不知不觉中，令人欣喜的假期已经到来，短暂而快乐的寒假生活我过得十分充实。

一开始，我们要先把碳给点着了，结果不知是碳的燃点太高，还是我们的技术太烂，点了半天，都没点着。最后还是我妈聪明，她直接把碳放在灶上，直接开煤气，过了一会儿，碳终于点着了。一开始，我和我弟拿了两根牛肉串，开始烧，刚开始要涂油，我就和我弟，拿起小刷子，蘸点油，往牛肉串上涂，我们把牛肉串放在烧烤架上，就开始了等待，过了一会儿，我们就要涂配料了，例如：胡椒粉，酱油·······涂上去后，感觉好多了，香气弥漫在这个院子里。我妈妈说：“你们的牛肉串熟了！”

我们便匆匆的跑向烧烤架，拿起牛肉串，咬了一口，嗯，色香味俱全，我们体验到了自己动手的快乐。俗话说得好：自己动手，丰衣足食。

大年初二，我和爸妈来到外公、外婆家拜年。刚到那边，便见家中十分热闹，众亲戚脸上都洋溢着欢笑。突然，舅妈问我：“璐璐呀，去不去看干塘？”我一愣，实在是想不通“干塘”是什么？但在好奇心的驱使下，还是点头答应了。

我随着爸妈来到鱼塘边，看着眼前的一幕，有些吃惊，但更多的是兴奋和新奇：只见一个快要干涸的鱼塘里，抽水机在“轰轰”作响，舅舅和二外公穿着防水的衣服和鞋子静静地等待着，鱼塘里有很多的鱼！这些鱼挣扎着，翻滚着，溅起了一阵阵水花。一种名叫“假小子”的细胞在我体内爆发，我手舞足蹈地在岸边喊着：“我也想下去玩！”但妈妈阻止了我，说下面冷，我有些小失落，但这并不影响我兴奋的心情。

又过了一会儿，开始捉鱼了！只见舅舅拿过一个结实的大袋子，熟练地捉起鱼，不过鱼实在太大，大约有四五十厘米的样子，力量很大，挣脱出舅舅的手，蹦到了湿漉漉的泥里面。舅舅已经捉了很多，但二外公也毫不示弱，拿起一个红色的桶，就往里面“掼”鱼，看得我一阵心惊。

所捉的鱼当中，还有一条很有趣的鱼：尾巴一直歪着，爸妈和二外公都说它是“八怪鱼”，也就是形容鱼长得很怪。在这捉鱼的过程中，我们当然也“蹭”了不少鱼，其中一条是整个鱼塘里独一无二的，妈妈说，它叫“葫芦呆子”。真是“鱼如其名”——它外形像葫芦，看起来又很呆滞，摸上去软软的，十分有肉。爸爸说，这种鱼很好吃，没有鱼刺，营养价值也很高。很快，“干塘”就在一片欢笑声中结束了……

这天这个寒假里最有趣的一。
