电视上看到因长期穿干洗的衣物造成无法治愈的皮肤病患者的痛苦表情;因过量的电辐射使癌症患者越来越多;因水的污染，用水的人生病中毒、成群成群的鱼都死了……

现在我对低碳生活最直观的认识：如果人人都养成勤劳、节约、爱惜生活的习惯，就能实现低碳生活。就拿我的手帕故事来说吧!我记得上幼儿园的时候，每个小朋友总有一块手帕，吃饭时当餐巾，手工课时可以用来当工具，折叠出不同的形状。再大些随身携带的就是各种纸巾、消毒巾，方便快捷。自从3。15晚会后，妈妈跑了好多家超市，最后终于从一家婴儿用品店买到了绵纱的手帕。可见纸巾的威力有多么大，它竟然让传统的手帕隐退了。现在我的口袋里总有一块整洁的手帕，家里的饭桌上也用手帕代替了餐巾纸。虽然刚开始觉得每天洗手帕有些麻烦，但是时间长了，它就成了我随行必不可少的物品。虽然只是一块手帕，但它让我真实体会到了这种身体力行的低碳生活，更使我在安全又环保中体会到了劳动的快乐。

生活不外乎衣食住行，我想只要用心去体会，用眼睛去发现，就能做低碳生活的主人。下面就跟我一起来做吧!

洗脸洗手时，尽量先用面盆，洗干净后再用适量的流水冲洗，这样就会节约不必要的水资源浪费。

爸爸妈妈的各类充电器，充完电后就帮忙拔离插座;房间里的灯随用随关。多爬楼梯少乘电梯。

爱上步行，多走路，闲暇时间多支持爸爸妈妈带自己步行，减少用车，不但让身体苗条健康，还能让汽车节能减排，减少交通事故，从而也少些噪音，让公园里鸟语花香。

学会手洗衣物，不要积攒衣物，养成自己的衣服自己洗，不仅节约水电，也就帮妈妈分担家务劳动了。

少用一次性的餐盒筷子，就会给小鸟留下更大的树林，让它们唱的更欢，让空气更清新。

低碳生活不是负担和麻烦，不是浪费时间，它是一种自然生活的“回归”，是一种热爱生活的表现，更是一种自然的良性循环。如果每人前进一小步，社会就能前进一大步。低碳生活也是这样，每人节约一滴水，地球就不会干枯;每人节约一双筷子，我们居住的家园就会有更多的绿色;社会就是一个大家庭，只有大家相互爱护，相互照顾，生活才会更和谐美好 ……
