很多人在工作的时候，带着怨气和怨恨在工作，你的工作就远做不好。 如何能够把事情做得更成功的几个要点。第一要点，如何尽可能把自己的长期目标和短期目标结合起来。我们要先分清楚，哪些事情是我们想一辈子干的事情，哪些事情是一下子干完，我们就可以不用干的事情。中国有句话叫急事慢做，你越着急的事情，你做的越仔细、越认真，越能把事情做好。而你越着急的事情，做的越快反而越做的七零八落，我把这个急事也叫做大事。第二个要素就是要决定自己一辈子干什么。那么还有一个我觉得非常重要的，就是平时做事情的时候，对时间的计划性。还有一点，就是成功要自我约束。任何时候，当你前面面临一个巨大的诱惑，和其它任何可能产生诱惑的时候，如果你觉得自己停不下来，你千万别去追那个东西。因为你追了那个东西停不下来，最后栽跟头的一定就是你。

千万记住一点，做任何事情的时间都是能挤出来的。

伟大与平凡的不同之处，一个平凡的人每天过着琐碎的生活，但是他把琐碎堆砌出来，还是一堆琐碎的生命。所谓伟大的人，是把一堆琐碎的事情，通过一个伟大的目标，每天积累起来以后，变成一个伟大的事业。

我的核心价值观就是，以善为生，用善良的心态来对待自己的生命和别人的生命。

有两句话我是比较欣赏的。生命是一种过程；事业一种结果。

我们每一个人是活在每一天的，假如说你每一天不高兴，你把所有的每一天都组合起来，就是你一辈子不高兴。但是假如你每一天都高兴了，其实你一辈子就是幸福快乐的。有一次我在往黄河边上走的时候，我就用矿泉水瓶灌了一瓶水。大家知道黄河水特别的浑，后来我就放在路边，大概有一个小时左右。让我非常吃惊的发现，四分之三已经变成了非常清澈

的一瓶水，而只有四分之一呢，是沉淀下来的泥沙。假如说我们把这瓶水，清水部分比喻我们的幸福和快乐，而把那个浑浊的那个沉淀的泥沙，比喻我们痛苦的话，你就明白了；当你摇晃一下以后，你的生命中整个充满的是浑浊，也就是充满的都是痛苦和烦恼。但是当你把心静下来的以后，尽管泥沙总的份量一点都没有减少，但是它沉淀在你的心中，因为你的心比较沉静，所以就再也不会被搅和起来，因此你的生命的四分之三，就一定是幸福和快乐的。

人的生命道路其实很不平坦，靠你一个人是绝对走不完的，这个世界上只有你跟别人在一起，为了同一个目标一起做事情的时候，才能把这件事情做成。一个人的力量很有限，但是一群人的力量是无限的。当五个手指头伸出来的时候，它是五个手指头，但是当你把五个手指头握起来的时候，它是一个拳头。未来除了是你自己成功，一定要跟别人一起成功，跟别人团结在一起，形成我们，你才能把事情做成功。

我有一个梦想

各位有没有注意观察一下我们的校园，比如在打饭时，很多人拿着饭盒满怀期待的排着队，突然，只见耗子似的一些人左边窜进来一个，右边挤进来一个，下边又冒出来一个，上边又跳下来一个，数个耗子的插队，把一列整齐的队伍弄得混乱不堪，长达“万里”。还有，远远看着两人并肩前行，又突然一个人憋起了猴屁股般的红脸，进而一连串的脏话，但杀了我也想不出为什么他们还引以为豪？难道是拥有一种臭脸皮的潇洒吗？当然，那些拿着手里的垃圾去恶意攻击无辜的垃圾筒的，将含在嘴里浓而淡黄的液体屡次抛弃的，在我们的风景里已经很普通了。当然，这些行为也在无意中锻炼了我们的反应能力，敏捷度，还有精准的眼力。比如我们会躲避那些地面上的浓痰，会先精确的判断出空气中那些肆意飞扬的鼻涕纸的飞来方向，再一个移形幻影，躲开。

这样，我有一个疯狂的梦想。

我有一个梦想，每个餐厅多放几只猫，这样插队的耗子们便不敢来排

队，我们也就不会再排那样长达万里的队列。

我有一个梦想，将那些不堪入耳的话语变成男高音的歌声吧，这样，我们每天每时每刻都可以欣赏到高雅的艺术。

我有一个梦想，将那些浓痰变成仙丹吧！这样凡它于口中的人便不会吐出，反而会欣喜地咽下！

我有一个梦想，将空中肆意飞扬的鼻涕纸变成钞票吧！这样……我就不用说了吧，希望你们在抢钱时一定要注意安全！

想想看，我们生活会多么美好啊，满地都是仙丹，钞票漫飞，当然还有在歌声中追耗子的猫。

可是，上帝不高兴，就在我腚后狠狠打下一闪电，然后冲着我脸就是一巴掌，说：“你神经发育不正常，你的梦想不会实现”

