企业需要的大学生是要具备经验的。这也是当前大学生就业难的一个重要原因。社会上不是缺少就业的岗位，企业需要的只是能为他们创造效益的人才，而绝对不会是只会纸上谈兵的高等文凭持有者。许许多多的大学生深受教育之毒害，过度沉迷于书本知识，缺乏一定的社会经验。这样就造成了就业难这一局面。

(三)、社会方面

国家产业结构的不合理带来大学毕业生就业难。我国一直以充沛、优质的劳动力市场获得世界众多企业的青眯，很多企业纷纷来我国投资办厂，因此中国成了世界的制造大国，加工中心。这些企业多是一些“三来一补”的企业，他们研发、营销、品牌都设在中国，提供的是低附加值，没有技术含量的工作岗位。这些企业在我国改革开放的初期，对我国经济的发展，有着不可磨灭的贡献，他们需要的也是大量的基础人力、一线员工、操作工人。用一句话来说就是，中国现在对农民工的需求比对大学生要大。但是随着我国经济发展和就业人员结构的改变，这些企业提供的岗位、薪酬待遇已经没有足够的吸引力。产业结构的不合理，造成企业的用工、薪酬待遇等方面有相当大的局限性，这是造成大学毕业生就业难的一个很重要原因。

Should Class Attendance be Required?

Nowadays required class attendance is very common at colleges and universities. Most people accept ti as a necessary policy t ensure the normal teaching order and create a good study atmosphere. Besieds, they think it is a good urge for those students who lack self-discipline.

However, still some others do not agree this argument. In their opinion, rigid attendance policies do not benefit students studies. More and more college students, in recent years, are finding it difficult

to find jobs. This may sound strange since college students used to be the "most

favored" people in society. They have received a higher education, hence they

are more intelligent, knowledgeable than their counterparts who failed to attend

college. But chances are that some of them can hardly find jobs after graduating

from colleges.

There are two reasons that account for this strange phenomenon. One is that

some college students cannot come to terms with themselves and with the world

around them. They pursue too high goals and are too particular about such

factors as working conditions, salary, and so on. Therefore, they are reluctant

to accept the job when they are offered to them. Another reason is that the

majors some students pursue do not match with the demands of the job market. As

a result, they canonly sit and miss opportunities.

To solve this problem, I think college students should know their own

strengths and weaknesses and have the right attitude towards themselves and the

job vacancies. In addition, they should not attach too much importance to

material aspects of the job. They should put priority to their future

development and their contributions to society in stead. Furthermore, they

should think of receiving some further training to meet the demands of

society.

Though I am a child, my parents will not force me to do things as their words. They always tell me the choices and let me make my own decision. Actually, the finally decision I make is what they want me to do. I feel to be respected, because they help me to make the right choice and treat me as an adult.

On College Students Occupying Seats

In English, there is an expression “First Come, First Served” (FCFS). This stresses the need for orderliness, which also applies to college students searching for seats in the reading rooms of a library. However, in China, things are somehow complicated. Instead of occupying seats with their own persons, students tend to use books, backpacks or other personal objects to stand for their “legitimate” ownership of the seats.

To such extent, the emergence of such a practice, now almost ubiquitous on all campuses, is justified. The seats for students to conduct self-study are limited and university authorities should endeavor to increase such facilities to satisfy students needs. At least, students efforts to fight for seats indicate they are enthusiastic about their studies—their academic initiatives should be duly recognized and encouraged! However, using personal belongings to occupy seats may exacerbate the scarcity of facilities—some irresponsible students might never turn up, sometimes even for days. They waste the precious resources and damage the interests of other students who have real needs. Such behavior deserves unconditional criticism and condemnation.

Both university authorities and students should do their best to solve the problem. The authorities should create more reading rooms to satisfy students needs whereas students should not waste the already limited resources. In this way, an optimum allocation of resources can be realized and all students would enjoy their studies.

I was born in a small village of Shan Dong Province on April 4th, 1968. When I was young, my family was very poor, so I had to work to earn money to help my parents after class when I was in the middle school.

MY PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT: After graduating from UIBE, I was employed as the assistant to the funding manager by China National Technical Import and Export Corporation. After reading a lot of related files, and analyzing the overall funding situation of the corporation, I found that the loan policy was not been put into effect. So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year’s hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. This internal banking system made full use of the corporation’ funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.

WHY CHOOSE YOUR MBA PROGRAM? After I have worked in business area for eight years, I feel that I need to continue my education by pursuing a Master degree in business administration. I dont want to leave school, because my old school life was full of fun and I had many good friends in my old school.

We used to share our lunch together. We used to play ball games together. We often did some surveys during the holiday. All of my teachers and schoolmates are very friendly and helpful. Now I have to leave school, I hope I will keep in touch with them and my new school life will be more enjoyable.

