Its important for us to be healthy all our life. We cant study or work

well without healthy body.

Therere many ways to keep healthy. First of all, we should keep taking

exercises every day. We can walk to school instead of taking a bus. After

school, we can spend an hour playing ball games. If we live in a high-rise, we

can walk upstairs or downstairs. Second, we should have a balanced diet.

The plane took off again, and it flew a while until they reached

Antarctica; it was quite a long trip, but when they finally landed on land, the

man as so excited that he switched on his clothes immediately and went to

play.

He was having a very good time; at last he chose his place.

He went to the manager of the airport, and said that he could now rest;

because he had finished his work in finding his place of life.

He was very glad, and when he was ready to build his home, he thought about

the penguins. He had played with them a good time; at last he finished building

his house. He had made friends with the penguins too.

Our parents give us much love every day,so we should give them love,too.That was a holiday,I stayed at home alone.I made a dinner for my parents.Because I was only seven,the meal was really awful.But my mother never stopped saying,"Its very delicious!"She said she was very impressed.

my father is a nice man. he likes to play computer games. he is

an owner of a factory which produces many things .he is good at designing. he

works very hard. i love him very much because, sometimes, i can help him to do

something in his factory .he is always on business trips because he has his

business everywhere so it takes up too much of his time .therefore, he doesn’t

have any time to play with me but i don’t blame him for that. i often spend a

lot of my time on the computer, so i have something to do. my mother is usually

on the phone and tells my father to get home early but my father doesn’t listen

to her. so my mother and i sometimes are upset and i don’t like my father in a

sense that he always gets home late.i love my father but not his

easily. Take Thomas Edison as an example.Before inventing the electric bulb,he

had tried thousands of materials for lamp filament,but failed.Despite others’

laughing at him.he said,”I am not a failure,at least I have proved these

materials are not fit for filament.”Before long he invented electric bulb.

The most frequent example you see are those patients or people that are

handicapped or suffering from some type of illness like cancer. They do not give

up any glimpse of hope and continue fighting till they their last breathe. Even

those very determined handicapped,they do not blame the world for their disable.

Instead, they are contented and blessed with all the rest the have, their family

, friends and those who support them greatly. Those handicapped with negative

attitude towards life will feel that the world is unfair and they life in misery

and always feel that they are unless and unwanted.

All in all,it is our attitudes that have changed everything in our life and

help us to pull through all hardships.So we should strive to develop a positive

attitude toward life and the world.It is convinced that only when we are

equipped with optimism and confidence can we achieve success in the future.

Today， I played a game of legend in school. The first student in each group

went to the front desk to read the words on the paper. One group had 20

students， the first one in our group， whispered to the next one that we were

going to raise the flag together， but the ninth one heard that we were going to

kill chickens together， so she gave it to us. The last one said we were going to

lot.For example，television sets.TV is my “best friend”.Every time when I leave

school and go back home，I will turn on the TV at once.I like the programme

English words and foreign culture.I also love the TV station called Phoenix.I

can learn a lot form Phoenix.What’s more，I can know very well about what is

Yesterday, father mother bought a bike to me, I but glad! Of my too

impatient to wait ride, but car bibcock often does not listen,handle, left twist

can cycle eventually later, but still cannot the car on oneself.
