为己有，失去自由无法共享；有的被涂上五颜六色的油漆，遭毁容被绑架面目全非。

这都还不算什么，最近出了最可恨的一件事，让我们整个摩拜家族寒心不已愤愤不平。交通安全法明明有规定，12岁以下儿童不是我们的服务对象，可有些家长就是不听劝，任由孩子将我们骑上街头，导致伤亡事故。有人竟然把这个错归咎于我们摩拜共享单车，我们欲哭无泪！

我们如此尽心尽力为人们带来更多便利与美好。然而……我们真的好需要人们的理解和善待，需要社会理性和文明的回归。

黑暗潮湿的回收站中，我静静地回忆着从前，想着那些曾经的美好。只可惜再也回不去了……

早知道会是今天这般模样，当初人们又为什么要制造我们呢？所以，我们的存在到底是对是错？

I live with my father and mother in a very big house in Dongguan. My parents are both very busy. They leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

When I am home on weekends from school, we spend a lot of time together. We talk about my studies, my health and my school life. I love my parents very much.

My grandparents are still living, but they don’t live with us. Their health is good and they both do sports very early in the morning. My grandmother does gymnastics with elderly women her age in the park. Both of my grandfathers play basketball in the morning and sometimes they go swimming.

Chinese people eat rice for every meal, but I don’t like rice because I think it is tasteless! We eat meat, fish and vegetables. My family eats noodles and congee. My favorite is noodles.

I often play computer games because I like it so much. I often watch Japanese cartoon movies with my parents on the weekends. On long holidays we take trips, too.

That is my description of typical family life in China.

在这个科技进步迅速的时代，共享这个词印入了每个人的脑海里，但使用次数最多，频率最高的当属共享单车了。

人们出行离不开它：工作、上学时的每一个清晨，总能看见一大批“骑车族”来来往往的身影；下班，放学时，共享单车因为价格低廉，总是大家的首选。若没有共享单车，人们将不能便捷出行，不能解决“最后一公里”带来的困惑，也没有了茶余饭后津津乐道的话题，有人甚至认为，没有共享单车，他们将寸步难行。放眼望去，单数上海，注册“小黄车”、“摩拜”等企业类共享单车账户的有多少人，更何况有些共享单车也不拘泥于国内，已经走出中国，走向了世界。也不必说：共享“为他们带来的巨大利润，就仅仅是广泛的热度，大肆宣传的广告就能让他们名誉大增。

先说说共享单车的利。共享单车主打“共享“牌，”共享“顾名思义就是多人共同使用一件物品。共享，节能环保，也培养了人们的团结心。”共享“是今年的崭新词汇，也满足了人们的猎奇心理，人们自然会去尝试。何况，还有不菲的租金，这时“第一个吃螃蟹的人”——共享单车创始人，自然也是名利双收。

一件事有利就有弊，一些不怀好意的人恶意损坏共享单车，即使修好，也不再使人骑得舒服了。还有一些人，撕下共享单车的二维码，进而换自己的带病毒的码，让人受骗上当。更过分的是，有些人居然在坐垫上放置毒针，只要人一坐上去，就会被传染恶疾。正因为有些人的恶行，造成了坏事的发生，发生了如此的事故，共享单车公司赔偿，造成了使用者的不爽，发起者的无奈，而这一切的根源，就是人们不善良的心啊！

大街上，共享单车整齐地排放着，安静祥和，似是未发生过什么，现在，越来越多的共享资源正于我们每个人产生密切关联，也在逐渐改变着人们的生活理念。去年，“共享”一词如一滴水珠。进了中国这片海洋，似是无任何波动，但激起的一圈涟漪，使海洋里水珠们无不感到惊讶。

共享单车的成功，使人们感到惊讶，但也在预料之中，使21世纪增添了一抹夺目的光彩，是炎黄子孙感到骄傲。而它们没有归于平静，而是大胆创新，我认为在不久的将来，它将立于不败之地！
