To begin with, the change of ideas is of most importance for freshmen to adapt themselves to campus life. During the middle school days, we usually depend upon our teachers at school and parents at home.

However, the life and study on university campus features independence, which is essential to our psychological development. In my view, we had better always bear in mind the idea of independence.

What’s more, English learning is a must. On one hand, without CET 4 certificate, we can not get our degree when we graduate from university. On the other hand, when we hunt for job, English level is a deciding factor. Therefore, I do hope that all of you will have a good understanding of the necessity of learning English well.

你们是老师从教以来第三批从手中送走的六年级孩子，每一批都历历在目，每一批都让我刻骨铭心，你们的笑，你们的悲，你们的乐，你们的哀，你们的好，你们的错，都深深刻在老师的心里，犹如记忆的书页，一页一页，飘着童香，洒着童乐，是那么珍贵的一份回忆。

如今，老师将把你们从手中送出，我们相聚在一起的日子不算太长，只有两年，可是你们还是填满了老师的心房，你们的离开，就让老师感到是羽毛未干的小鸟，有太多的嘱托，太多的叮咛，也许面对面的诉说会是唠叨，那么就让这份文字让我们作心与心的搀扶吧。

六年前，父母把你们送进了学校的大门，一个个天真、可爱的笑脸还在脑海中萦绕，如今你们已成长为健康、活泼的少年。在这六年里，你们长高了身体，掌握了知识，学会了关爱与理解，熏陶与升华了自己的人格，同时，更结下了我们师生深厚的情谊。六年，在人生的道路上，匆匆而过，但它令人刻骨铭心!它催人奋进!它吸引了我们从历史走向未来!此时，分别在即，我既有离别的忧伤，更有对你们深深的企盼和祝福。

同学们，老师没有别的目的，也没有别的要求，只是希望每一位同学，在今后的生活中，一路欢乐一路歌，健康快乐地、踏踏实实地走好我们生命中的每一站。更希望你们的路越来越好走，越来越宽广。“海阔凭鱼跃，天高任鸟飞。”不管是优秀生，还是后进生，人都没有高低贵贱之分，老师眼中的你是独一无二的，只要坚持继续努力学习都有成才的机会。所以，毕业后的你要勇敢面对脚下的未走完的路，你们又处在同一“零起跑线”了，不要停下来。在以后的日子里，你仍要面临以下诸多问题：

二.关于时间。最近，有些同学因浮躁而浪费了许多的学习时间，那现在这个时候是否应该继续抓紧时间学习呢?当然，你必须这样做，要抓紧时间学习，在知识的“海洋”中同样可以“放松”和“娱乐”。而有些同学除了正常文体娱乐之外，用学习时间做与学习无关的事是得不偿失的。在初中时期，电视最好还是少看为妙，网吧不能去的。现在，你们在时间上仍旧是没有多少“自由”的，而这种没“自由”正是为了将来“更自由”。

三.关于上网。我知道咱班的大部分同学非常爱好网络，他(她)们进聊天室火热聊天，去群里大桶大桶灌水，更甚者是痴迷网络游戏或者浏览不健康内容。网络是广袤无垠的，网页信息的限制水平很有限，有许多同学上网的出发点是好的，奔着学习和放松娱乐去的，但是不经意的一个连接，一个网友，一个图片，一段文字就会改变你的思想，你会发现，你的上网计划和内容悄悄地变化了，你的上网时间控制不住了，你上瘾了。影响不到学习吗?不可能!有的同学能说他(她)学习很好，上网也不影响学习，实际上，这只是他(她)的借口。这些负面影响是更大的，所以，是不是干脆我们就不要上网了?可以，不上网，集中精力学习三年是不错的选择。但是，现在的教育发展趋势却把学生推向了网络教育。那么，我们一定要有良好的自控能力,上网无罪，但不要聊天，认识不相识的网友就多一份牵挂和思考，干扰学习和记忆;不要去群里论坛灌水，即使在那里树立了一个有威信的网名又能怎么样?实际的收获很少，学习耽误了;不要玩网络游戏，这个象吸毒一样，容易上瘾，想戒就难了;不要看不健康内容，这个是犯罪的导火索。学习方面的在学校教师指导下，家长监督下还是可以“开阔眼界”的。

四.关于健康。任何时候身体健康总是第一位的，平时一定要注意饮食和卫生，积极参加校队和各项活动是保持身体强健的方法。这里要多说几句的是心理健康，初中的压力更大了，面临的考试更多了，老师和父母的期望也对你是一种压力，还有青春期一些少男少女面临同性、异性友谊的处理等，都会在某些时候产生压力和矛盾，心里有些事想不明白，怎么办?建议你多和老师或父母，好朋友沟通，不爱讲话的同学，多给自己创造机会，该夸夸其谈的时候就谈。有一个好的沟通和交流是建立良好心理素质的关键。另外，学会宽容和站在别人的角度看问题也是化解矛盾，平静压力的方法之一。