我们曾一起共享午餐，也曾一起做球类运动，我们还经常在假日里一起做调查。所有的老师和同学都很友善，并给予帮助。现在我即将毕业，我希望能和他们保持联系，也希望新的学校生活能更加有趣。

It’s very hard for college graduates to find a job, of course harder to get an ideal job. In fact, many factors contribute to the unfavorable situation。

First, more and more students can go to college because of the being fast improved high education of China. As a result, there are more graduates every year. However, job vacancies don’t increase that fast. More people, less food, which is the exact description of the hard condition. Second, more and more people go on to pursue their master and doctor degree; more and more Chinese oversea students come back to China to hunt better working chances. It is sure that the competition is more and more fierce. Third, because of the fast development of science, technology, economy, society and the interchange of different nations, all units have higher requirement of their employees, for example, stronger ability and higher degree。

In addition to the factors above, there are still more which bring hardship for graduates to find jobs. Nevertheless, how to solve the problem is more important. It is a good idea for the graduates to learn more knowledge with a higher degree and to practice and improve their capability of dealing with all kinds of situation, organization, having good terms with others and cooperative spirit. Besides, the government should try to and encourage all units to create more job vacancies for the college graduates. Of course, the graduates should have a proper attitude towards various jobs, but not always pursue those with higher payment。

大学毕业生很难找到一份工作,当然难以得到理想的工作。事实上,很多因素造成不利的情况。

首先,越来越多的学生可以上大学,因为被快速改善中国的高等教育。因此,每年都有更多的毕业生。然而,职位空缺不快速增加。更多的人,更少的食物,这是硬条件的确切描述。第二,越来越多的人去追求自己的硕士和博士学位,越来越多的中国留学生回到中国寻找更好的工作机会。当然,竞争越来越激烈。第三,由于科学的快速发展,技术,经济,社会和不同国家的交换,所有单位都有更高要求的员工,例如,更强的能力和较高的学位。

除了上述因素外,还有更多的为毕业生找工作带来困难。然而,如何解决这个问题更重要。最好的毕业生学习更多的知识和更高的学位,练习和提高他们的能力应对各种情况,组织,具有良好的与他人合作的精神。除此之外,政府应该鼓励所有单位为大学毕业生创造更多的职位空缺。当然,毕业生应该有一个正确的态度不同的工作,但并不总是追求那些有更高的支付。

我一直以为会计的实际操作会与学校里老师所教的和我们所见到的一摸一样，实际上，书本上的知识只是其中的一种，现实中所需要的会随着实际情况的改变而改变。要想做个好的会计员不止要把书本上的知识学好，还的懂的根据实际情况的来 运用所学的知识，这样才能真正把账做好，把会计的本职工作做好。经过前两天林老师的经验传授，我们都多少对实际会计事务有所了解，也对会计这份工作有了信心，不在像没接收培训之前什么都不懂，当然这全归功于老师对我们的教育。

不少人都在会计师事务所实习过一段时间，有些人自认为学到很多东西，也有些人觉的浪费时间的，其实不光时实习，学习，上班等许多方面的事情都有两面性，每个人都有自己的理解，其实关键还是在于自己如何把握。只要是有学到东西，那就是没白白浪费时间，即使再少都好，所以我们都应该积极的投入到这次的培训中，把握这次难得的机会，好好锻炼自己，使自己能够胜任以后所从事的工作。今天老师开始让我们接触企业实务，让我们看根据各笔原始凭证编制而成的记账凭证，不过还算轻松，那些凭证都是已经做好的，算是有了答案的，所以我们只需要看就行了，另带的一点小任务就是要我们，通过看账明白该企业是属于什么类型的，是小规模还是一般纳税人，适用的税率是多少，主营什么产品。

那账一叠一叠都挺厚的，有点吓人。随便拿了一本起来，一翻开就是银行对账单，这个没多大注意去看，更重要的是看看，懂不懂的通过原始凭证登记会计分录。其中不懂的是看到一份商业汇票背书，之前虽然学过背书转让，但现在已经记不的背书人与被背书人的关系了，而且那份背书上有四家公司的名字，刚开始也搞不清楚是什么回事，想了好阵子也没能明白，就问了那个助理，才明白那是由一家公司背书给该企业，然后该企业又转背书给其他企业，等于是背书了两次。这弯绕的有点大，难怪看不明白。通过看账也明白了，电子银行的转账手续费，通过财务费用来记账。看到一笔，分录是这样写的：借 应交税费——应交增值税——进项税额; 贷 应交税费——应交增值税(待抵扣进项税额)，这里的待抵扣进项税额在之前的理论课是有讲过，是用在商业企业的辅导期时用的，一般都写在借方，怎么这会儿在贷方了，有点搞不明白。没办法还是只能问了，之后知道这是当期认证的进项大于当期的销项，超过销项税额的部分在当期不能抵扣，只能转到下期抵扣，所以要做这个分录。

在看的过程中遇到的另一个不懂的问题，有一笔关于财务费用——利息收入的，都分录都是在借方，好像之前有讲过时因为系统不能反应之类的，只能在在财务费用的数目前加个负号来反应，不是很明白，等老师讲的时候再看看。

今天一天都是要我们看记账凭证，开始觉得课本上的东西跟实际在用时，差别有点大。看来实践是很重要的。
