今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

I was only nine years old when I learnt how to use a computer. My mother is

my first teacher. I know how to type, how to copy a file, and how to visit a web

site on the intern.et. One day, mom was not at home.

I turned on the computer and began to learn how to chat on n.et. The first

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our future.

In the afternoon, I was very happy to answer the question, the teacher was very happy to boast of me. For a moment, when I was in math class, I was active. My teacher didnt call me. I was very angry. 实习第一天，新鲜感是有的，但没有想像中那样激动；只是突然就紧张忙碌起来了...

我们这组17个同学分在了西安市第75中学，校车将我们送到目的地已快10点了。先是大家一起将行李被褥搬到宿舍，幸好有个男同胞寇斌帮了不少忙。我跟舍友晓迪富贵儿一直都在一起，也住在了同一个宿舍，心里深感安慰。老大去了陕重子弟中学，刘敏考研复习，朱自主实习去了公司，小晴子也是自己联系了学校。

看到校园里一张张或天真稚嫩或玩世不恭的面庞，让人不禁想到当年的自己。其实老成也不一定是装的，到了某个年龄的人自然而然就有了些许俯视的姿态，但绝非傲慢。

之前听去郊区农村实习回来的朋友诉说条件的艰苦，再看看这里，很知足了。校园很干净，还有塑胶操场，其实这所学校能评上西安市重点肯定有一定的基础的。除了住宿，有些狭窄，我睡上铺，简直上不去也下不来，很费劲；而且还发现宿舍没有装暖气，对那些住校生们可真是个很好的锻炼，梅花香自苦寒来嘛！

一切安顿停当，我们学校过来的主任、指导老师及实习生们和75中的校长、各主任一起来了简短的座谈会，给我们讲了实习期间的安排以及对学校环境的介绍，都很热心。然后教务主任就要了份实习生名单要当场给我们分配班级，有些出乎我们指导老师的意料，因为既有高中也有初中，指导老师本想根据我们个人的能力分配。我的名字在第二个写，当念我代初一2班时，失落的很；他突然又顿了顿“哦这个是班长啊，那分到高中组吧，高一1班。”我心里真乐开花儿了，我很是想教高中，也踏实了，否则我真一天天过的抑郁呢！

还给我们分了间办公室，是个暂不用的化学实验室，进去有股淡淡的化学药品的气味，但很宽敞。那个主任很细心，还让我去后勤领了饮水机和纯净水。

上午我代班级的班主任没来，下午课前我自己去找了。在1班教室门口，我跟班主任简单介绍了下，她就说那也跟同学们见见吧，我有些矜持走了进去，同学们之前应有所耳闻，给了我很热烈的掌声，问我姓什么教什么，看着下面期待好奇的那些脸庞我笑着一一答复。开场有些活跃我之前准备的几句漂亮的台词都没用上，还是自然些好呢！这样更真实也更容易接近。

然后去了高一组办公室跟班主任沟通，班主任办公桌对面碰巧就是英语老师的办公

桌，我们一起聊了聊。这两位老师都中年人看样子很有经验的样子，又是一阵窃喜，这样我能学到很多宝贵经验了，他们对我很热心。我主动找班主任要了份学生名单，手抄了份，这样先对名字有个大概印象再对号入座会更容易些。很佩服我的日语老师了，给我们教了两三天就都能叫出我们全班的名字很是厉害。

下午第二节就是英语，我去听课，做了听课记录。

我们系主任让我和晓迪负责我们实习期间的事务。因此我们提前拟好的各项纪律制度，然后大家召集在一起开会。会后各自去吃饭，收拾东西。

在这里跟在学校实在没法比，尤其是时间观念。现在的中学生确实挺辛苦的，我也将跟他们一起遵守作息时间，共同度过这一个半月了。

希望我和我的学生们建立融洽的师生关系。

When I was six years old, I began to go to school. The first school (which) I attended was a primary school. Today I was sad because I was blamed. The day before yesterday, my father gave me a tast. He told me to finish math exercises and he would check today. I have to days to finish them. But I did not, because there was a football game yesterday. I was so tired, so I forgot them. Today, my father wanted to check my exercises. He found I did not finish, so he scolded me. I enjoy summer vacation very much. Because summer vacation is the longest vacation of the year. We have more than fifty days to rest. Though it is very hot, we can either go to swim or stay in the air-conditioned room . In the evening, I like to go shopping with my friends. We can eat many things in summer, such as ice creams, watermelons, grapes,so on.In summer, I always go on a trip with my parents. Times flys. My summer holiday is coming to the end. My holiday is just so so. It is not too much difference as before. At the biginning of the vacation, I was doing my homework. This July, I graduated from primary school. I was enrolled to a good middle school. Therefore, I had a happy and leisure summer holiday. In the middle of July, I attended to a summer camp. It was the first day of our winter holiday. All of us were very happy. Why?

Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free. Although we

have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we

can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In

winter holidays, I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to

replenish myself. Last but not the least, I will have a good rest.

Today ,my mother and I cleaned the house. I cleaned the windows hard because

it is so dirty. Then I cleaded it again. After that, I cleaned the floor and

swept it. I thought it is dirtier than windows. Then I cleaned the tables and

lots of chairs. We washed all of the clothes and quilts. Until four o`clock, we

tidied all of the rooms up. My room was the cleanest and brightest. I was so

happy and satisfied. Then my mother said: "You`re successful."

The end of the summer， should have a good rest! But my mother is very busy. As the daughter of course I want to help my mother to do some. Early in the morning I got up， washed the dishes， sweep the floor， cooking and so on， at noon， I tired， lying on the bed， fan fan， more fortable.

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt Im free. I

had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live

alone but I dont feel lonely. But I didnt do something special. I stayed at home

and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my homework.

Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was time for

dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

My winter holidays plans me studying for my English , I will make great

efforts to learn English. Persist in listening to half hours of English every

day. I will accomplish the school assignment that the teacher arranges best with

the quickest speed. I can not forget to take the body exercise certainly also ,

I may take the body exercise coming drawing out 30- - 1 hours in time in every

day. I play with the once computer coming certainly may draw out one small Duan

time , watch one meeting TV or. Certainly need only 1 hour. This it is my winter
