I did very bad in the mid-term exams two weeks ago. After that, my life

seemed to be so dark and hard. My parents felt disappointed to me, and they

always told me to study during my free time. I couldnt watch TV for more than

half an hour and I couldnt search the Internet or play games. Besides, I feel

depressed and I almost lost my heart. But yesterday, my friend came to see me.

She knew I was not happy. She encouaged me that nothing is impossible. If I

could try hard from now on, I would do good in my study. Where there is a will,

Nowadays, environmental pollution is very common. Resource waste is also

Last night, I watched a tennis game, it was the US open, because there was

a Chinese female player came to the semi-final, so I stayed up to watched the

game. Unluckily, she was injured twice, though she still wanted to finish the

game, her body situation did not allow her to do so. Her insistence moved so

many audience, they gave her the biggest applause.

The power of insistence is great, it will help you set free your potential

The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. Otherwise, we will feel exhausted both physically and mentally,During the ten minute break, we are supposed to do something really relaxing, we need is to have a rest, instead of getting more tired. Besides, studying during the break doesn ’ t necessarily mean that you will achieve more. So doing nothing tiring in that short period is of greater significance. When I went to middle school, it was hard for me to adjust the new

environment at first, because there were so many subjects to learn, I fell

behind other students. I did not know what to do, I just wanted to get away from

school. I talked about my annoyance to my friend, she told me that I got too

much pressure and she suggested me to take relax and made progress step by step.

She said everything would be better someday. Now I have made progress and when I

look back on the passed days, it was just a small problem for me. I got over the

hard moment and become a strong person.

what! The summer vacation goes by so fast, fifty days will pass in a blink

of an eye. During this summer vacation, I spent most of the time playing

basketball. Sometimes I go swimming with my friends. Sometimes play with small

cards. If I was alone, I would ride a bicycle for a ride around, or watch TV, or

go online to find a classmate I miss, chatting, bickering, and solving the pain

of missing. There are many, many programs to play, but my favorite is still

playing basketball.

During this summer vacation, my mother signed me up for a basketball class,
