停好车的前提就是有地方停，这就要做好加减法。机动车占道，要做“减法”：交通、城管等工作人员加强巡逻频次，加大处罚力度，定时定点“清障”;自行车停放区不够的问题，要做“加法”：规划、城建、交通等部门，做好顶层设计，编制车道规划，完善停放导则，从总量上增加非机动车道、自行车停放区的供给数量。

共享单车流行，主要得益于无桩，随借随还。但自由泛滥成乱停乱放，原先引以为傲的方便，反而成为新的出行梗阻。不妨退回一步，借鉴传统公共自行车“空间划定性”的特点，在一些有条件的枢纽和地铁站周边，政企联手，共建一些自行车推荐停放区。依托运营企业的大数据，推动各物业按需求设置非机动车停放区域。

想要停得好，还要管得好。维护好共享单车的停车秩序，离不开有效的管理。对行业内恶性竞争、暴力破坏行为，对某些人公共意识缺乏、任意折腾单车的行为，有关部门要做好“善后”服务，追究相关肇事者的法律责任;推动征信机构和单车运营商合力共建租车人信用管理系统，奖罚分明。鼓励用户对违规停车者拍照举报，核实后奖励信用积分;对恶意乱停、滥用、损毁、盗窃单车等行为，将租车人纳入失信黑名单。

有人骑完共享单车便随处停放；有人把共享单车的二维码和车牌号全部刮去，私自上锁，占为己有；有人见共享单车不是在自己的，在马路上违反了交通法规被交警拦下便弃车而去；有人把共享单车用作教孩子骑自行车的工具，而这些孩子，大多都没满12周岁；更有甚者，把共享单车拆得让人无法直视，把座位，轮胎全部拆掉拿去卖钱，只剩下一个孤零零的车架……

没错，这些都是我们国人的恶行，新闻里也曾多次报道过，但很可惜，效果实在是小。

但这是共享单车的错吗？不，这不是，任何一种东西制造出来就是为了造福人类的，但为什么有时达不到预想的效果呢？

人们享受到了共享单车给他们带来的方便，但是不想要为自己的方便付出相应的代价——认真对待共享单车，把自己的素质提高，这将来定会发生更为惨痛的代价。