五.关于交往。初中是人生中最关键的一段时期，要注意男女交往得当，注意不要追求所谓的时髦，不要过分“关注”别人，处理好自己的学习和生活就够了，关心朋友过火就不好了，尤其是和异性的交往更要注意尺度。

六.关于父母。珍惜和父母相处的时光吧!否则你会后悔的。我们来算一笔帐：你一生活80(年)，80x365=29200(天)，不到3万天。小时候父母照顾你，你不懂得爱自己父母。上学在7岁---23岁，大学毕业，即使不上大学也近20了，大约10几年(仅3千多天)一直在学习中，还是父母照顾你，供你读书。但是这段时期是你和父母相处和沟通的唯一最佳时期。之后就是和父母分开了，有自己的家庭和孩子，有很多人是不能在父母身边照顾父母的晚年的。我们的父母是孤独的，伟大的。同学们，年轻朋友们，有时父母唠叨和管的严格都是为了你好，千万不要对他们不礼貌，更不应该不珍惜父母的血汗钱不好好学习，不应该不珍惜和父母在一起的时光，不应该不注意父母的身体。

如今，你们即将离开我们美丽的校园，在大家即将告别母校之时老师有几句话想送给你们。

第一，希望你们珍惜同学间的友谊，珍惜与每一位老师的师生情。相识、相聚是一种缘份。我们班的同学互相关心，互相鼓励，充满了关爱，这样的同学情最纯、最真、最貴、最值得怀念!你们的每一点进步、每一个成长，老师都倾注了无数的心血，这样的师生情你们要常怀念!

第二，希望你们在今后的人生路上多几分自信、多几分坚强。任何时候要保持自信，因为自信是成功的伴侣，有了它就迈出了成功的第一步。不要害怕失败，因为失败中蕴含着成功的契机;不要害怕挫折，因为挫折能磨练一个人的意志。

第三，希望你们在生活中要常怀感恩之心。“感恩”之心就是我们每个人生活中不可或缺的阳光雨露。无论你生活在何地何处，对亲人、对朋友、对同伴、对老师、对社会……只要你胸中常常怀着一颗感恩的心，生活将赐予你灿烂的阳光。

第四，希望你们都做善良的人，都能成为善于合作、宽容大度的人。

最后，老师希望你们永远记住我们这个充满友爱的班级。记住她带给你的快乐和忧伤;记住她带给你的幸福和痛苦;记住我们之间的点点滴滴……

一眨眼，在小学的六年生活就要结束。我真的舍不，和我生活六年的同学和老师。

还记得我刚刚进六小的时候，我是多麽的害怕，因为我知道，小学和幼儿园是不一样的。小学的作业比幼儿园的作业是多得多。还有就是我刚刚进这个（1），这里的人我是一个都不认识，让我害怕，但是现在想去来，觉得，那时候的我实在是太可爱的。

当我现在快要毕业时，就会觉得小时候的生活是最好的，但是有时候又不觉得，因为，小时候有很多的游戏不可以玩，而现在可以玩。

小学生活里。许老师对我可以说是最好的，不知道为什么，我很想和许老师聊天。我有好多的话想和她说，好像流水一样，流也流不完。许老师，您只是交我们一年，我们和你的情谊是很多很多，花也花不完。现在我们要毕业，但是，我们对你的情谊，是永远不会变的。

同学们，我真的舍不得你们，你们和我生活六年，我们的感情是那麽那麽得多，我们的故事都可以写成一本书。

The Dragon Boat Festival， also called the Duanwu Festival， is celebrated on

the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese calendar. This

festival is to commemorate the death of QU Yuan， an upright and honest poet and

statesman who is said to have committed suicide by drowning himself in a

river.

The most important activity of this festival is the Dragon Boat races. It

symbolizes people‘s attempts to rescue Qu Yuan. In the current period， these

races also demonstrate the virtues of cooperation and teamwork.

Besides， the festival has also been marked by eating zong zi (glutinous

rice). Zongzi is made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and

wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves. People who mourned the death of Qu threw Zong

zi into the river to feed his ghost every year.

With the changes of the times， the memorial turns to be a time for

protection from evil and disease for the rest of year. People will hang healthy

herbs on the front door to clear the bad luck of the house. Although the

significance of the festival might be different with the past， it still gives

the observer an opportunity to glimpse a part of the rich Chinese cultural

heritage.

端午节，又称为端午节，定在第五个月的第五天据中国日历。这个节日是为了纪念屈原的死，一个忠厚老实的诗人和政治家据说在河流溺水自杀。

这个节日最重要的活动是龙舟竞赛。它象征着人们的努力救屈原。在当前时期，这些比赛也证明合作和团队合作的优点。

此外，节日还被吃的粽子(糯米)。粽子是糯米做的塞满了不同的馅料包在竹叶或芦苇叶。人哀悼屈原的死亡把粽子扔进河里喂他的鬼魂。

随着时代的变化，纪念转向防止邪恶和疾病是一个时间的。人们会把健康的草药挂在前门清理房子的坏运气。虽然这个节日的意义可能与过去不同，它仍然使观察者看到的机会丰富的中国文化遗产的一部分。