是啊，我真该重新做梦，寻找新的梦想。

我，于是跪在那些人面前深切地冲他们说：

“我有一个梦想，希望耗子你快变成人吧！

我有一个梦想，希望你还是去以猴屁股红的脸当个红绿灯吧！ 我有一个梦想，希望你把痰还是咽下去吧！

我有一个梦想，鼻涕纸们还是肆意地飞去吧！”

说完，我就一顿痛揍，鼻青脸肿地跪在地上无可奈何，上帝又来了，对我说：“年轻人，为何不试着讲道德呢？”

道德？道德是什么？这一字条在字典那一页？它在世界上还存在吗？感觉道德是一艘通往黑海的船只，是飞往黑洞的宇宙飞船，它还能起作用吗？

上帝却说：“你可以试试。”

于是我又找到他们跪下，准备说道德，但道德二字还未出口，又是一顿痛揍。

鉴于此，我的最后一个梦想已经确定了，那群人千万别是你们。

今年暑假里，我同爷爷奶奶一起到北京参加为学杯作文决赛夏令营活动。

2014年7月13日的晚上， 在主题为《坚持的力量》励志演讲的报告会上，张立勇以自身为例，围绕“惜时、勇气、坚持”六个字，用朴实无华的语言，向我们介绍了他自己如何从一名因家庭贫困高二辍学的学生，从一名农民工，一名普通的厨师，在信念的支撑下，数十年如一日地坚持自学英语，自学通过英语等级考试，托福考试取得630分的骄人成绩，完成了人生的一次次超越的故事令我难忘。

张立勇老师说：“在我学习的时候，最大的困难是有人嘲笑我癞蛤蟆想吃天鹅肉。可是我没有在他们的嘲笑声中退缩，而是更加坚定了自己自学的决心。我学了一段时间之后，感觉还不错，于是，我又动了想参加自学考试的念头，为了实现这个梦想，我为自己制定长大了学习计划。“

有人问他，你是怎么实现自己的学习计划的?张立勇老师又说：”我是一个厨师平时要买菜做饭，没有整块的时间让我学习，我就利用一天三顿饭的时间学习，我给自己规定别人吃饭15分钟，我只用7分钟的时间，剩下的8分钟用来学习，一天就有24分钟的时间，这些时间，我都是躲在碗柜后面学习，为的是不让别人看见。三年的时间，我读了清华大学的新课程教材，背英语都是在 饭后8分钟时间完成的，功夫不负有心人，在大学英语四级考试时，我以637分的高分拿到了四级证书。“

张立勇老师接着又说：”考了四级证书之后，我又有了想法，考托福。人们都说考托福难，我认为：不是美国人出的题难，而是你能不能坚持到底，永不放弃!”他接着说：“我想懒是实现梦想的最大的障碍勇气与坚持可以改变自己，有知识才有勇气，勇气也等于运气。张立勇说：”勤奋+勇气+运气+坚持=成功。你要想成功请你享受人间的痛苦与困难吧!享受困难享受煎熬，油炸与水煮的东西就是不一样因为油炸都将水分炸掉了克己才能在自己的字典里永远没有失败!我是一个厨师，一天到晚我喝的是坚持牌自来水用的是爱心牌味精爱的调料健康牌锅。最终我以630的成绩，比清华大学的学生整整高了30分轰动了整个清华大学。

听了张立勇老师的报告之后，我与张立勇老师合影，张立勇老师又为我签名，并且送给我“坚持” 两个字。

在这次演讲中，张立勇老师强调了三点：1、在学习中一定要有胆识，要相信勇敢的力量。2、要做时间的经纪人，要学会安排管理自己的时间。3、要相信坚持的力量，Nothing is impossible，不管做什么工作，在什么样的环境之下，只要有一颗愿意上进的心，保持一种上进的状态，然后付诸自己的实际行动，想做的事，就都是可以实现的。演讲中张立勇与我们热情互动，交流英语学习心得，介绍他自己学习英语的实用学法，通过自己几段有趣经历阐述了英语在工作生活中的重要性，他用自己刻苦自学来鼓励我们坚持学习，提倡学习改变命运，奋斗成就人生，知识就是力量，张立勇的学习韧性和执着精神令我终身难忘!

那就是张立勇老师的报告，让我明白了一个道理：学习改变命运，奋斗成就人生，上帝对待每一个人都是公平的，它会用不同的方式对你付出的艰辛和努力给予补偿。但上帝只钟爱那些自强不息的人，如果你不努力，不拼搏，所有的机会都会和你失之交臂。如果放弃了对人生理想与人生价值的追求，那么当机遇到来的时候，又怎么可能把握得住呢?

张立勇老师勤奋读书、勇于拼搏的精神深深地震撼了我的心灵，极大地激发了我的学习热情，我要珍惜眼前的大好时光，反思自身平时的不足，张立勇在那样艰苦条件下能成才，我没有理由不好好读书!

我将迎来人生一次次“考试”，只有在关键时刻更加勤奋努力、扎扎实实地学习，才能有象张立勇老师一样创造奇迹!
