No sooner had the witer vacation begun than I returned to my native town. Of course I must make good use of it;.In the morning I reviewed my lessons and read newspapers or magazines. I had a good time last weekend. On Sunday morning, I stayed at home and did

Matt gave us a class this afternoon, at the first part of the class, we saw a film. It was mainly about American football. After the film, we began t get to know the American football. It is similar to soccer, but it was much rougher. Players might get more easily. In another word, it was a game full of danger, they played just like fighting. One of the players just broke his leg during the match, and he would never play American football, because of his leg. What a pity! Matt told us that when he was in high school, he also take part in American football. He had broken his fingers for three times and his leg for once. 春节大扫除

Tomorrow is New Years Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for

two days. Then my father and I decorated our flat and my mother cooked delicious

food for our meal. After supper we watched TV program. How happy we were!

When I was a little girl ,I dreamed to grow up. Because I think a child doesn‘t has freedom,and can‘t do anything himself.

But now I have grown up, to my surprise, I feel more tired and have more suffering.Though I can do something myself, I don‘t feel happy at all.

I believe you also have the same thoughs with me. when we was a child , we wanted to grow up, but when we became a older man,we don‘t have such nice life as wish. It‘s spring now. It‘s not cold or hot. It‘s quite warm. Everything begins to grow. I go to the Zhongshan Park with my friend Liu Xin this moring.

When we enter the park， we see a lot of beautiful flowers. Some bees and butterflies are flying around the flowers. In the pool， the fishes are swimming freely. The willow trees are bud. In the pavilion， some old people are playing chess. Look， some children are playing games near the lake. The trees turn green and the flowers come out. In the trees， threr‘re some birds. They‘re singing happily.

Everything in the park tell us spring is coming. How beautiful! We have a good time!

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢?唉下午要去请教高人了。

Beijing has a long history . There are lots of places of interest .

Every year lots of travellers go sightseeing . Last summer holiday , I went on a trip to Beijing with my parents .

It took us two hours to go there by plane .As soon as we arrived there ,we went to visit the Palace Museum and Tian’an men Square . The next day we went to the Summer Palace . The view there was very beautiful . We tasted many famous delicious Beijing foods . such as Beijing Duck .I also bought some souvenirs for my friends .Although we felt very tired ,we enjoyed ourselves very much .

I hope to visit Beijing again very soon.

A new park for children has been set up to welcome‘ the coming of Children‘s Day,

The park is in the south of our city, covering an area of 500 mu. Entering the park you can see statues of children in different races, hand in hand,which is the symbol of the world peace. In the middle is a lake, around Which are all kinds of trees and flowers. There are many boats on the take and some children are boating happily, To the south of the lake is a hill with a lot of monkeys on it. The Children‘s Pa]ace lies to the east, in which all kinds of exhibitions are on show. To the west of the lake is a place for children to play, where there are many recreational facilities.

I was bored. So I wanted to travel to Hong Kang. I told my father my

decision. To my surprise, my father agreed. My father thought I always at home

was bad. He thought I should go out to see our country clearly. How beautiful

our country is! My father drove me a travel service. I filled out an application

form. After that, the agency would finish every things. At last the agency told

me it would take a week time to transact procedures.

It was sunny and very hot today.I got up early and helped my parents cook breakfast.Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room.After a short rest I did my homework in the morning.In the afternoon I went swimming in the nearest swimming pool with my friends.It was really cool to swim in such a hot day.I surfed the internet and read a storybook in the evening.I really had a busy and interesting day.

Today, my parents were not at home, they had something to deal with, so

they left me alone. I was so happy because I could be in charge in my own house,

swept the floor and took notice of every corner. And then I rearranged the

messed things. I just wanted to make sure the room would be very clean at first

sign. When my parents went home, they couldnt believe what I had done, they

My favorite TV program is Animal World. It’s very interesting and exciting. There I learn a lot kinds of animals.

风和太阳

One day the wind said to the sun, “Look at that man walking along the road.

I can get his cloak off more quickly than you can.”

“We will see about that,” said the sun. “I will let you try first.”
