4. 个人硬件和软件能力。这部分也很重要， 说到这里面试官已经对你的工作经历有所了解，但是工作是工作，能力是能力，为了方便TA，需要你自己总结一下。当然你总结出来的能力，肯定都要是你应聘的这个职位所需要能力了，要不然你说出来做什么呢?这部分可以从两部分来说，先说硬件方面，也就是你的知识，包括你的语言能力、在某一方面多年的经验、对某一个行业深入地了解等等，然后说软件，包括自己的组织能力、领导能力、学习能力、团队精神等等。还是那句话，职位需要的能力你才能说，跟职位不相关甚至相反的能力，千万别说。

5. 对职位的理解并与自身匹配。这一段算是总结陈词，核心内容是证明你跟这个职位非常相符，你就是他们要找的人，同时表明自己的期望之心。因此要先说你对职位的理解，然后再将这个职位所需要的能力和你刚才说明的能力相结合，从而证明自己是合适的人选。

I hope to study both English and computer technology because I am interested in both of the subjects.  Maybe one day I could combine both of them and apply to my research in the future.

My favourite cartoon character is Snow White.She is in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.Her mother died and her step-mother was very bad.She evebn tried to kill her.Later she met the dwarfs in the forest.They helped her.At last a handsome prince married her and she lived a happy life.I likeher because she is brave and clever.I can learn a lot from her.
