虽然共享单车用起来非常方便快捷，但经过一段时间的试用，但我发现在管理上还存在一些问题。第一，这些车子没有固定的还车点，也没有人员管理，大家随意停放相对比较混乱；有的停放在路边，会妨碍行人和非机动车通行。第二，这些车子长期暴晒在太阳下或连续被雨冲刷，很容易导致车辆损坏。比如暴晒之下车身会发烫，让人们无法骑行；如果连续淋雨，车会生锈，导致使用不灵影响安全。最近我在收音机里听到，共享单车让交警束手无策，还让汽车通行不方便，所以共享单车还存在很多问题。

针对以上问题，我提出几项管理建议：

1、共享单车要靠市民自觉爱护，注意停放合理和安全，不给行人和交通带来不便；

2、希望政府部门能系统考虑，统筹管理，提出有效的解决措施，比如划定固定停车点等；

3、从我做起，做个文明的小学生，做个文明的市民，有序使用和停放，爱护车辆。如果大家都做到了，那共享单车就会成为杭州的一道亮丽的风景线，而不会成为杭州的一个“小污点”。

随着时代的发展，我们的身边出现了“共享资源”，它与我们有着密切的关系，它们给予我们方便，然而有一部分的人却“忘恩负义”。

随着时代的进步与变迁，人们物品使用的范围已经不限于个人了。“共享……”这个词走进了人们的视线中了，这种新的事物由于它的方便与快捷得到了大家的支持与热爱。其中最普遍的物品——共享单车。它已经进入了大家的生活，但是有人却对共享单车说“不”。

这究竟是为什么呢？

在中国，共享单车主要在一、二线城市普及，由于这里有上、下班高峰，共享单车的停放会影响到道路的交通，导致交通拥堵，使得司机市民对其反感，要求减少共享单车的投放数量。

其次，共享单车的使用者大多数为80后、90后和上班族，停车地点主要聚集在一个地方，使得其他使用者为了骑辆自行车还要走不少的路。也使得这群人退出共享单车使用者的行列。

再则，停车的地点在同一个地方，停放问题又让不少市民反感。在上海，共享单车停放地点都占据了人行道和盲道，虽然大多数道路十分宽敞，足以能够容下车子和人的正常使用和行走，但是许多道路只能勉强让行人走路，加上又要停放单车，人行道变成了停车道。在北京，共享单车不仅占据了人行道，又由于停放不够美观，极大影响了北京这座城市的形象，市民也同样要求减少单车的投放数量。

看到这里，你一定认为共享单车是个影响中国公民生活质量的物品吧！其实共享单车拥有很多的优点：低碳、环保、方便、快捷……真正使共享单车背锅的人，就是其使用者中的极少数人的文化素养不够高；另一方面是由于这是近几年的新生物品，还不够完善，使其出现了这些缺点。

共享单车是好是坏，我们没有办法来言论。但是，只要再进一步的完善，总会拥有灿烂的明天！
