In a couple of weeks, we’ll say goodbye to our mother school. How time flies! Now It’s really hard for me to put my feelings into words. The past three years has been really a wonderful journey with you guys, full of laughter and tears。

As I am graduating, I’d like to write this letter to express my feelings before leaving school. As for me, it is the school life that colors my daily life. During the three years, I had a good time with teachers and classmates who were in favor of me. Besides, there is no doubt that I achieved lots of knowledge and skills which are good for my future study.

Nevertheless, there are also some things that I regret about. For instance, wasting too much time playing computers, I spent a little time in studying. Moreover, I regret arguing with my friends when I was in a low spirit.

Gone are the days when I studied in high school. Needless to say, there are many challenges in university where I will start my new life. Therefore, I should make every effort to study in university.

Here is some advice for you to take. Under no circumstances should you waste time doing things that aren’t linked with study. Apart from this, it’s high time that you should spare no effort to get good marks at school.

(一)、大学生方面

大学生要理性面对就业形势，平衡心态，要学会自己去经营自己的人生。学生要根据自己的实际情况给自己一个合理的定位，“天助自助者”，人只有通过自己的不断提升和提高，用脚踏实地，一步一个脚印才可能有更好的发展。一个社会的发展离不开人才，只要是人才，就一定能找到自己的立足点。作为当代大学生，要用积极的心态看待就业这个问题，只要有足够的能力和素质，就业应当不是什么难事。

大学生要积极参加社会实践，增强动手能力，提高处理事物的能力，不断积累各方面的经验，以适应社会。现代社会对人才的要求越来越高，不仅要有丰富的理论知识，更重要的是解决问题、创新的能力，把知识转化为财富的能力。作为当代大学生，不能只“两耳不闻窗外事，一心只读圣贤书”，要更多地接触社会、了解社会、融入社会，才能立足于社会。 大学毕业生是社会的宝贵人才资源，是推动社会发展和进步的重要力量。只要培养出社会需要的大学毕业生，只要大学毕业生能清晰地认识自我，满足社会需求，在相对公开、公正、公平的就业环境中，一定可以找到合适的工作。

(二)、企业方面

企业要参与到学校人才培养中来。企业是人才的使用方，最具有发言权，也最具有权威性。但是作为企业并没有真正落实“校企合作、订单培养”，参与学校人才建设的企业不多。学校在用人上面是弱势群体，不知道企业对人才的要求，最后也就只能单打独干、闭门造车。企业要把企业文化、企业的技术、企业的管理与学校有机融合，学校才能真正培养产销适路的学生，大学生就业才不会太难。

企业要营造宽松和谐的用人环境。人才是企业的基石，是企业发展的动力。企业用人不能太功利，一味强调要有工作经验，而把刚毕业的大学生拒之门外。企业文化要使高效毕业生进得来、留得住、发展好。

(三)、社会方面

这些年国家为促进大学生就业出台了相应的一些政策、法规，并采取了一些措施。如：鼓励大学毕业生自主创业，鼓励学生到中西部就业，扩大研究生招生比例，下基层去当村官，从大学毕业生中招收士官生等。但力度还不够，有些方面更有待加强，如促进公平就业、就业保障、就业待遇等方面。

加快产业升级，提高人才需求层次。我国正在由一个人力资源大国和向一个人才资源强国转移，低端的、劳动密集型企业还不能满足广大毕业生的需求。国家要加快产业升级，还要有一批自主的、高科技的、创新的企业吸引人才。我国广东东莞已经提出“腾笼换鸟”的计划，要把一些低附加值，劳动密集型企业搬迁到经济不发达地区，引进一些高附加值、高科技企业。我国要实行一、二、三产业结构向三、二、一产业结构转型。只有需求量大了，我们的毕业生才能找到更适合的空间。

建立相对公平的就业环境。社会要营造一个公平、竞争的就业环境，让一些真正有能力，有水平的人到一些合适的岗位上去，而不要靠裙带关系就业。

相信只要我们大学生在校期间认真规划自己的学习、生活和工作，积极参加社会实践，增强动手能力，提高处理事物的能力，不断积累各方面的经验，在将来毕业的时候一定能找到自己理想的职位。

记得是一年级时候，我在人群中第一眼就看到了你，你甩着短短马尾辫，笑着，一蹦一跳地在教室中走来走去，，我上前去和你打招呼：“hi，你好，我是廖静薇，你叫什么名字？”你丝毫没有害羞，大大方方地回答道：“我叫束飞亚，我们做个朋友吧~”于是，一段美妙友谊开始了。

排座位时候，我坐在了你后面，这下可好，我们就连上课也叽叽喳喳讲话，不是我伸长手臂拍你一下，就是你回过头来打我一下，我们上课会嘻嘻哈哈，搞得周围同学都会很奇怪。老师也发现了这一点，下课特地找我们谈话，可我们还是没有改，老师只好把你从第2组调到了第4组。尽管如此，上课不能够讲话了，下课时候我也会主动去找你玩，跳绳、老鹰捉小鸡……各种游戏，玩不亦乐乎。

有一次，考试成绩发了下来，我只考了92分，老师说：“这次卷子十分简单，没有考到95分以上都是没考好，说明你这一单元掌握不牢，回去把卷子抄一遍！”我很伤心，这张试卷确很简单，但我连95分都没有考到，而且错题目都是因为粗心才错。我越想越难过，后来竟然趴在桌子上哭了起来，大家都围了过来，你一言我一语讨论着，也有几个人在安慰我。这时，你放下手中正看得高兴书，来到我面前，又推开人群，挤了进去。“廖静薇，你没事儿吧？”你关心问，我依旧继续哭着，没有理你，你并不生气，也不放弃安慰我，而是一直陪在了我身边开导我。上课铃声打响了，你不愿离开，又说了几句才走，上课时，你不停地朝我这个方向看去。我吸取了那一次教训，以后考试更加努力了，这都是因为你那天一直陪在我身边呀！至今我还记得那次你对我说过话。

还有一次，我们一起放学回家，我们约好了去操场上玩，操场上除了我们，也有许多其他小朋友。我们一同玩了起来，很开心，可是突然，后面人撞了我一下，我没有站稳，“啪”一声，我摔倒在了冰凉地上。脚扭伤了，怎么也站不起来，那些小朋友都吓坏了，背上书包走了。只剩下你留在这里。你问：“疼吗？”我点了点头，你扶我站起来，由于上午下过雨，所以地上很潮，我身上脏了，还有许多水，你连忙从书包里拿出纸，帮我擦干净，还把我送到了医务室，确定没有什么大碍之后你才松了口气。这就是真正朋友，在有困难时候，伸出援手。

现在已经六年级了，马上就要毕业了，我们可能不会再一个中学，但是我心里会永远记得你，永远记得我们之间友谊。
