3、辐射危害，长时间在电脑前面，肯定要受到电磁辐射的危害，皮肤油腻，脸部毛孔增大。

4、饮食无规律，同样会造成身体素质下降。沉迷于网络游戏的人精神高度集中，伴随着血液加速、心跳加快，人的体力、精力消耗很大，有时在玩的兴头上就连吃饭、睡觉也忘了，致使过渡疲劳。

5、抵抗力差，长时间网游，身体得不到相应的休息和锻炼，身体素质会有大幅度地下降，很容易生病，病了还不容易好。

6、网络游戏对学生造成身体危害，重复、机械的运动和长时间的操作可引起腰酸、背疼、全身不适，以肩关节、肘关节、腕关节为多见的关节无菌性炎症，对大学生身体健康极为不利。

7、在网吧玩游戏时间长了之后会产生幻觉，注意力下降，反应能力变差，影响智力发展，影响学习，长时间玩游戏机，如果过不了某一关，在心理上还会产生焦虑情绪。

8、学生对网络游戏成瘾后，一旦停止网络游戏活动，便难以从事其它有意义的事情，情绪低落，思维迟缓，记忆力减退，食欲不振，出现难以摆脱的渴望玩游戏机的冲动，形成精神依赖和相应的生理反应；

第二，影响学习

1、浪费时间，不能保证学习的时间。如今的文化课学习，任务很重，没有充足的时间保证，是难以提高学习成绩的。

2、精力不济，沉湎网游后，第二天根本没有精神上课，老师讲课时精神游离，上课效果无法保证，学习没有劲头。

3、注意力分散，沉湎网游后，游戏的场面刺激而惊险，会深深地印在脑子里，即使身在课堂，心也就飞到了游戏中间。

第三，严重影响道德、性格的形成

1、网络游戏里面，暴力血腥的场面层出不穷，色情的场面也不时出现，受到这些东西的影响，使本来免疫能力就不高的学生难免会把它们带到正常的生活中来。

2、网络游戏需要经济基础作后盾，而网游又往往不被家长认可，所以，经济没有了来源，就会发生说谎、欺骗、甚至抢劫。很多青少年犯罪现象就是这样一步步发展到不可收拾的地步。

3、现在的学生大多是独生子女，他们本来就缺少与人沟通的能力，如果整天沉迷于网络游戏，就会更加缺乏人际交流的能力，并有可能埋下悲剧的种子。

4、网络游戏成瘾还会使成瘾学生的人格发生明显改变，变得自私、怯懦、自卑，失去朋友和家长的信任，继而旷课、逃学。

在19世纪那场YAPian战争中不知道多少中国人最后死于DuPin，而在21世纪这场网络YAPian战争中又不知道要有多少青少年沉沦。梁启超说过“少年强则国强，少年弱则国弱”。网络游戏直接危害青少年比当初YAPian更具危害性。希望家长们行动起来，让你的孩子多晒晒温暖太阳吧！

第三、浪费时间。游戏开发商和网吧经营者为了吸引和留住人，在游戏中设置了好多关口和陷阱，使得游戏者一步步沉迷其中，甚至通宵达旦，废寝忘食。

第四、浪费金钱。上网不是免费的，作为一名没有收入的青少年沉迷于网络游戏无疑将大大增加家庭的经济压力。

第五、危害健康。如果沉迷于网络游戏，会更加缺乏人际交流，产生自闭倾向。青年人长期沉迷于网络和游戏，左前脑发育受到伤害后，会进一步影响右脑发育，处于亚健康状态或直接导致心理障碍。

网络游戏并不陌生，先不论好坏，在我的观念里，网络游戏也分种种。我们不妨在抵制网络游戏之前，先了解它们。

网络游戏大概分为两种，一是网页游戏二是下载游戏。网页游戏，顾名思义就是在网页或浏览器上进行游戏，无电脑配置问题，另一种需要下载。下载游戏也分种类，一种是不需要花一分钱即可下载玩耍，另一种就比较复杂，需要花钱来购买游戏软件与激活码，之后像一次性买断的方式就不多说了。

我们不一定要了解网络游戏而去沉迷它。就像了解毒品，却不能去吸食它一样。其实每一个游戏就是长长的代码，每一个游戏都是设计者的结晶。如果过于繁杂，就会引起卡顿；如果非常简单，就会没有玩头。所以如果说文章是作者的心血；画作是艺术家的的真情那么一款优质的网络游戏何尝不是设计团队的辛苦付出。

网瘾是大家比较关注的事，网络游戏与网瘾不一定是一回事，但一定有关系。听过一句话：适度游戏益脑。单单是“适度”二字，九成玩家都做不到。在他们眼里虚拟与现实没有什么两样，那么正好！虚拟代替现实，这就是上瘾。这种上瘾很极端，因为改变了世界观，这是设计者与亲人最不愿意看到的。

在深渊苏醒很难，但是我们仍然要告诉他们：游戏币不是财富，等级不是能力，魔法没有用处，游戏不能当饭吃！如果你沉迷网络游戏，那么请你放下鼠标，停下键盘，摘下耳机，按下关机键，关掉你的虚拟人生！还你一个现实世界……

As a primary source of information as well as an efficient means of communication, the Internet offers people a colorful and convenientlife. Just by clicking the mouse, we can enjoy a brilliant and easy life that could not be achieved ever before: shopping, making friends, contacting

relatives, looking for jobs, downloading music and movies, conducting business deals, and freely airing our opinions.

