首先，共享单车面临着制度支撑不足的尴尬。没有规矩不成方圆。共享单车要健康发展，离不开完善的内外部的制度支撑。从企业来说，共享单车运营公司要不断完善管理体系。比如，建立诚信用车的奖励机制和不当用车、无序停车的惩罚机制。从政府部门来说，对于适应发展趋势的新形式、新业态，应该扶持与规范并重，主动介入，制定规则，加强监管。对于扰乱道路秩序和城市管理秩序的乱停乱放问题，一方面要兼顾便民和城市管理两个方面利益，提供单车停放区域，另一方面，对于故意毁坏、窃取单车的行为，也要依法处罚，在维护企业利益的同时，放大警示效应。客观说，从媒体反映情况来看，这两方面做得都不够。

其次，共享单车面临着观念文化基础不牢的尴尬。大爷大妈将共享单车圈起来收看管费，孩子肆意破坏单车，这可能不单单是个别人私德缺失、私欲作祟的问题，而是反映出大家在公民素养和公德教育上还有薄弱环节。共享是“使用而非拥有”，共享的前提是对他人权利的承认和尊重。权利意识和诚信意识，是共享经济得以充分发展的观念根基，法治文化和诚信文化是共享经济繁荣发展的文化土壤。假如忽视了思想文化的土壤培育，共享经济的发展就会成为沙上建塔，共享单车的单兵推进就会夭折。这才是应对共享单车发展难题最需要直面的问题。

面对突出的新问题，不仅仅是提供国民个人素质这么简单，更关注到政府监管、社会监督等其他方面。今日关注的重点不仅仅只是共享单车这一新事物，日后与共享经济相关的其他新事物都会层出不穷。

共享单车有几个优点：一、绿色。二、方便且价格适中。

科技不断地发展着，人们外出可以不用行走，只需要开一辆车。而车子所排放出的废气，正是污染环境、污染空气的“罪魁祸首”。可是现在，人们几乎家家都有一辆或两辆，甚至是三辆车，越来越少的人家会有自行车。尽管有的人知道还是骑自行车更绿色环保，但也有不放在心上。有了共享单车，人们外出去一些比较近的地方时，就可以骑了。共享单车十分绿色环保，它不会污染环境。而且，如果骑共享单车的人愈来愈多的话，空气会变的清新，马路上也不会很堵了！这样一来，我们的环境就会干净整洁，家园会变得美好，舒适！

再来说说共享单车的第二大好处吧！那就是方便且价格适中。先来说说共享单车到底方便在哪儿吧。现在，几乎每个小区门口都有可以租或借共享单车的地方。小区里有许许多多的居民。居民们每天进出小区，很频繁。如果是去近处的话，那就很是方便了。要出去的时候租一辆，回来的时候再还，既便捷、顺路，又不会对环境造成污染，这不是两全其美、一箭双雕吗？想要租借共享单车也是轻而易举。如果年轻人要租借，手机一扫，直接付款，毫不费力。那对于进进出出，买菜啊，去公园啊，或者做其他事的老年人呢？他们不会用手机付款，怎么办呢？只要让子女办一张借车卡，轻轻一刷，便行了。还回时，只需把车停放在指定地点并锁好，就“大功告成”了。接下来，我们简单说说价格问题。有的人不愿意多花钱，好似一只“铁公鸡”。那就得告诉他们了，骑共享单车既绿色，又方便，况且不是天价，何不多骑骑，减少空气污染呢？

当然，共享单车也有坏处，如果人们不按要求停放，会导致单车丢失等。不过最终，骑共享单车还是利大于弊，而我们如果遵守规定，那些坏处不就随之消失了吗？

最后，我想告诉大家：现在，社会呼吁人们要保护环境。多骑共享单车既绿色环保，还方便，价格也不贵，这样，何尝不是好事一桩呢？
