In the end, the little caterpillar became a butterfly flying to the top of the mountain.The reborn little caterpillars finally realized their dreams.This is a story I saw by the winter vacation, but I felt a lot of feelings.

对小毛毛虫来说，一块石头就是高山，一个水坑就是海洋，一根树干就是无法逾越的障碍，它历经艰辛，为的只是化为蝶的梦想，只是翩然展翅的美丽。

我们都是追梦人，每个人的梦想或许各不相同。然而，当我们在自己的梦想前加上“中国”两个字的时候，心中是否会涌起不一样的感觉?这感觉中，似乎有呼啸过大西北的朔风，飘扬在塞北的白雪、降落在江南的春雨，还有豪情与热血在涌动。

在我心中，有一个梦，那就是成为一名对社会有用的人。因为天赋有限，我无法承诺自己会成为一名科学家，为祖国和科研事业奋斗;因为兴趣原因，我不能许诺自己会像父母那样，成为一位医生拯救千千万万的病人。

我有梦，我想在校园里捡起每一片散落的纸屑，在将它扔进垃圾箱的那一刻收获喜悦与幸福;我想踏着温暖的晨光走进校园，对每一位经过的老师鞠躬问好;想在每一次接过别人的东西时衷心说声谢谢，我坚信那会给更多人送去温馨与感动;我想把同学们废弃的塑料水瓶整理在一起，再送给校园里那位步履蹒跚的老奶奶;我想每天回到家抱抱我的爸爸妈妈，给他们讲讲学校里的趣事，看他们眼中充盈着快乐。

或许现在的我成绩平平、没有什么才能。但那又何妨?梦想从来都是美丽而鼓舞人心的。不是么?张海迪身患高位截瘫，而她在病床上，用镜子反射来看书，最后张海迪以惊人的毅力学会了4国外语，并成功的翻译了16本海外着作。当我决定走这条路时就早已做好承受寒风冷雨的准备。

我坚信，生活中每一次不经意的付出，定会将人间的大爱传递;我坚信，我的梦想虽然小，但它会在生活的河流里闪闪发光，绽放属于自己的光芒。也许，我的喊声有些微弱，但我的热血却自始至终咆哮奔腾。这个世界正是因为你为人人，人人为你，大家充满爱心才变得更加绚丽、温暖。我希望，我能像小毛毛虫一样，最终蜕变成美丽的飞蝶。

Today is the National Eyes Caring Day,so I remind everybody to treasure your eys.Now let me introduce something should be remembered to treasure our eyes especially to the stdents.

First of all,its important to keep the standard sitting position while you are reading and studying which means that you cant put your eyes to close to the books or notebooks.Secondly,you should keep on doing eye exercises during the ten-minute break carefully.Thirdly,try to look far into the distance during the break,too.Besides,you should remember that if there is something wrong with your eyes,go to see the doctor in time.I believe that if you do as what I say,you can keep on owning good eyesight.

When I grow up , I’m going to be a journalist(记者). I have been eager(渴望的)to do something benificial(有益的)to the world. And I think it suitable(适合的)for me to be a journalist.

To realise(实现)my dream, I will study harder. Whats more, I am going to write articles(文章)for magazines and newspaper in my free time, so I can know more about the job.

If I work hard enough, my dream will come ture.