For its convenience, the Internet has attracted people like magnets and some people even claim that it is indispensable. To them, life can’t go on without it. Every day millions of people spend hours on end surfing the Internet. They are obsessed with it so much so that they forget many other important matters.

As far as I am concerned, I don’t approve of uestrained Internet reliance. Although the Internet is a gift of the technological revolution and a blessing of this information age, we should never let it control our life. The Internet absolutely doesn’t mean the whole world to us. Instead, we should guard against its negative effects. To those Internet addicts, I would add: “Self-control can make or break your life. With proper use, the Internet serves you; otherwise, it kills you.”

网络游戏是一种互联网上的游乐项目。它原本是为了让人们放松紧张的心情，锻炼自己的思维能力，丰富我们的业余生活的，可是有些人却无限制地玩，最终害了自己。

今天的安全教育课上，老师告诉我们：一定要保护好自己的生命，这几年发生的青少年坠楼事件太多了。2008年到2013年五年之间竟有30多起，其中23起是10周岁以下的儿童，19起是在没有长辈照看下坠楼的。

老师的一席话，让我们马上联想到了最近四中发生的坠楼事件。

同学们七嘴八舌地讨论了起来，有同学说：

“那是一种叫‘笔仙’的招灵游戏。”

“而且是一种十分不健康的游戏！”

“不但不健康，还差点儿丢了性命！”

……

身边这样鲜活的事例，难道还不能警醒我们远离不健康的网络游戏吗？

不健康的网络游戏简直是让人走向无底洞的“指使者”。我们少年儿童是祖国的栋梁，为了美好的未来，让自己的人生走得更精彩，让我们一起手拉手，心连心，抵制网络游戏的诱惑，远离网络游戏吧！

今天的英语课上，我们玩了一种新游戏，规则是：老师抛出泡沫做的筛子，那是个很大的筛子，像足球那么大个，不过是四方形的。谁抢到筛子，谁就读5个单词，读完5个单词有奖励1个星星。刚开始老师走到哪里我们就跟到哪里，气得老师说：“回去！这样违反了游戏规则。”我们只好灰溜溜的回到自己的座位上。这时，老师一挥，大筛子朝中间的潘晨艺砸过去，他伸手接住啦！我旁边的黄子洋叹了口气说：“唉，没抢到，真是的。”随着老师抛筛子位置的变换，我们也跟着移动，好几个人都抢到筛子了。 我像毛毛虫似的扭来扭去的接，可就是接不到。唉！大家正玩得热火朝天呢，老师说：“游戏时间结束，现在开始复习功课。”唉！真扫兴！大伙儿唉声叹气的回到座位上。因为没接到筛子，这节课我才得到2颗星星，下节课我要加油了！

人类已经步入信息时代，网络也开始贴近小学生。如今，学生都很喜欢玩电脑游戏。今天，张老师在课上举行了一次讨论会，要大家就“小学生应不应该玩电脑游戏”这个话题发表看法。

讨论会开始了。有的同学列举了玩电脑游戏造成的严重后果；有的同学提出了玩电脑游戏的种种危害；有的同学说小学生的自控能力差，没有辨别是非的能力，应该远离电脑游戏；还有的同学说适当地玩电脑游戏也会有一定的好处。

我第一个站起来说：“玩电脑游戏很浪费时间，反之，学习的时间就会大大减少，成绩就会急剧下降，一落千丈，会荒废学业。所以说，对于没有大人看护的儿童来说，网络游戏是很危险的。”

“我们小学生玩电脑游戏，尤其是长时间地玩，对我们的视力和健康十分有害，当你沉迷在电脑游戏带给你的乐趣时，你的视力在不知不觉中一天天衰退，等你最后醒悟时，已经来不及了！可能还会搭上你曾经拥有的健康身体。”徐子懿振振有辞。

“现在小学生对事物的辨别能力差，容易被游戏误导。”秦仪真站起来说，“许多小学生就因为被电脑游戏坑害，走上了歧途。”

虽然玩电脑游戏有害处，难道电脑游戏没有一点好处吗？

李昕然不服气地站了起来：“适当地玩电脑游戏也有好处。由于学习的难度增加，学生的压力逐渐加大，玩游戏可以调节情绪，缓解压力，还可以锻炼我们地反应能力、手脚配合能力，好处多着呢！所以我认为是可以适当地玩电脑游戏的。”

玩电脑游戏也学有这样那样的好处，但是好处与坏处权衡起来，我认为弊远远大于利。所以我呼吁同学们：为了你们的身体和未来，远离电脑游戏吧！

The humn beings are stepping into the information society. The information industry develops very rapidly, so do the hackers, trick-playing teens, exploring children, fraudsters, and serious

wite-collar criminals. Thus, information security becomes an impending important issue.

In case of information breach, the victimsgovernment department, an organization, or an institution, or a company will inevitably suffer great or small loss. Government may be threated with national security. Companies may lose opportunities to develop new projects. And the publics and users will be damaged.

Then how to deal with this issueTechnology is only a partial solution to information security. Whats more important is that organizations and companies should promote the awareness on information security to its staff. However, since no system can ever be 100 percent secure, a

prevention-only approach to information security mangaement is not enough. Companies and organizations should adopt a dual approach to information security management by combining prevention and detection techniques.
