A little boy wanted to read a book, but he had no money; he decided to earn

some in return. But he had nothing to do, and so he just had to stay at home

just like usual life; he was very sad.

Suddenly, a strange thing took place, and he began to make use of something

that he wanted to try. After a short time, he came back from the basement with a

ruffled shovel in his hand. When it was time to finish the work that he was to

earn money, he smiled happily.

His work was to shovel snow for the other neighbors in the winter, because

most of the times when snow was very, very big; some of the house doors got

block, and they need to pay $100 for a builder to come and shovel the snow out

of way. But now the boy will help shovel the snow, and they need only to pay $10

in return. At first the boy was not good at it at all, but soon he got the use

of it, and earned lots of money. When it was time to use the money, he figured

that he didn’t have enough to pay for the grammar book that he wanted for

school. It was not that big of a deal of very much; but was not quite things of

time.

He kept on this work for 4 years, until he had finally got enough money to

buy the grammar. He was so very excited, that he jumped about in the room from

brick to brick. When he went to the store, he figured it was closed; all the

grammars are sold out, but in the other hand in opened because he shoveled the

snow away which let him get enough money to buy another grammar in another

store.

It was almost summer and the snow melted away, a statue of him was made up

in the town square where he lived; for making the snow disappear. He was also

the first in the class every morning, because he was willing to learn some

identities to learn grammar. He loved grammar. And when it was time for him to

head home and buy another harder one; he used the same plan just a little

better.

And when people saw his statue shimmering in the morning sunlight, they

would remember his gratitude for everybody in the town.

It was a “Magnificent” day; it was already beheld the shoveling day.

I’m writing to complain about a typewriter I bought seven months ago.

In February of 2001 I bought a Jones Typewriter, Portable Special Model, at

ABC Store, I had used it only a few days when the space bar broke.

I took it to a local shop, they told me it was factory defect and suggest I

take it back to ABC. ABC accepted the machine and sent the part in. I waited

three months, and since your company did not send a replacement, they let me

have the space bar from another typewriter. Now, six months later, it has broken

again. I took it back to ABC. They are no longer carrying your typewriter, but

they assured me that the guarantee is still good and suggested that I write you

for further instructions as to what steps to take.

I will appreciate anything you can do to help us on this matter.

The traffic problem is one of the most serious problems in my hometown.

Recently, more and more people have private car, but the roads are so narrow

that we have to fight against the heavy traffic when we go out. Especially

during the rush hours, cars and buses are unable to move. To make things worse,

many people are killed in the traffic accidents. How miserable it is!

For the sake of our life and security, some measures must be taken to

change the present situation. In the first place, as there are a great many

cars, we should control the number of private cars and vehicles and use the

public transportation more often. Secondly, the government should widen the

roads and build more flyovers, so as to ease the traffic pressure and reduce the

traffic accidents. In addition, the undergrounds and light rails should be

constructed, so that we can have more choices when going out and do not have to

worry about the traffic jams in the future.

I believe the traffic problem could be solved if we devote our actions to

them.

My mom bought two rounds to me today bicycle， after coming home， I push

it to square to ride at once， I just went up to stepped on a car to break up， I

fell at a draught. There is a lot of child on square at that time playing， see

my trip， a lot of person laughed.

I put the car on square，

come home to call Hong Yihan of my little brother to help me practice cycling. I

above ride， my little brother is helped up at the back. I ride ah ride， came up

against flower bed to go up a little while， bump to the wall a little while. A

lot of we two fall to go up often.

afternoon， I learned to ride a bicycle eventually. I help a car up to make Hong

Yihan of my little brother experienced again later. To the dusk we can ride a

bicycle. Although very tired， but we are very glad.

This morning is cool.I am going to play basketball.After play basketball，I

feel tired，but I very happy.Because basketball is my favourite sport.My body is

strong.I hope you like basketball too.I play computer games now.

To me ,the most interesting subject is English.But I find studying English

is very difficult.So if you ask which subject is the most difficult to me.My

window. It is another year of celebration, unity of mind, and family reunion

day, my mother and I also like the past year back to mother-in-laws home.

My mother-in-laws home is not far from Nanjing in the center of the

county. Let me tell you! The spring festival atmosphere in my mother-in-laws

house is very lively. My mother-in-law opened it in the kitchen a few days ago.

She cooked pickles, fried assorted dishes and made dumplings. It seems like Im

going to finish all the food of the year on this day. The kitchen was smoky and

my mother-in-law was like an old fairy in protective clothing. What about

father-in-law? Its his specialty to create a new years atmosphere. You see,
