以前我沉迷于网络游戏。有一次，我在网上玩“穿越火线”，被易老师逮了个正着，她问我：“穿越火线很好玩吗?”我无暇顾及，忙里偷闲地回了一句：“不怎么样，反正闲着没事做。”她又问我，作业做完了吗?有文章发吗?我应付了一句：“《幸福颂》可以吗?”没想到她居然说可以。我只好硬着头皮将寥寥几行发给了她，并不好意思地对她说：“我的文章很短，怎么办?”没想到易老师不仅没批评我，还帮我修改后发到了“二小论坛”上，并给我留言：“我给你修改了一下，并已发至二小论坛，你和你的爸妈都看看。孩子，你把玩游戏的时间用来学习，你会进步得很快的，易老师相信你，你也要相信自己哟!加油吧!你会成功的，有信心吗?”我说：“我当然有。”老师又说：“那就从游戏中解放出来!”当我听了这些话后，心里暗暗地想：易老师真不愧是个好老师，我又想我一定不会让易老师失望的。

从此以后，我就下定了决心，再也不玩游戏了。

小光是沉迷于电脑游戏，晚上都会玩到三更半夜，功课也懒得做。很晚才睡觉，导致睡眠不足。小光的这种坏习惯，父母却没有发觉。

在学校，小光就会趴在桌子上打瞌睡。“当!”老师拍了桌子，小光才睁开眼睛。老是用凶巴巴的眼神瞪着小光，喝到“作业呢?”小光慌了手脚，说：“在，在……在家呢!”老师半信半疑的走开了。

在家里，小光也会早餐不吃，上校车。母亲察觉到有些不对劲，却自言自语地说：“这孩子，饭不吃，牛奶不喝的上学，不仅变瘦了，还熊猫眼越来越明显!真不像话!到底晚上在干什么啊!毕竟期中考也快到了，这孩子或许在复习吧……”自我安慰后，小光的母亲笑着继续干活了。

母亲越来越不忍心看见小光越来越消瘦不成人形的样子，便打算打电话给老师请老师减轻孩子的作业量。“喂?张老师吗?我是小光的妈妈。”小光的妈妈客气的说到。老师吃了一惊，说：“小光的妈妈啊，你好你好，我正打算打电话给您呢!”小光的妈妈问了老师是不是小光犯了什么错，老师才找她的，老实说：“不不不，小光最近情况不佳，作业总是不做，塞在书包里，却骗我们说作业落在家了。不止这样，小光经常在上课时打瞌睡，请问这是怎么一回事呢?”老师的话把小光的妈妈吓了一大跳。讨论了一会，母亲觉得小光肯定在玩电脑，导致他心不在焉的。便打算审问小光。

回到家，小光被叫到父母的面前。小光的爸爸问小光是不是有这么一回事，小光只好乖乖认错。父母生气的批评小光。小光知道自己做错了，低着头，红着脸低头认错。父母说：“小光，别怪爸爸妈妈没有提醒你，如果你再这样贪玩，我们就会把你的电脑搬走!”

经过这次教训，小光开始努力读书，不再像以前那样沉迷于电子游戏。小光的成绩越来越好，每天也都保持着良好的饮食习惯，早睡早起。也给自己制定了适当的时间玩电子游戏。

Nowadays, there is an increasing number of teenagers who are addicted to online games. It is because online games are interesting and fun. These teenagers can get excitement, enjoyment and pleasure from such games. However, it is harmful and detrimental to be addicted to online games because teenagers may spend too much time on online games and do not have time for study. As a result, they are unable to study well. To curb this problem, I believe the best way is to educate them by making them realize the serious consequences of playing online games. Parents and teachers also have to help these teenagers focus on their study. With these methods, I believe that teenagers will stop playing online games and work hard for themselves.

Firstly， I think it’s very important for him to learn lessons well。 He should spend most of his time on his study instead of computer games。 Secondly， I must tell him that playing computer games too much is bad for his health， especially for his eyes。 So he must give it up。 I can play more sports with him after school。 Maybe he will become more interested in sports than computer games。 And then I‘ll ask him to concentrate more on his study。 Of course， I will try my best to help him with all his subjects。 I think I can do it in many fun ways and let him find much fun in studying。 At the same time， I’ll ask both his parents and our teachers to help him， too。 If I try these， I‘m sure he will make great progress soon。

现在有许多中学生和小学生都十分喜欢玩电脑游戏。可是，他们又是否知道，电脑游戏虽然很好玩，但害处很多呢？

在网吧里，有一些学生因玩网络游戏过度兴奋，不幸猝死，他们是因为沉迷网络游戏，才出现这样可怕的严重后果。网络游戏的害处不止这些，还有很多，如，有的网络游戏是需要钱的，有的同学为了能得到这些道具，便花很多钱进去。一些同学的零花钱或压岁钱用完了，就去盗取家人或别人的钱财来用。有的同学还会逃课，甚至很晚或一夜不回家，为的是可以去网吧玩游戏。因为经常逃课和睡眠不足，导致成绩一落千丈，让父母非常担心。有的同学因为长期看电脑，严重地降低了视力，甚至视网膜脱落。还有的同学受到不良信息的影响，走上了犯罪的道路。

网络有益也有害，网络是给我们查询资料和学习用的，而不是为了让我们玩网络游戏用的。所以我们小学生应该正确使用网络，不要沉迷于网络游戏中不可自拔。
