有一次，我和爸爸从地铁出来准备回家，但到家还有好长一段路，本来我们计划打车的。但就在这个时候我看到了好多可爱的“小黄车”、“小白车”停在那里，我提议爸爸尝试一下共享单车。于是我和爸爸根据说明，用手机扫码、绑定、开锁，“滴”一声响之后，单车的锁就自动开了。我很兴奋地骑上单车飞快的前进，爸爸在后面跑着追我，不一会功夫我们就到家啦。这次尝试共享单车骑行，让我深深地体会到共享单车的方便快捷，同时也感受到了共享单车的环保和经济。

虽然共享单车用起来非常方便快捷，但经过一段时间的试用，但我发现在管理上还存在一些问题。第一，这些车子没有固定的还车点，也没有人员管理，大家随意停放相对比较混乱；有的停放在路边，会妨碍行人和非机动车通行。第二，这些车子长期暴晒在太阳下或连续被雨冲刷，很容易导致车辆损坏。比如暴晒之下车身会发烫，让人们无法骑行；如果连续淋雨，车会生锈，导致使用不灵影响安全。最近我在收音机里听到，共享单车让交警束手无策，还让汽车通行不方便，所以共享单车还存在很多问题。

针对以上问题，我提出几项管理建议：

1、共享单车要靠市民自觉爱护，注意停放合理和安全，不给行人和交通带来不便；

2、希望政府部门能系统考虑，统筹管理，提出有效的解决措施，比如划定固定停车点等；

3、从我做起，做个文明的小学生，做个文明的市民，有序使用和停放，爱护车辆。如果大家都做到了，那共享单车就会成为杭州的一道亮丽的风景线，而不会成为杭州的一个“小污点”。
