对于这些现象，我认为，首先，每个公民都应该要有良好的道德素养，严于律己，并提醒别人别做不好的事，见到了应该及时阻止，或报告有关部门。还有，如果实在不行，可以在每个共享单车上按上摄像头，违规的人按违规的事情和次数扣分，扣满十分，此人便在一年之内不得使用共享单车。但是这种方法毕竟属于强制措施，最好的办法还是不要违规，大家和谐相处。
