When I go to high school, our school has the rule to ask students to live

Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Skiing is a desirable activity fro＇ young people. It provides the excitement that the youth is commonly seeking. The skiers can enjoy the thrill of gliding at tremendous speed down a gleaming,white mountain slope. Often, with split second tinting, they must dodge trees, stumps, and rocks——or find themselves suddenly sprawling in the snow. If they have more than average skill, they can sall through the air in breathtaking leaps and jumps that bring excitement to the onlookers as well. True, there is danger in this excitement,but that is a risk the youth enjoys. Furthermore, skiing is healthful.

It provides exercise, often very strenuous as the skiers trudge up a mountain path or work their way on skis up a slope of deep snow. The best of skiers know that they need strong muscles to successfully control their skis, so they exercise to keep themselves physically fit. Another desirable feature is the companionship that usually develops wherever skiers gather. Friendships grow quickly on the slopes and in the usual nearby shelter where the skiers find food, warmth, and rest. Their experiences of the day and their youthfulness easily draw these people together in happy fellowship.

As a Senior Grade Three students, I am very busy in preparing for the college entrance examination. I have seven classes a day, and two self-study classes at night. And only a day left for the weekend. So, most of the time I have to spend on the study, after all the college entrance examination is very important for almost all of us. Aside of study, I would play football with my friends after school and the weekend. I like playing football very much. When I run on the football field, I can put the examination thing off my mind for a while, only sweat and laugh left. It is a good exercise for health and a good way to relax from the busy study too. This is my high school life, busy and fulfilling.

作为一个高三的学生，我忙于为高考做准备。我一天有7节课，还有两节晚自习。周末只剩下一天。所以，我把大部分时间都花在学习上，毕竟高考对我们大多数人来说都十分重要。除了学习，我会在放学后以及周末跟我的朋友一起踢足球。我非常喜欢踢足球。当我在足球场上奔跑的时候，我可以暂时将考试的事情抛之脑后，只剩下汗水和欢笑。这对健康是个很好的锻炼，也是一个学习之余很好的放松方式。这就是我的高中生活，忙碌而充实。

我家也不例外，妈妈和姥姥做年夜饭，爸爸和姥爷贴春联，我呢在楼下和小伙伴玩鞭炮，大家都忙得不亦乐乎。

随着“久经菜场”的妈妈一声大喊：“上菜了……”拉开了年夜饭的序幕。望着这一桌热气腾腾的年夜饭，我馋得口水直往肚子里流。妈妈指着一盘红烧鲤鱼说：“这是‘年年有余’！”姥姥指着红烧鸡说：“这是‘吉祥如意’！”爸爸与姥爷碰杯进酒：“祝您老福如东海，寿比南山！”并夹起青菜对二老说：“这是长庚菜，祝您二老长命百岁。”姥爷捋捋胡须，夹起用玉米粉做起的龙须饼说：“这是‘双龙戏珠’该外孙吃，争取考双百！”我开玩笑地回答：“考试有四门呢！”“哦，那就再夹两个！”姥爷乐呵呵地又往我的碗里夹了两个，“那就考两个双百!”“好，好!”我狼吞虎咽地吃了起来……

这时，姥爷笑咪咪地说：“我来给大家发红包，前提是每人必须回答一个问题。”大家顿时安静了下来。“老婆子，请听题：“长长一串，一爆赛过红豆子。”姥姥稍思片刻说：“爆竹。”“中奖！”姥爷乐呵呵得将红包递给了姥姥。

后来姥爷又对爸爸说：“小小一个本，计算是第一。”爸爸脱口而出：“是计算机。”爸爸笑嘻嘻地接过了红包。

“外孙，该你了。我来考考你的数学，5×6×3.14等于多少？”我思考了一下：“等于94.2。”“正确！”我也赢得了一个红包。

“女儿，你是家庭主妇，我问你，什么东西越洗越小？”“肥皂。”妈妈也顺理成章地得到了一个大红包。

屋内笑声阵阵，屋外鞭炮声声，这也正应了门外那副春联：四海为春春不老，九州同乐乐无穷。

在我国，发电主要靠燃煤，而地球上的煤是有限的。按现在的耗用速度，全球的煤将在250年内消耗。到那之后，我们将无任何煤留给我们的后代。

节约用电，就是节约煤，也更是直接为减少大气污染做贡献。因为酸雨是因煤炭燃烧形成的，它能强烈的腐蚀建筑物，并能使土壤和水质酸化，导致粮食减产，草木鱼虾死亡。据计算，我国仅西南，华南酸雨造成的经济损失，每年就达140亿万元。

节约用电，能够减缓地球变暖。由于煤碳燃烧排放的大量二氧化碳，像一个罩子一样阻隔地面的热量向天空外散发，产生了温室效应，如果地球温度升高，会引起干旱或洪水，还会使冰山融化。如果地球上的冰山全部融化，海拔较低的国家和岛屿就会消失。

生活在今天的我们，是肯定要迈入下一个世纪的，他们很多都为全球日益变暖而脆弱。德国192所学校的13.5万儿童发誓要让自己所居住的社区中造成温室效应的有害气体减少10%。他们换上节能灯，拒绝用空调，放弃用汽车，选用自行车。经过7个月的努力，他们已达到了目标。

转眼间，我们又快要进入美丽的六月了，这是植树造林，绿化国家的大好时机，为了创造良好的绿色家园，保护好生态环境，我建议同学们：

热爱大自然，爱护花草树木，保护珍惜动物，开展植树护绿活动。

积极宣传环保，把环保意识带给千家万户。

在我们的身边就有很多污染环境的污染物，比如说：大量的生活废弃品、废塑袋、一次性饭盒、果皮纸屑等等。污染物对环境来说，毫无疑问，肯定有很大的危害。

参加完这次活动，我才知道，原来没有用电器，但是不拔插头，还是会耗电的。我同时也有点惭愧，因为我想起我以前的一些事：有一次，我玩完电脑，却忘了关电脑，直到我躺到床上的时候才想起电脑没关，但我不敢去关电脑，因为我怕被爸爸妈妈骂，怎么办呢? 我只好在爸爸妈妈睡着的时候才去关的，但也耗掉了很多电。其实还有几次要不就是忘了关电扇，要不就是忘了关灯，那时我觉得就不那耗掉一点电吗?但现在我知道了，这样做很不环保的。

于是，在我的倡导下，我们全家都开始低碳生活行动，我在电视机上贴了一张温馨提示：看完电视要拔插头;在电脑上贴了一张提示：玩完电脑要及时关闭。妈妈专门是看管电灯有没有关的，如果被抓到，这个月的电费就谁交。爸爸就负责检查各电器的插头。我想：如果我们家一直这样坚持下去，一定能节省很多电的，真正的能实现低碳生活。

在这里，我还想提醒大家，想过低碳生活，就要多坐公交车，少开私家车，少抽烟，多种树，来减少二氧化碳，使我们的空气更加清新、水更清、树更绿、天更蓝!
